My mother needed a new blinker bulb and my brother sent me here. The establishment came highly recommended. The store was clean, stocked, and immediately after walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 minutes Chuck identified the bulb I needed and had me out the door. I appreciate quick and wonderful customer service. I had such a great experience I went back in for windshield wipers for my SUV, later on that day. Highly recommend this store for all your auto part needs.
Unhelpful staff trying to blame faulty parts on customer instead of doing a hassle free warranty replacement. Made me waste 2 hours of my time driving to the store and back home twice.
Had a breakdown in the area and needed an alternator. The gentleman at the counter was really friendly and helpful. He got me the alternate that I needed at a good price! These guys are great
Excellent service! I’ve been here multiple times and have always been happy with the friendly staff! I needed some hydraulic hoses made. Today is New Year’s Eve so they where closing early at 3pm which I was un aware of, as i arrived at 2:55 the man at the counter immediately got to work on my hoses and had me out the door in 15 minutes, even willing to stay late despite the holiday. Thank you again for the quick turn around time and excellent service
I’m not an expert with car parts so I placed an order online. When I contacted the Lyndhurst location to see if my order was ready, I was pretty much reprimanded by the cashier who answered the phone for not ordering the correct parts. Everything that came out of their mouth towards my order was rude and when I asked if I should cancel my order, they agreed expeditiously instead of making a recommendation. Napa - I hope you hire employees who retain your business going forward .
Came here for an oil filter but the guy Told me behind the counter they don't carry Napa oil brand Car filters. A nice guy but I give it 3 stars for lack of selection and no bathroom
The guy behind the counter was too busy gossiping with his friend to offer any type of help. Product selection was impressive for the size of the store. Prices reflected the percentage mark-up you would think there would be in a smaller store.
One of the employees there was not only rude but very difficult to communicate with due to his arrogance. The employee did not want to listen to what I was saying and made his own assumptions. The other employee was very polite, nevertheless I wasted my time going there. I ended up purchasing my battery from AutoZone which was a few minutes drive from Napa Auto Parts.
They complain I returned a part that was not in need. Now they lost a client, I did spend lots of money this them. Not anymore. A $23 part over a client that spend thousands a year. Nice move NAPA Lyndhurst
Napa is a good company quality parts ..but are independently owned ..this particular location has a manager.. Bob.. Or part owner. Or whatever his title is that is verbally abusive to staff in front of both customers and staff .and has had many people leave because of it. .no training to new staff. Has no business interacting with employees..Customers have commented on his behavior..Napa as a respectable company should look at this issue..But Chuck the main counterman keeps this place going .. how he survived all these years I don't know ....
I met Pat and he got me my cabin filter. Pat was friendly and he and I chatted a little bit about the automotive industry and a few nearby places. I told him that I'd probably go back there to shop for some tools soon, and I honestly will.
They have a friendly staff and if they don't have what I need, they will get it for me. They also have a nice supply of hand tools and supplies as well with a parking lot.
Wasn’t welcoming i felt like i was being hawked like if i came to steal and also i asked if they was hiring and got stared at like i had 5 heads is it because I’m a female ? WILL NEVER SHOP OR RECOMMEND TO THIS SPECIFIC STORE
Overall it is a nice store with majority of the parts and tools available. There are few things to keep in mind while shopping there. There is no returns on tool after they are purchased even if you didn’t use them. Also, some parts come with core deposit, in which case you have to return the replaced part in order to get your deposit back. They want the old part in the same box In which you received/brought the new part or you won’t get the deposit. I found this rule to be stupid and really a tool to rip of customers. I lost my core deposit.
These guys are great! Very helpful, very friendly. I needed a specialty screw driver for 5 mins to chance a light bulb - they just lent it to me! Awesome neighborhood store.
Staff is extremely knowledgeable. They carry mostly any part you can think of, if not they can have it same day or next. Also they deliver and always keep their word
Great customer service !!! Helped me choose and replace my key fob battery. A big deal for me since I had no idea how to do it. It was a $5 sale but I was still treated like a VIP with a large order.
They have definitely gained a customer in me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very gracious service with a smile and helpful attitude.
