Called ahead to request a specific seat for my commercial truck, Dianez was very accommodating, all went as planned, only issues were the seat required additional parts for it to fit . This added cost was adjusted initially, because it was supposed to fit without modifications. The staff allowed me to open the box and confirm the fit! Despite the discount given for the extra parts needed, I opted for a less expensive option, Dianez, and her staff accomodated me 100% and streamlined the process, I am satisfied totally with their products! My advice to anyone before purchasing a product, regardless of what is discussed over a telephone call, bring the old components with you and take pictures, this will avoid extra trips and unnecessary returns and frustration. Products are constantly being upgraded and improved, I strongly recommend taking all the necessary precautions making certain you are getting the components that fit your needs! I will definitely return to suburban seating in the future, they were awesome to deal with , they have an area in the visitor room where you can check out a variety of their products!

My experience with this company wasn’t the greatest. They were slow to respond but eventually responded. They could definitely be more detailed oriented and converse with their customers in a more timely manner. I ordered a seat bracket for my tractor. I got an email then stating that the bracket would take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. At the end of this week it’ll be close to two months since my order was placed and still no brackets. I don’t know if this company drop ships or if they have inventory to pull orders from but I have financed the purchase for two months and they have had my money since then. Originally on the Google add it said it was available within ten days. They sent me a notification of shipment but it doesn’t have a tracking number. When someone finally returned my emails they said that the shipping estimate was provided by Google not them. So needless to say my experience to date hasn’t been great. I’m still trying to wait patiently for my order…After Saturday I’ll have to begin my inquiries again as it’ll be over 8 weeks

Ordered a seat online. Waited a month no estimate of shipping called again. Told me 1 to 2 weeks after that called again….this time No ETA whatsoever. Requested a refund which they processed but kept the 3 1/2 %credit card percent fee. What a way to do business don’t have anything in stock and make 3 1/2% for doing nothing. Apparently this is in their terms and conditions somewhere elusive.

I was skeptical at first because the product I wanted to purchase had a zero return policy and I was worried that if the package got damaged during shipping I would have no return options. I called them up and they explained that I would have to sign for the package and I should open the package and inspect it first before signing and refuse it if there was damage and that it would be the shipper’s responsibility then. Package arrived in great condition and it was packed well.

Ordered seat in August came damaged from poor packaging as of this date still have not done anything about it .I received refund from bank .AVOID THIS PLACE

I'm very picky about the seat that I will using. Begin 6' 3" and driving over the road, I do spend time in the seat and I want to be comfortable. With this pandemic you can't find seats because they gone. However after seeing that Suburban seating had a showroom I was interested to see what they had. When I showed up I spoke to Johanna she was very helpful. Also was very knowledgeable about the seats that I was looking at. I finally made my choice, she advised me when they getting the seat in. I wasn't surprised. She also told the the were expecting seats in a couple weeks. Well a few days later a got a call from Alain the the seat won't be in when they said it would but they had the same seat but in a another color. Actually if I knew that they had color I would have chosen that one. The fact is I thought the customer service great. I wasn't guessing about anything. Also the seat is reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend or buy there again.

Great replacement seat at a great price. I was out of state but within driving distance and the costumer support person helped me calculate the difference in cost if I were to pick up the seat in person and pay NJ sales tax, plus the tolls and fuel and driving time vs having it shipped tax free. The seat was installed in a 1989 Mack dump truck I’m restoring and is so nice I could forget that I’m driving a 1989 Mack dump truck...almost...

We purchased a Universal Forklift Replacement Seat a few months ago. It was easy to install on our machine. It fit perfectly and it was comfortable. They were very quick in their response to the order and quick to ship. Way to go! I would definitely go back to them and I would definitely recommend them.

High quality seat at a great price for our well used Chevy Kodiak truck. The driver of that truck now has the nicest seat in our entire fleet. Quick and easy ordering process. Simple pickup even during COVID. Followup to ensure we were happy. Excellent experience overall. I highly recommend them!

Bought few cushions for my truck over the years and they hold up well, old international truck with obsolete parts but these guys had what I needed and it fit right. Fast shipping and great customer service and not to forget fair price.

