I have to say I have REALLY mixed feelings about this place. This is a long story as I bought the car October 15th. I was making this purchase online as it was out of state and at the moment did not have anyone to inspect it or have time to drive there and inspect it, so I was taking the word of the worker helping me. I was looking at their 2012 T5 S60 Volvo and aside from the cosmetic issues (which I was aware of). I asked about the headliner as it was falling in the back which they said they could fix in house and I declined. Everything was good, we got an appointment set up for delivery as I am in PA and they are in NJ. I got the car delivered and everything seemed to be working fine. I get in the passenger seat, as the car is for my girlfriend and we start to drive and I notice the passenger seatbelt doesn't retract at all. I was NOT made aware of this. Unable to ride in the passenger seat of her car is a safety hazard and if I would have know this I wouldn't have bought it, BUT then I was told that it would be covered by them. I was okay with that. We then realized the sunroof panel (the slider part, not the glass part) was off track/broken, again something that I was NOT made aware of. A&W said to get it inspected to see if that is something that they cover. After inspection and sending the paper back to them, it is not something that they covered. Again, if I knew these things I would not have bought the car. While getting the post purchase inspection done by the Volvo dealership themselves they also said some other things and while I know that some of the things a dealerships says is not needed or small like wiper blades and stuff of the sort, if I take off everything else that is on there and keep the main things its still a few thousand to get it all repaired. Again I was assured that everything was mechanically great, car runs great, and all. The car also has trouble on the highway because around 58 MPH, the steering wheel shakes and if I were to go hands off it does turn the wheels unlike other cars where they would continue straight. It was a few months for me to get into the dealership to get the car inspected and the papers back and so on and so forth. After that whole thing about the sunroof slider I pretty much gave up on it and figured well I would get the seatbelt. When I asked for the seatbelt, I was told that it wasn't covered all of a sudden!? That was NOT what I was told. They said they would check with the boss to be sure and then they said that the boss confirmed that it was a no. Since they then said they said that, they did end up buying and sending the seatbelt on their own accord and I VERY much appreciated this as I had some faith restored. One thing I cannot stand. There was a VERY big delay in the beginning. After I received the car, we did not drive it right away as it was a gift and was waiting for her, maybe a week. Then the day that I figured out the seatbelt problem I texted. This is where the communication went TERRIBLE and why I am writing this review FOUR months later. I just got the seatbelt, the 17th Feb. Taking out the time for the appointments to get it inspected and so on, it would probably add up to 2.5/3 months, but even so that is a very long time to get this settled. I felt the process to buy the car was easy, but as soon as there was a problem and I had some concerns that were not shown to me in the buying process, I was left in the realm of trying to scatter to figure things out. I felt like I didn't get an honest review of the car and that is what really turned this sour to me. I even said up front if there were problems to just let me know before hand so I could get those worked on as soon as I got the car. Communication seems either awful or there is too much for the workers to handle. I am sorry as I do not plan to ever shop here again, this was the worst car buying experience out of 5 that I have had. The good faith in getting the seatbelt though, I can appreciate that and acknowledge that.
I had a great experience purchasing my mercedes from this dealership. The entire process was very smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Dale was extremely helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. After I had the vehicle for a short time, I noticed a noise and reached out with a concern. Dale immediately stepped in and took care of the issue right away. He was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I’ve now had the car for 2 months and haven’t had any other issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car!!
Don't buy a car from them they will sell cars they know have problems. Take care back but keep any deposits you make. Offer only credit on your money. Save yourself the heartache and loss of money
We purchased a Subaru Forester from AW in November. We had had been burned pretty badly at another dealership in previous months and were very, VERY leery of having to purchase another vehicle, which we were very up front about with them. They were extremely patient with us and very accommodating. For a small fee, they agreed to drive the car to the mechanic of our choice to have it looked over. We put a small deposit on the car with the agreement that they would fix some things before selling it to us, which they did. The process took a couple of weeks BECAUSE of the fact that they were willing to work around our schedules (we never had to take off of work to deal with things). All in all, we were very happy with how we were treated and with the vehicle itself. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

