I was very satisfied with the notarization service at this store and it seems I was not the only customer who felt this way. As I was working with the notary, there were many other customers coming in and out for all the various other services the store provides and they all seemed to also leave satisfied. The manager and staff were incredible helpful and friendly which made made the long process a very easy one. While not the closest UPS store to me, it is definitely the one I want to give my business to in the future.

NO ONE gave me a ONCE TIME EXCEPTION LOL. Anyway the one star was for BAD customer service, I did not give anyone a hard time, me and my son sat and waited patiently for the representative to call the manager to get an exception which I did not get Given I had my brothers license and my license which match the SAME last name as stated on the UPS website. Anyway, I said thank you and we quietly left the store but the representative there spoke to me in a way that I did not like and I will NEVER go back to UPS STORE. So the one Star is more than what I should’ve gave but unfortunately, that is what you get. Btw thanks for your poor response, you sounded Very Professional.

If I could, I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. The customer service is so incredibly terrible, I’m speechless. My sister went down to pick up a package for my brother, and got rejected for it. She called them the day before telling them she’ll come by tomorrow to pick up a package. They told her she could pick it up the next day, even if it was under our fathers and brothers name, and just bring her ID. When she went the next day, they told her she couldn’t take it out because our father needed to be there with his ID. She reminded them that she called them yesterday night and they said “just bring your ID and you can get your package.” Even when she reminded them, and my brother even went down to ask for his package, they still rejected her and my brother. One of the worst mail services ever. Don’t get your packages from here.

I have been going to the Lyndhurst NJ location for some time now. Justin was the most amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable employee. I was totally shocked when I went yesterday to find out that Justin was no longer working there. Apparently issues with upper management resulted in him being fired. I find this hard to believe because none of the previous employees are there anymore. While the present staff was pleasant and helpful, it just wasn’t the same without Justin and his staff, and the store no longer smells wonderful. I read a previous post that someone dealt with Justin at Lyndhurst only a week ago. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!

Everyone here is always so welcome and so helpful! This whole team deserves recognition for their fantastic customer service. Store is always neat & tidy.

I want to sincerely thank the team at the UPS Store located in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. On Saturday, July 19th, 2025, I had a package scheduled for delivery. My son and I were home the entire day, and although our doorbell works perfectly, the driver never rang it. Instead, a notice was left stating the delivery was missed and that I needed to pick up the package at the Lyndhurst UPS Access Point. After making several trips to the store, my package was still not there. Then, on July 22nd at 12:14 PM, I received a notification that the package had finally arrived at the store. I made another trip—only to find that the package still wasn’t there. Justin, one of the employees, was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. The entire staff was very courteous and understanding. Justin took the initiative to contact the store manager, Vijai who kindly reviewed the security footage to confirm whether or not the package had been delivered. It hadn’t. After reporting the issue to UPS customer service, we learned that the driver falsely claimed the package had been delivered. Thanks to Justin, Vijai, and the rest of the team’s persistence and thorough follow-up, my package was finally located and I received it today, July 23rd. This package was very important to me, as it contained an item my son needs for college. I am beyond grateful for the care and dedication shown by the staff at this location. They truly went above and beyond, and their level of professionalism deserves recognition. I highly recommend this UPS Store location. I’ve visited several times before and always receive excellent customer service. Thank you again, Justin and Vijai—your help meant a lot to me.

Truly excellent service. I chose to move a family member cross-country by shipping through UPS. Maharshi was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure my large boxes that I packed myself were reinforced and handled with care. He also packed valuable items that I chose to insure and box in-store. Everything arrived perfectly. Thank you!

I truly cannot say enough about UPS Lyndhurst. VJ and his son went above and beyond to help me fulfill a work assignment where I had to get a life size cutout made for my client in only a few hours. They stayed open late and were so meticulous for such a short time frame. It came out absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for their generosity and kindness. Aside from this amazing experience, every time i go into this store, I am warmly greeted by the kindest employees, there is never a long wait time, and their store is in pristine condition.. always spotless and smells amazing (hotel collection: black velvet scent..i have asked). Thank you VJ and the Lyndhurst team!

I've been using this facility for over a year and I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to stop in and drop off my packages! Justin is the "BEST"...always so friendly, kind & helpful! Best UPS store I've ever dealt with!! Justin, who works at this location, is nothing short of amazing & really helped me so much! I live in South Carolina but I had a package that was dropped off at this store on Saturday (it was showing as being at the store) and by Tuesday, it still had not updated that the UPS driver had picked it up. When I called the store & Justin answered, I was taken care of. He did his due diligence of even checking the cameras to confirm it had left the building but that UPS must have not scanned it. He called me back twice in 2 days to keep me updated & did everything he could to find my package. They even went as far as contacting the warehouse themselves and because of the pressure they put on the warehouse to find it, my package was found, scanned, and it is on its way to me!! I cannot thank him enough from saving me the hassle of having to reorder my item and file a claim. You would NEVER get this type of service from USPS and not even from the UPS stores in my area. He didn't have to do all that... that's how I know he truly cares about his customers and takes his job seriously & that's not a common trait with folks working this type of position. 10/10, give Justin a raise!

This should be called the UPS Store CAFÉ. Very pleasant and peaceful place from the second you walk in to the second you leave. Justin helped me out today but the two other guys are also great. Gotta give them super positive credit too. All in team working, dynamic and peaceful mode. What a great place to come to and have an authentic and warm smile from. I look forward to sell more and select UPS from now on so I can have more of this sparkling pleasant experience. Great job to the whole crew!

Best customer service! Friendly and patient. the UPS Store in Lyndhurst, NJ, is all about being helpful to others. I recently visited the UPS Store in Lyndhurst, NJ, to ship a delicate antique. I was impressed by the care and attention of the staff members. I felt comfortable with the process. The store was clean and well-organized, and I was in and out quickly. highly recommend this location for their excellent service and careful handling of shipments.

This UPS Store is hands down my favorite—largely thanks to Justin! He’s always incredibly pleasant, helpful, and goes above and beyond to assist. Not only do they make returns super easy, but their printing services are top-notch! I recently had my baby shower invitations printed here and I was blown away by the quality. The prints were flawless, even better than what I’ve seen at places like Staples—and at a better price, too! I was so impressed, I came back to have more files printed and will continue to do so. They also offer signage and other custom printing services. Truly a one-stop shop for all your needs!

Walked in yesterday and was so happy to deal with JUSTIN - he was so polite and welcoming and so courteous with all my personal information. As, a lined formed behind me I noticed he turned the box I was returning to sender, so my information was not visible to the person behind me! He explained everything and was super nice! Such great customer service, I just stopped what I was doing to leave this review. I will defiantly be going back to this location when it comes to doing anything with UPS. This new (but not so new) UPS store is the best I have ever visited. Their customer service is A+ JUSTIN “just in case you need me” is amazing! Great welcoming attitude, patient (especially when dealing with lots of Amazon returns) and efficiency are top notch!!! Thank you, JUSTIN!

We opened a UPS box a few months back at this location, we met Justin who was really helpful, thorough and a nice guy. The entire group that works there are all really cool people, still need to get all of their names, but I have to say I(we) are really impressed with this place and the people who work there. Also it's open 7 days, super convenient. 5 stars +
