What a great experience, had issues with another dealership that basically cheated me of certain features. Went to Frank's and immediatley his staff handled the situation, honored my warranty, no hassles, and in one day he returned my truck with all the new parts installed. Amazing!

This is not my first experience with North Jersey.The first time the front desk lady was very arrogant.She interrupted me many times when I told her my service request.I was hesitated to bring my truck again.Actually this time I am very lucky because of Mo.He is very kind,patient,professional.The service processing goes so smoothly.I appreciate that!Absolutely will choose here again.
If you enjoy waiting alot this is the perfect shop for you.. Simple smoke test an had to wait just to pay bill nearly 4 hrs, service writers are ignorant an attempt to entice you into complaining about there poor service just to let you know how full of it they are

This place if it was the last Freightliner In the world I wouldn't go back here my truck is here for 2 week now and I still didn't get it back as yet when I call the guy I'm dealing with he's not taking my call I have to drive there
We used to go the different places no one is as good as Joe the service manger. We took our Hino to the place we brought it for service on an issue we had with the light going off buzzer off on the Hino several times and they could not figure out but when (we Travel an hour and half )brought it to Joe attention he figured it out within the same day and it hasn’t went off since. He good with understanding the situation and tackling it and getting it done. Very friendly and always helpful. Will continue to travel and hour and half so see Joe with all of our trucks and not worry about anything because he always makes us feel comfortable.
In my opinion Franks is the best Freightliner shop in the USA! They have helped me many times and are my go to shop in the NYC area. Jose in the service department helps keep the fleet rolling with as little down time as possible.
Not at all happy with the service. They have had my truck for over a week and haven't even run their diagnostics yet. I told the service consultant Rick the results of the diagnostics we had on the road, which he ignored after a "quick initial assessment", but never got back to me with any follow up information. Instead he has basically held my truck hostage for this entire time, while giving me the run around on a daily basis. I understand that they may be busy, but Rick tells me every day that he will have answers the next day and he never does. Yesterday morning he told me he would have an answer later in the day, but never followed up and left for the weekend. I had reminded him that this is my only truck and I need it on the road to survive, at which point he asked me slyly if I would like my truck back! A true PROFESSIONAL would've at least told me at the very beginning that they wouldn't be able to even LOOK AT my truck for over a week, knowing that it's costing me THOUSANDS of dollars for my truck to just be SITTING in his shop, as opposed to being on the road. Forget about the potential price of the service/repairs, at least have the decency to reflect my urgency, instead Rick shows total disregard. I brought it here prepared to pay a premium, expecting top notch service, as it turns out I could've just brought it to any half lit garage and probably had gotten better service. I feel that RICK has disrespected me as a customer and does not take me seriously because I am a WOMAN. I can't stand dishonest businesses that only concern themselves with keeping potential work on the books, while ignoring the plights of its' customers. Rick is well aware that, at this point, I have virtually no time to get potential work done anywhere else if I wanted to. Instead of being HONEST, Rick chose to string a female customer along DISHONESTLY. If the craftsmanship of their actual mechanics is reflective of their customer service in that department, then I would have to assume they have already LOST a potential customer's future business.....
Great group of guys!! Friendly and high quality body work done on my truck!! They went above and beyond expectations ...I hope if I ever need to go into the shop again I am in N.J. and get sent here!!
By far the best service, honesty, family friendly atmosphere I have ever seen at a freightliner repair facility in 23 years of driving. I can not say enough in words to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding experience I had while my truck was being repaired. Everyone there was excellent. I can see why they hold a premier status just by their attitudes. You all really impressed me. Thank You
I had my truck towed there after an accident and they said it will be looked at the next day. The truck was drivable when I brought it in, it just needed the break line fixed. The had the truck there for a many days and didn’t even look at it. The guy Rick and his coworkers consistently lied to us.
