I bought a BMW X five from these guys and have to say the experience was amazing. Everyone works together to try to get the right deal for you and make sure that you are completely set up car dealers have a very bad stigma out there but these guys definitely change that perspective with the experience I had with them. Luis and everybody were a pleasure to deal with my next car will definitely be from them when I was there. I seen a few free repeat customers and I honestly thought they were maybe just saying that but now I get why I would definitely buy my next car from them and future cars from them.

I bought a Mercedes S550, the best deal in the market. Everyone was great and made the process simple. Al was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend cars digital.

Scammers!!!! They posted online a vehicle for 5995. Called to inquired spoke to Al I asked if there was anything wrong with it they stated no and that it was freshly detailed. They also stated it was negotiable due to there 4 of July sale so I took the 2 hr drive to buy it. When I got there the car was dirty didn't not have a detail. It looked like they ran it through a car wash but was really caked up dirt in every corner and crack. The coolant was low, there was duck tape holding the wiper blades on. The rear license plate panel was head on with metal tabs and screws. The bottom had rust all underneath. On top of that the AC didn't not work which is one of the questions I asked when I called. I asked for the best price with all that was wrong so Al to me in to speak with manager. The manager say I can sell this vehicle for 8300 with taxes and fees. Than I ask why the hell so much he stated the was about 2000 in fees. I told him that I am also a dealer can he wholesale sale it to me. He told me he would still need the fees. I told him as a dealer these fees are insane. He said that is how he runs his business. He stated that they intentionally advertise a low price than when people come see the can they make there money in the fees. That came directly from the managers mouth! Now I see why they have 3 star on Google review. Stay away they are dishonest and crooks.

It took Cars Digital from last August until yesterday to get us the title for the car we bought from them. I called them dozens of times and always got a “story.” Today the car’s engine blew!!!! DON’T BUY A CAR FROM CARS DIGITAL. They are incompetent and untrustworthy. We feel cheated!!!!

Visited this place 4th of July 2023. Looked at a car that was of course in typical fashion of what they produce a problematic waste of an investment. And yes the part about fees that are talked about in other reviews are true, they are made out of thin air. That's not the worst part. I was told that a deposit of 500 was needed to get deals in progress for the car, yeah sounds foolish even as I type it and I gave the deposit. With my credit being pretty challenged it was a no brainer that I wasn't getting any lender to take a risk on me and I'm sure they knew that from the jump. Long story short I never got the deposit back even after calling every other week for two months with them saying they sent the check and yet it never came and hasn't come because it was never sent. They are criminals. I filed a case with the court in their county. We need to petition a shut down of this place. Get this also, they initially asked for 3000, gladly I wasn't that dim witted to go along with it or I would be in a greater grievance. An honest mistake that I made where I forced myself to believe in the better nature of humans. I'm not from around Lodi NJ I live in VA. So I'm not sure if it's just how things are done there. But This is only the beginning of what needs to happen. And it will happen. Thanks and stay safe everyone. 💪🏽

I bought a bmw from them, not the worse car nor experience with nick, other than that horrible, i was told i couldn’t get the car i wanted without a extra 2 thousand, but when i look at my contract the 2,000 that they said i needed? Doesn’t even show up, they took so long to get the hard copy plates that i pressured them into giving me a new temporary plate, and what happens? They give me a fake temporary plate which ended me up IN THE NYPD PRECINCT, where they took my car for over a month then dismissed the case cause they couldn’t find any “evidence” of me using a fraudulent plate. Somewhat good cars but only dead with nick.

It is a completely fraud and deceitful company. We complained about them to the Lodi Police station. We also complained to the civil court. Even though we said that I have an 8-year-old son and a 6-year-old son and that safety is a priority for my wife, they sold us a vehicle without airbags. We said the engine light was on. They said it was the gas cap. We bought a $10,000 car. A $12,000 repair bill came out. They said they would fix it, we left the car with a full tank. They said they fixed it after 1 week. They returned the car to us with half the tank and 150 miles on it. From Inspection. We couldn't pass it. We said to fix it and give it back. They said it doesn't concern us within the scope of warranty. When the court decision comes out, we will share the result with you on this page. If you have any sense, do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. Especially from Frank. Nick is a good salesman. After he told us that he fixed it, we will share the result with you on this page. They showed a company and said they prepared a fake receipt and repaired it. We presented this to the court as evidence. They will get the court order soon. Don't let them make a fool of you! They made fools of us. I wanted to share this article with you so that you do not fall into our situation.