I ordered a new seat for my fork lift from there web site i received it very quickly. However, it had been damaged during transit, I contacted there customer support through email and they responded right away. They worked with me in getting the damaged seat taken care of. The true gauge of a company is how they handle issues and i am very satisfied with how they handled mine. Thank you

Great service and a great product! I had a semi-custom order for my camper van and it worked out perfectly. Having never set foot in the shop/showroom, the phone service was very helpful in guiding my purchase and my seat was shipped without a scratch.

Johanna was helpful throughout the whole process. I didn't know what to do to get seats for my Chevy Express cargo van. I needed to add two passenger seats for workers in the back. They put together a nice package that fit my budget. Worked out better than searching for old junkyard parts.

I ordered a seat cover and it was sent UPS. I didn't know I had to sign for it. After multiple attempts at trying to be home to sign, UPS just sent it back. I was refunded the purchase price but had to pay a "restock fee". I had the chance to pick it up at the UPS facility in Omaha, but I was not going to make an 80 mile round trip to pick it up. I will not purchase from these clowns again.

After looking all over the internet this company has exactly what I needed. They have been super courteous and easy to talk to when I had questions. Very easy to look up what I needed time after time and shipped in a timely manner. I plan on ordering more....only from them.

No help from customer service, tech folks do not know the products they sell. Placed an order, only received order confirmation. 4 days later I recieved no info on shipping. Called customer service, computers down, would call me back, and they did not. Called back later in the day, to find out that one item would not ship for 4 weeks. Asked for refund for the item and they said they would charge 3.5% to do so! Why!? NO information from them, no help, no contact by them about shipping 4 weeks late, and because it was past the 2 days for full refund 3.5% is charged, even talked to manager and he was no help. He wanted to blame me and said he couldn't do anything about the charge. NEVER WILL I DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Jump Seat 3 - Step Van Seat in Charcoal Cloth, Very good quality. Web site was easy to navigate and easily found a seat to fit our service van. The optional wall mount was easy to install and securely holds the seat in place. The lap belt works well as finding or installing an anchor point for shoulder belt would be difficult. Item arrived quickly, was not packaged the best but nothing was damaged and no parts were lost. Would buy another seat from here.

Bought driver's seat for Sterling L7200. Customer service was very helpful w/selection that turned out to be perfect. Installation was quick and easy. Seat performs much better than factory seat it replaced. It easily rivals the one in my new Peterbilt. Great job!

Bar none, the absolute BEST place to get your truck seat in the US. Go to a dealership and test sit, find the type, brand, manufacturer of the seat you want. Then call these guys and order it the way YOU want it. Or you can buy from what they have in stock, which is plentiful! Either way. Its shipped right to you or your shop. Excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier!

Pre-Sale communication through their website and then directly by email was absolutely FANTASTIC! A++ Product questions and specs on seat bases, operation, shipping and ordering was out of this word. Though I "luv" amazon it was awesome to actually talk to a knowledgeable rep. I'll look to update upon delivery and installation but we are off to a great start with this seller! :)

I needed headrests for Freedman Seats and Freedman directed me to the correct hardware and to Suburban Seating Co within 24 hours. Suburban Auto Seat Co. promptly placed the order and delivered the goods correctly and on schedule. All parties were cheerful and competent: Excellent Customer Service.

I was having a difficult time finding a mattress that would fit the sleeping area in my 1989 Toyota Motorhome until I stumbled upon Suburban Seats. To my delight, they stocked my size and I immediately ordered. That same day they sent me an invoice via email and stated shipping would commence the following day. The shipping was FREE, very fast and....best of all, they offered the lowest price! My mattress is a perfect fit and I am very pleased with every aspect of my purchase from this Company.

Surburban did fine but shipping experience with UPS Freight was a nightmare and I gave them 110 of my dollars. Supposed to be delivered on a Friday, tore truck down in anticipation. UPS calls at 4pm saying we need an appointment for Monday! Not to mention adjusting my Friday schedule to be available. Now it's 6pm, at the UPS warehouse for 30 minutes trying to pick seat up. Warehouse is 45 miles away. Crappy.

Killed my Buying Experience ~ Sam We all have our bad days, but customers put bread on a company's table. Ordered Seats from this company, however Mike the CS (customer service), was rude today. Gave me an annoyed attitude during the transaction. Acted like he didn't want my business attitude. Being a business owner myself, I tried to end the transaction positively by thanking him and telling him to have a good day, but he paused and then hung up. Really killed the buying experience with this company. Just ordered the product today, but will update review upon post transaction.
