3/3/26 They continue, as always, to be the BEST!!!!!!! I can always rely on the great management and service staff to take care of all of my car's needs. They are the only place that I 100% trust and bring my car to. Today I brought my car in for replacement brakes. They also do a wonderful preventative car check with pictures to be sure that all the mechanics of the car are in great working order. My 2014 car is in awesome shape because of the care and TLC they provide! I am fortunate to have them for the upkeep of my aging Mistubishi.
9/3/25 I feel very blessed to be taken excellant care of from my wonderful friends at this Meineke Care Car Center. The wonderful staff are not just people who work there, they are good friends who care for both my 2014 Mistubishi Lancer and also me!! They always provide the best and top of the line service and take loving care of my 4 wheels. They are thorough and honest and will always make sure that they do their very best job including their warranty. I recommend them 110% and appreciate all the work they have done for me. They have been servicing my car for close to 8 years now. Thank you Shelby, Tim, Vaughn, Ryan, and all the other staff at Meineke !!
9/27/24 Once again, Jack and Tim went out of their way to help me with the servicing of my car. Whatever they can help you out with, they are always there taking the utmost care of your car and they are always right there for you. 2023 I just love Meineke in Seabrook. The new management is awesome. They are very professional and a good step up from the previous management. They take pictures of your car and show you if and when there are any issues. The Service Manager, Jack is GREAT, a wonderful guy who will take awesome care of you and your vehicle. Their Forman, Dave is excellant and will make sure your car will be repaired correctly. They work with you and are Honest❣️ I take my car to this Service Center for all its needs. I am so very happy and confident with the care and service my 2014 Mitsubishi is getting.?
We had brake related mechanical emergency that caused vibration and a droning noise in the cabin when cruising at 40+ mph. BJs Tire checked our tires purchased from them 15 mos prior: examined, balanced, rotated and slightly aligned at no charge. They correctly diagnosed a stuck caliper on the front driver side as the cause of the vibration and noise which was unsafe to drive. We went down the street to Meineke right away at 3pm without an appointment but they still tried to help us out. They confirmed the bad caliper and with comprehensive photo diagnosis of the car. The job ended up taking 2.5 hours—they close at 5 so they went OT. We really appreciated the help, and they were all very professional and friendly. Their waiting area and restroom were well appointed and clean. We drove home safely and the car and brakes functioned beautifully—proof of their expert job! I highly recommend Meineke of Seabrook, NH.
great service, communicative rep and techs, very transparent and willing to show you pictures from the inspection so you know they aren't making up issues to sell you the solutions for. trustworthy!
I guess I will give them 5 stars lol. I really enjoyed their friendliness. They make you feel very comfortable and seem to take good care of their customers.
My ONLY complaint is that the prices are insane. And I understand that we all need to make money. But DAMN!!
The service writer Matt was very personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very much at ease. The tech did a great job assessing my vehicle and sending me video with options.
Highly recommend them.
I couldn't be happier! Don't go for an oil change to a little Mom & Pop that doesn't rotate tires, run a comprehensive check-point service on your car, replace your filters. Mineke does it all and my car is running SO much better!
This is the second time that I have visited the Meineke in Seabrook New Hampshire. Both times were extremely positive. Affordable repairs without a lengthy wait. Seems like a top-notch team in the garage and at the desk.
Went in to have an expensive part replaced. Come to find out it just needed to be cleaned and not replaced. Most places would just do the work you signed for but they were kind enough to save me $500 and just did what was necessary
Context: I knew I needed a new vehicle but thought I could get another winter.
Reality, after a thorough evaluation of my 2003 Honda Element, the folks at Meineke were gentle in saying......."you're vehicle is basically totaled". The amount of work needed is not worth fixing. Take that money and invest in a new truck of your dreams! THANKS MEINEKE!!

Is exceptional. I've never been treated so well at any repair facility. After the front end work and 4 wheel alignment we performed, my 2009 BMW X5 handled the road and conditions just like it did when it was new!
I am definately a return customer, and my next service appointment is for brakes and rotors.
Great techs, and service manager is most informative as to the service required to keep my BMW running like new!

