I want to say I came in today because my brake assist and my stearing assist the lights were going on. I did go to the dealer, but one of the techs i kniw told me it's the battery.Nothing electrical, not to waste my money. I came to this location and a very nice kind, caring gentleman named Dave found the battery I needed and came out and helped me and was honest and he installed my battery. This is what I call exceptional customer service!!! Not often these days, you get somebody that will actually help you and be honest Thank you so much Lee (red equinox)

I went to the store to check my battery life, and Thaliani was an absolute lifesaver! She offered to help me change the battery and even took the time to teach me how to do it myself. I experienced true 5-star customer service — her kindness, patience, and willingness to assist made all the difference. Thank you, Thaliani, for going above and beyond!

I was honestly surprised and very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Edgar Guzman at the AutoZone in Lodi, NJ. He took care of everything regarding my car battery — from replacing it to cleaning the corrosion — and did it all with a smile. I was the first customer of the day around 7:30 AM, expecting to see some tired faces, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with respect and a warm attitude. That kind of service really makes a difference. Thank you, Edgar, for starting my morning in such a positive way!

Poor customer service. A few responsible employees. But there's a few younger people there with no knowledge of their job duties and have poor attitudes and mostly ignore the customers. Usually there's a few employees standing at the register farthest from the front door talking. And eventually get to asking what do you need. Very poor unprofessional conduct.. they should be grateful that they have a job

Oh, the service was good, but unfortunately, they didn’t carry the item that I wanted.

They changed my front breaks a few weeks ago. Now the breaks make noise of metal on metal grinding. Unfortunately, I will not return to this business to work on my car, ever again. The process was excessive in cost, avoid this business.

My name is Fareth Amador I was there earlier today to buy 4 sets rotors and 2 sets of brake pads. The morning people who took care of my earlier that day were super nice people, but they gave me the wrong brake pads , scanned for the proper pads but accidentally gave me a different one from what the receipt said . Cool honest mistake coming from a manager and someone who’s been a manager for over 5 years and been dealing with customer service..once I come to the get a refund they told me they wouldn’t refund me because the item code doesn’t change and I have to come in the next day . The manager name was Edd G the assistant manager the assistant manager wasn’t able to give me a refund someone who’s has almost the same power to refund someone as the general manager. Not trying to tell you how run your store , but even the employees where surprised because first the brake pads didn’t even fit my car because they weren’t for mine . I don’t understand why you guys have someone helping form a different store who doesn’t have the slightest knowledge to what he’s doing . I tipped the guy just for wasting my time. I’ll see you tmm

This was my second time in this store, that Omar gave great customer service. He is friendly, kind and patient. He went out of his way on a very cold, extremely windy day to install the new break light I had just purchased from him. I would recommend the Lodi store to anyone who needs anything in the future, because of him. Thank you again, Omar!

I just want to share my experience today at AutoZone in Lodi - Richard and Mo Were so kind And helpful To me - I needed a new battery and Richard changed my battery for me today in the freezing cold - They’re really are still kind people in this world. God bless these guys for helping me and I rate my experience at AutoZone. Five stars do not hesitate to go there. God bless

Moe D is always so happy to help. I’ve come in to the store like 5 times last week and every time he’s greeting you with a big smile and happy to give you the help that is needed.

I came in because my battery died on my key. I had a hard time opening up my keys to replace the battery so I came into auto zone. Moe D and Bryan A both helped to get the case opened, replace the battery, and get the case closed even though the case was damaged. It was great customer service and I get great service other times too.

The manager Moe D extremely helpful and very hospitable. He helped me right away and didn't waste anytime helping me get back on the road after changing my battery thanks moe!

What a fantastic experience & help received at this AutoZone location today. I was helped & informed on my car issue by Eric. This gentleman is extremely patient, helpful, & extremely courteous. There is high motivation in this stores & it is displayed by the positive attitude of the staff.

Manager Moe D. and Omar H. were amazing!!! They greeted me as soon as I walked into the store, they helped me find a good battery and, installed it for free! They saved my life!!! I will highly recommend going to this Autozone.