Very rude, disrespectful, and dishonest to say the least. I Recently called those guys to buy a used Lexus from this dealership. They refused to provide the actual price of the vehicle they were selling, and they also refused to do business with out-of-state buyers. Only because they have huge hidden fees that they don't want to disclose! So unethical!! When I asked for the out-the-door price and a buyer's order, they kept saying that they don't discuss vehicle prices over the phone. I told them that I was out of state and ready to buy the vehicle, but they said that I needed to fly to the dealership to talk about prices and fees. I later found out that the low price advertised for the car was not the actual price. They charge a bunch of hidden fees that ultimately add up to $5k to the selling price of the vehicle. I would advise everyone to stay away from those crooks, nothing but Bait and Switch.

Worse car buying experience EVER!!! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. Places like this is the reason why I stay away from used vehicles. Within a few weeks of having my vehicle, it had to sit for two weeks. Had to replace the alternator, weeks after more lights came on the dash and I needed a “major tune up”. They told me the car wouldn’t fail inspection and IT DID!! I’m still driving with a rejection sticker. After fixing what needed to be fixed now I have another issue. Only had the vehicle 3 months.

Visited this dealer just today 31Jul2023. Quite a small lot. But had nice cars and very open about where they source them and provide a free auto check vin report. Parking is very limited including right along 46. Nick was very patient and let me take my time inspecting the vehicle and running a few of my own in-depth OBD2 scans. The whole test and inspection process was smooth, painless, and quite welcoming. I got to take a guided test drive with Nick on a designated path which met all my desired needs in test driving the vehicle. With all the information I was given, my allowed testing and the drive itself I was sold. I wanted this car. For the following, I’ll leave my opinions out of it and only mention facts. During my inspection I inquired about dealer fees and was told we would discuss that inside once my inspection was over. As I finished they requested my pay stubs. Then I was afforded the fee schedule. I did not end up purchasing because of the dealer and processing fees. These fees include the typical title, transfer…plus vehicle preparation, misc dealer costs and one other for Massachusetts lemon law which they admitted was a new requirement. I don’t remember the exact name or acronym of each fee but I sure remember each fee amount- $399, $399, $995, $895. This does not include sales tax or bank fees. The ONLY negotiable fee was MAYBE the bank fee and only after a hard pull credit check. Mind you, this is on a sub $7k vehicle 2007 with less than 75k miles. As I was informed at this location cash or finance this is how it works and is typical anywhere I would go. The total price cash OR before financing and warranty came out over $10k. Their bank requires a $2k deposit before considering anyone for financing. I did confirm these numbers, terms, and the actual fees before I had to step away. Not even 3 miles away, emp***y motors charges a single dealer fee of $495 which includes everything- title, transfer, temp registration, vehicle detailing and prep. Add in your taxes if applicable. Now my opinion, had the fees been more reasonable as with the second lot, I would have driven the 07 vehicle home. Please make your own informed decision.

Ail Zee Jay and Nick they pull the impossible to get us in a qx60 if u got bad credit they will make it happen just give them a couple of days and they will make anything possible. Just believe in trust. They made it happen for me and my family with bad credit if you ever interested just call and speak to Zee or Jay or Ali

Went to purchase a car and was immediately greeted by John. Very attentive, respectful and honest. I felt very comfortable being there and speaking with everyone there. It was all hands on deck and a pleasure to have done business with them!

I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone. My experience with them was extremely unpleasant and unsettling. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping me find the right car. They were pushy and tried to pressure me into making a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. When I tried to negotiate the price, they became defensive and rude. The whole experience left me feeling uneasy and stressed out. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy car dealership, I suggest you look elsewhere. This one is a complete disaster.

Had a very bad experience with this business and the prices listed are false. It seems, at least with used car dealerships in NJ they can charge exuberant amounts in prep, admin & dealer fees and nothing is being done about it. Trying to buy a car, with cash for $12,500.. ended up totaling $17,300.

Just another used car dealer ! I was hoping to give a good review but unfortunately it's not..waited over 30 days for plates and I had to keep calling to get them ! Didn't respond to messages I sent .. service was terrible...last time I use them and I won't recommend anyone to go there !

I purchased a car this past week from this dealership. I worked with Jay, he was excellent! Awesome salesman. When I called the dealership for questions, Nick usually answered the phone. Nick was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I do not want to do business with them anymore just because of Nick. I hope that guy gets fired. He should never have a customer service job again.

Bought a bmw 5 series here. Great experience. They had the car serviced beforehand. Very professional people and they help you as much they can to make sure you get the best deal.

Called from out of state to ask about a vehicle they responded quickly but seemed to lack any real maintenance knowledge about the vehicle. I would be weary of financing through them as my cash price included nearly 3000.00 in dealer fees. Strongly recommend a more upfront dealer.