Called for a last minute reservation and they worked to get me in although they were pretty busy. They were courteous when I arrived and got my car in quickly. Service time was really good, and price was too. I would not hesitate to return for future service.
Terrible bought the car and just have a serpentine belt replaced and they wanted $165 just to tell me that the belt needed to be replaced ?♂️… then another $265 to replace the belt on top of that. 430? This place is ridiculously overpriced. You bring your car in and they start doing all kinds of things you didn’t ask for and then try to charge you for it. Stay clear
Went in for an inspection. It didn’t pass however I wasn’t going to do the work but some how I was there for an hour and a half. Took extra 45 min to replace 4 bulbs. And of course charged for every minute. Waste of time and money.
My sunroof was stuck open and I greatly appreciated that the mechanic called me to let me know my appointment was likely too late in the day for it to be resolved and accommodated me earlier in the day to get it done. Both the mechanic and manager were incredibly kind and responsive. Despite that it wound up taking longer than anticipated, the manager provided me a discount to ensure I wasn’t overpaying for the service as it couldn’t be entirely completed without additional time and parts. I’ll be back.
Quickly in and out. Everyone was pleasant. Waiting area and bathroom were clean. Optional texting was wonderful. I new exactly when my car was ready so I was able to get my shopping and errands done.
Tim was an excellent manager. Very respectful and easy to talk to. I can tell he's a man that looks out for his customer's best interest. I'll be back there for more repairs when I have more spending money.
Run don't walk from meineke!!! Ive been to seabrook N.H. 5 times for the power steering in my car. Every time they tell me they got the wrong part, it will take 3 days to get it and another $300. Today they promised to get it done so I scheduled an 8 am appointment. 845 my car is still in the parking lot and the guy at the counter just told one of the so called mechanics you don't have to rush. What started as being told $500 and 2 hours has turned into a month and $950 and counting.
I had gone to my service station (3x) and my Subaru dealer(2x). But for almost a year I was told various stories that were both expensive and frustrating. I finally went to Meineke and they ran checks on everything and now my car was fixed. They were through and expedite in diagnosing my issues. Thank you.
Their entire team did an excellent job fixing my Honda back in June. Yesterday I had my exhaust fixed perfect and in an hour. They have perfect customer service and work very quickly. On top of that, they are very fair and honest regarding pricing. 10/10 would recommend. Special thanks to Jack for all his help with everything! Amazing service again recently 6/18/2025. Fair price and my car was done in less than 24 hours!
Made an appointment 5 days ago for 8am this morning to replace a simple exhuast pipe connector. At 10am I still hadn't heard anything. I called and was told that they still hadn't looked at it and they weren't going to be able to get to it today because they don't have the part. Again, they have known for 5 days what needed to be done. At what point were they going to let me know that they didn't have the most basic of parts... a part that cost less than $25 up the street from them at autozone? No excuse for the no communication. No excuse to not have the part or get it. Anything outside of an overpriced oil change from here seems completely out of their realm. And forget about appointment times. Apparently they feel that everyone can simply leave their cars there for days.
It was my first visit to Meineke of Seabrook, NH. Making appointment was easy and quick. Every person I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. The car was taken to the shop at the precise time promised. The notification system is great and very helpful. I have now a new location to service my car.
I went in for an oil change and was very happy with the service I received. They really checked my vehicle over throughly. I asked for a tire rotation since they already had my tires off.. The manager Tim kept me entertained with interesting stories while I was waiting. I will definitely be back!
Never been so frustrated! Called before I booked letting them know my time constraints. Told I would be fine. Confirmed time needed for service when I got there. Let them know I was going to Home Depot (across the parking lot). When I returned my car had not been touched and I was told the mechanic had gone to lunch?? needless to say no oil change and morning wasted
Had an appointment with Meineke in Seabrook NH today. To have what issue I was being told caused the wear and tear damage on my brand new tires from another tire dealership. Shelby was a fantastic pleasure to meet and give a walk thru on my cars proper diagnosis. Also to assure me that the issue called into question could have not caused this tire damage. Also to help me understand that this issue should be covered by the other companies fault and error. I thank the Manager Tim and Shelby and their kind team at Meineke Car Care with the Safety of my Vehicle. As well as any Future issues.

After being almost killed by Mavis tire not once but twice I decided to bring my car to Meineke and let me tell you the customer service from the start was amazing they truly went above and beyond! Once I explained my concerns about my tires and breaks the got me right in the same day did a complete inspection pointing out where work was needed with photos and videos showing me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost ! I highly recommend the guys at Meineke they are the best !