Be careful with the Manager and his criminal treating attitude. He spoke to me in a very aggressive manner and felt that he was ready to fight me, all because i questioned the “new return policy”. Idk how in the world this kid got hired, the face tattoo was not enough signal for corporate to send a red flag? I was not in the mood to get myself involved with any charge so i decided to leave store but a big warning to those who wont have the patience.

On May 23rd 2024, I came into the Lodi location to buy some new wiper blades for my new Jeep…I KINDA knew how to put them on my old Jeep…not so much on the new one…. but Daquan came to the rescue! Rang me up, and offered to assist to put the new blades on, and he even realized that I had bought the wrong rear wiper and grabbed and installed the right one…all that in under 5 minutes! THIS is what true Customer Service should look like; this gentleman should be recognized for a job well done!

My experience with the Lodi Autozone was a phenomenal one. These guys are extremely knowledgeable on their products and services which made it very easy for my car issue to be resolved. I was on vacation from Florida and traveled via Car to NJ to visit family. I thought my battery was going bad and turns out it was the alternator. I had no idea I traveled using just the battery. The store manager Jerell & his team greeted immediately as I walk through the door. Offered assistance right away & resolved my issue in a timely & professional manner. Jerell and his team made my day easy and bright. I’ve been to other autozone’s in my home area and have never experienced this awesome customer service. HUGE THANKS to the store manager Jerell and his team for their support & extending the knowledge and services. Great store, great staff & exceptional management team. Every star well deserved & I personally would recommend this location to all my family & friends. I appreciate EVERYTHING that was presented as soon as I walked through the doors. Jerell & team: please keep up the great work & wish there were more people out there in the world like you. Thank you!

This store needs to train their managers and new hires better and educate them on customer service. This morning, I had a problem with a battery that I bought two months ago from this location, and I wanted to swap it since it was under warranty. At that moment, the store was dead, and he said that I had to bring the battery inside on my own. He landed some tools, so I did after nearly an hour struggling to get it out. All of this for them to pull a small suit case type of gadget that reads tests whether the battery is goog or not. I lost nearly three hours to get my battery in/out when it could have been done in a matter of minutes. If Google allows it, I would give this store a negative 10 stars. Worse experience, if I can avoid bringing my business or any other business to this store from now on; believe that I will. -10☆!!!!

Mike K. Is by far the friendliest, helpful and most profession employee I’ve came across at any AutoZone. I needed to replace my battery immediately and when I showed up to replace it with my own tools, I was missing a couple tools to finish the job and he let me borrow any extra tools I needed and even gave me a hand putting the battery in place! 10/10 customer service and experience

I’ve been purchasing all my car needs from this location since I can remember. Always well stocked and neatly organized. Great hours as well open super early for your convenience. And the staff is exceptional, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Luis, Tae, and Jerell are all assets to the team. Thanks guys.

The older guy that's been there for more than 10yrs has always been helpful since day 1. Lke id always be able to count on him if I really needed help. I been living here 15 yrs now. By now its clear to see, as humble and helpful he is, he is also a reason for the positive energy there.

Luis at the front desk was a pleasure to have helped me. I needed to exchange wipers and lost the receipt. Luis was patient and took the time to go outside and look at the model wipers I had on my Imprezza. I truly appreciate kind and attentive employees, especially at auto parts stores.

Leonard’s E was amazing! His customer service was excellent, he’s very kind and sweet and always helpful, ask for him and he won’t disappoint absolutely love his service! Jardel was also very helpful, he made sure I got what I needed. Thank you to both of them!!

I admittedly don't know much about cars. I know this about myself, so I walked in and waited to be helped. I tried to describe the part I needed to the associate at the desk. As I was describing it, it became clear that the part I wanted was not a part I could buy separately as I had thought. The associate and another associate coming in for his shift quietly laughed at me for my lack of knowledge. He walked out to the car to see what I needed. Admittedly, he did help me figure out the part I needed, but I do not intend on going back there. The experience made me feel as though the salesmen who are there to help just wanted to make fun of me.

Xavior was an amazing help! Knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Great customer service from the whole store as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!!