After I sent over photos, they offered a very fair range and most importantly, didn't waste my time with 'lowball' offers once I arrived in person. The process was smooth, quick, and incredibly easy. Stay Clear, what a waste of my time and Gas, they try to sell JUNK!. Vehicle looked nothing like the pictures. Dirty run down they advertised and told me it was garage kept and like new. Then had me try another that had a loud exhaust leak and sounded like a tank. Dale had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to test drive. A complete waste of time.
This is an excellent place to purchase a used car. I worked with Dale to purchase a subaru legacy. The sales staff was not pushy, they answered every question I had, and offered flexible financing options. They let me get in the car inspected by a mechanic I've been using for over a decade and they worked with me to address any concerns the mechanic found. They made the pruchasing process very easy and were very accomodating.

Waste of time ! Drove from Boston called 2 times to make sure car g2g they said yes. After arriving found AC doesn’t work tire pressure light blinking They quick charged AC which is worked not enough time to wait to make sure leaking or not. Expect prices more than they posted. They posted $11k increase prices $12,500
Easy no pressure sale. Dale was great. They let me put down a refundable deposit to hold a car for 3 days until I could come see it.
The car was just as presented in the pictures and worked flawlessly. They let me take my time to try all the equipment, test with my ODB scanner and look underneath the car. Just a no-nonsense experience satisfying experience.

Let me start by saying the staff at this dealership was very friendly and had great attitudes, which I truly appreciated. However, my overall experience was disappointing.
I purchased a vehicle here in June. Within a week, the car had to be returned due to a completely rusted subframe, which made it unsafe to drive. I was offered the option to split the repair cost or exchange the vehicle. I chose to exchange it, but was charged an additional $445, despite the replacement being the same model year—from a 2013 Subaru Outback to a 2013 Subaru Forester.
Unfortunately, just three weeks after receiving the replacement vehicle, my son—who had taken the car back to school—experienced a complete power steering failure. A mechanic diagnosed it as a faulty rack and pinion that now needs to be fully replaced.
This was a very discouraging experience for my son, who was being rewarded for his hard work and dedication to his studies. While I understand that used vehicles may require some maintenance, I’ve never had this many serious issues occur so quickly after purchase. In my past experiences, reputable dealerships perform thorough inspections and address such concerns before selling a vehicle.
While the staff made efforts to be accommodating, the condition of both vehicles left me deeply disappointed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership, nor would I consider purchasing from them again.

I bought a 2015 Ford Expedition EL online from A.W. and they made it a painless process. Of course I asked questions and had a few follow-ups on photos and even a follow-up video. A.W. was one of the few dealers that quickly followed up and helped "get the ball rolling" in purchasing the vehicle.
A.W. was honest answering my questions and concerns. For example, I pointed out there were no pictures of the tire tread Dale said "Yes, it will need tires." However, there was more than enough tread to drive my 800+ miles home and give me plenty of time to shop around and find suitable replacements. The only problem I found was a bad $30 check valve for switching 2wd and 4wd; of course I knew I was buying a used care so I didn't expect a perfect vehicle.
The physical flaws shown in the pictures were worse in the pictures than in person.
One thing to look out for here is Amanda. She is relentless.

Though I have not bought a vehicle from AW, their customer service and internet sales were so phenomenal, it just had to be said. I have put in a request for a vehicle I desire, and they have addressed it to their buyers. Hopefully my family and I will be able to get it soon! Mr. Michael Collins and Internet Sales Associate Amanda Irving made it very easy to understand the process. They were very welcoming and even offered to let me come in to test drive a vehicle even with me clearly letting them know that I would not be buying the vehicle as it is a little older and had a higher mileage than I'd like. The response time is amazing! I'd get an answer to all of my questions within minutes regardless of what time it was, how late I'd send it, and even if I was spamming. Unlike many dealers, they were very professional and accommodating as they stuck to messages/email as my preferred form of contact rather than spamming with calls. This is something that many other dealers would not do. This group did not make me feel rushed.
