I just bought a brand new car from them. They made sure I got a car that was in my budget and everything I wanted in a car. They help me get an insurance policy that was right for me. I would definitely recommend Anthony and his whole team to anybody trying to purchase a car.

Called before I drove 1.5 hours to look at car. I was skeptical because of the low price. Woman on phone told me nothing was wrong with vehicle, they keep prices low by selling cars quickly. I arrived to look at car. Front tires were almost bald and air conditioner did not work. Sat down with salesman after test drive and he asked how I liked car. Told him about the problems and he stated “ that’s why the car is below book value”. Lesson learned and a long drive home.

Went here to get a vehicle . Pulled off with a Chevrolet suburban .Decent service but after 3 weeks of having the vehicle the transmission started slipping and broke down . Got that fixed and went to get it fully checked out and the passenger sides brakes weren’t even there. So I was driving with only driver side wheels brake pads.Now almost a year of having it and the engine is completely shot . Also to add was giving a warranty with the vehicle and the warranty company won’t honor the warranty agreement so will I go back or refer people there absolutely not .

There were delays throughout the entire process, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. Zero professionalism from start to finish. Most of their positive reviews are posted without customer consent, using deceptive practices and abusing the trust of their clients. I do not recommend this business at all.

70 year old. Bought Kia Sedona in August 2025. Shit. Had rat's nest in engineering. Went to AG Office got 209 back. Stay away They didn't want the car back. I payed 3800 for a vehicle that was not suppose to have mechanical issues. Leaking radiator, transmission problem, cracked windshield, no air-conditioning, rat's nest in engine, passenger air bags not working, tire rods are bad, differential is leaking in rear. Owner sold me a lemon

I’m extremely disappointed with this dealership. My son bought a car here, and on the 28th day just two days before the 30-day warranty expired the car broke down on the highway. When we contacted the dealership, instead of standing by their word, they refused to repair it. Now we’re being told the car needs a new engine. We trusted them and thought the 30-day warranty meant something, but clearly, it doesn’t. They were happy to take our money, but when something went wrong, they completely walked away from their responsibility. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place. If I can give this place a zero stars I would.

Sam Auto is an ideal spot to purchase a vehicle. Anthony is a phenomenal finance manager. He’s highly knowledgeable and will apply all his skills to get you approved for a loan. Sales manager Joe is courteous and attentive to customer concerns. The car lot has various desirable selections of vehicles. The prices are fair and not overpriced. ⭐☆☆☆☆ BUYER BEWARE – Hidden Issues and Poor Quality Vehicles I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Sam’s Auto Sales, and it has been a complete headache from day one. The very first thing I told them when I bought the car was that there was no heat. They admitted there was a problem and had their mechanic “fix” it, but it was only a temporary patch — the issue came right back. Shortly after, the coolant valve failed, leaving me stranded while trying to pick up my family. That was just the beginning. Within only five months of ownership, I had to replace the rear brake rotors and pads, which is something that should’ve been addressed long before selling the vehicle. A properly inspected and serviced car should not have that kind of failure so soon. Now, the car has started sputtering and is losing compression in the engine, which points to serious internal problems. These are not minor issues — they suggest the car was never properly inspected or may have been sold with known defects. I feel completely let down by this dealership. They were quick to sell but slow to take accountability. The “repairs” they offered were band-aid fixes, not real solutions. If you’re thinking about buying from Sam’s Auto Sales, do not trust their word. Have the car fully inspected by your own mechanic before signing anything. Don’t get stuck like I did with a car full of hidden problems. This experience has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My experience with Sam’s auto sale was great . The guys were very friendly , honest and they worked with me to give me a rate that was within my budget. I went just to check a car that I have been looking for a while and ended up driving it home . So far so good . Just go and check it out for yourself . Reasonable prices and they are nice guys . They even fed my kids chicken.?

I own my own contracting company, and I was looking for a nice truck that had low miles, but was kind of flashy. Sams Auto hooked me up. These guys are great they went out there way to personally get this truck for me. I live in the area and had literally four different people at different times recommended this place and I’m definitely glad I went. There not over priced like so many other places and they actually make it feel like your buying the vehicle off one of your friends. I’ve had no problems with my vehicle at all and for as hard as it is to finance a vehicle, they made it very simple. I actually have a professional looking truck for my company now at a reasonable price too. Update!!!!!! One year later and my work truck and Camaro are still running great I’ve had no problems. They were upstanding and trustworthy and they even worked through a couple issues that I had had in the beginning. It was small stuff like the AC they paid for it to get fixed. They went out of their way to have a mechanic also fix the radiator where the something else with the AC that I wasn’t even aware of that cost a lot of money and they fix that for free. Also, they did awesome work and I’ve had no problems with the car and I don’t leave reviews often but these guys definitely worth a few minutes to take the time
