Khaled Maark was awesome. I had a tremendously smooth car buying experience. No pressure, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, straight forward, quick. I just can’t say enough good words about Khaled and the whole experience. I drove from 3 hours away to buy my truck at Franks and I’d do it again and should I be looking for another GMC, I absolutely will. I’ve already recommended Franks and Khaled to several people. After going to several dealerships and being very disappointed with the experience and the salesmen I encountered, I stopped in for the very first time at Frank's GMC. I finally found a pleasant experience. My salesman Scott McKenna was a great guy. Very personable, with a gentle sense of humor, attentive (didn't try and sell me something I didn't want) and without any pressure. Once we found what i wanted on the lot and after making a deal, I decided on getting a couple of 'extras', one of which had to be ordered. Scott went out of his way to stay in touch with me while my new truck was being prepared for pickup. Once the truck was ready, the final papers were signed, and the keys were handed over, he patiently remained at my side to walk me through some of the initial setups, startup etc. When I was confident enough to drive away, his final words were, "if you have any questions, give me a call or stop by anytime." And I believe he meant it..... If you are looking for a truck go to Frank's GMC, and ask for Scott McKenna, You won't be disappointed.

It was a pleasure dealing with Scott and the rest of the staff at Franks GMC. I never experienced such fast service anywhere when buying a car. Anywhere else I usually spend the whole day there. I was there maybe two hours tops before I was driving back home in my brand new Acadia Denali. Thanks Scott for making this a wonderful experience.

Mike was a great salesman. He was patient, discussed all of our concerns and when we picked up our new car he spent quality time with us explaining all of the features of the car. The dealership has a much more reasonable documentation fee than other dealerships in the area and we were charged actual motor vehicle charges for the transfer of our registration and plates. Other dealerships charge high estimates and you have to wait to be reimbursed after they go to motor vehicle.

I was assisted by Scott the salesman, he went above and beyond to get me the truck that I wanted. My experience with Frank’s GMC started back in 2013 when I had a 2008 GMC sierra, I brought it in to get fixed and I was amazed with the customer service and by the time I did have condition to by a new truck and I was treated with respect and the service was outstanding. So time goes by and now I decide to buy a New truck and I had no doubt that Frank’s GMC was the right place. Thank Scott and the whole team.

Wow wow wow what a pleasant experience !!! I’ve owned no less than 30 cars and this has to be one of the best dealerships I’ve ever worked with Greg was phenomenal. Mike was amazing! I just purchased a brand new 2025 GMC Yukon Denali , when I called originally there was a deposit on the truck however they called me back a few days later and told me the truck was available and from that moment on it was easy as pie . I had a good experience buying my truck from out of state with Scott. We negotiated over the phone and I had a 220 mile round trip to pick up my truck. We were in and out the dealership in 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. The truck was as described and I would do this type of transaction with Franks GMC again.

It was one of the most streamlined experiences purchasing a vehicle. There was no funny business negotiating the numbers to get where I needed to be. We went the next day to sign and pick up the vehicle which all happened in under an hour! Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

We bought our 2014 GMC Terrain from Franks GMC & was very happy with the car & service. We decided to look into the 2026 Terrain & went back to Franks GMC.
