I get it. I get the poor reviews. At first I was less than pleased about the casual way they did shit. Could they use a "lead guy" ? Maybe but I showed up, looking at a nice BMW for a reasonable price. Mike was chill, no pressure and let me decide on my own. I took the car! The next day the Mass RMV kept giving me shit and I ended back 3 times. Dean went and had what I needed notarized despite it not being needed. Now, they were cool. Place could be huge with the right front man. I cannot complain. Yet!
Do not buy a car from this guy. He sold me a truck with a rusted frame and I could not even get it inspected. When asked to return my money he said “no return of any money” and walked away. Terrible person.
Dean gets bent when you ask some questions, becomes abusive and then blocks you on facebook even when you have the money in hand. I guess he wants you to just blindly accept what he has to offer or he has something to hide. Not sure which but I wouldn't recommend doing business with this place. If nothing the attitude is bad and usually that is representative of the rest of the place. Good luck if you do shop here though at least stay away from Dean if it is possible....
I bought a car from them and I called them 24 hours after with transmission problems and they told me it wasn’t their problem so I wouldn’t buy a car from them ever again please be careful these people are awful
Absolutely disgusting! Would not let me test drive the car past the corner of their place would not let my boyfriend look at the car before I bought it wouldn’t answer any questions honestly lied about everything. The worst car experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention the inappropriate advances because I’m a girl. Thank God I didn’t do business with them. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Someone needs to tell the state attorney.
I was a 17 year old girl car shopping so you can imaging how this review is going to go. I was looking at a souped up chevy cruise everything seemed great until we asked to get the car looked at by a mechanic we trust and he said that wasn't allowed and HIS mechanic will look at it. my mom had called that mechanic and told him to call her with the results. there ended up being no heat or ac the exhaust was falling apart and the whole underneath was jerry rigged and falling apart and it would never pass inspection in this state. When my mom and I went back to get my trade in back she said that the mechanic said there was a little problem with the ac and heat, dean proceeds to tell us the ac and heat work great which she then asked how because there is no ac or heat. he also hit on me and my mom so that was weird.
Saw a posting on marketplace for a Ridgeline, "needs nothing!" Got there and both fenderwells rusted and a puddle of antifreeze underneath. No thanks, dodged that bullet..
I would make very sure you either have a mechanic with you, or know a great deal about mechanics. This is not a dealership. They do not check out the vehicles they sell. I take the blame on that and should have done more research. The Volkswagen we purchased ended up needing a new transmission. The sunroof stopped working on the way home and the check engine light came on within a few miles. The engine light is for a sensor that will cost 600 to replace. The front drivers side suspension spring also turned out to be broken. I know, buyer beware but this is either incompetence or they knew it and didn't care.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Very dishonest. Bought an older BMW and when I test drove it i could immediately tell it needed new front brakes and rotors. The car was shaking pretty bad. Mike looked me right in the eye and told me it was fine. There was also a misfire and a coil needs to be replaced. He told me that the check engine light just needed to be reset and now for the icing on the cake... there is a coolant leak that he 100% knew about because there was a bottle of coolant under the hood. I now have to replace the radiator which is going to cost me close to $1500. I contacted mike through Facebook marketplace, because that’s how I found the car, he blocked me. Seriously considering taking them to small claims court. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALER.
I was sold a car that is not road safe. My mechanic’s looked it over & it’s missing the driveshaft. My car is an AWD & without that shaft it’s not even what I paid for. You would’ve never known the issues I have with this vehicle unless it was on a lift. I didn’t pay for an “as is” vehicle. I purchased a vehicle that I was told was road safe. When I confronted Michael he blocked me. Do not purchase from here.
I called the better business bureau on these guys. I hope they get what is coming to them. They deserve to be put in jail for all the money they have stolen from everybody who they have scammed.
My friend bought a truck ant get sticker needs new engine and they do no stand by there cars .I think they should be put out of business and pay back everyone they scammed. It's hard to believe that the law doesn't help and we have to write reviews .ps Dont buy from them
A lot of complaints about this business in other forums. Business is known for selling junk auction cars that will not pass inspection. Do your homework and have a car looked at before buying. Know your consumer protection laws.
Just bought 2002 Honda Accord a few days ago and the check engine light came on. Wow..... I am a single mother with two children. Oh yeah, this is a great car blah blah blah. I really can't take the sickness if this world. Basically read the reviews and don't buy from them.
The only positive reviews here are from their associates. Gary Cushing and Vitalii Makunia runs this business and are scammers. They wont honor any warranty listed on the contract. Don't fell in their trap and shop somewhere else.
Bought a car from these guys still have 20 day templates on it and it already needs a head gasket we use it as a spare car for my wife to get back-and-forth to work it’s not really driven I called them and they gave me an attitude and said there was nothing they can do and hung up on me I do not recommend these guys to anybody they also wouldn’t give me the Carfax when I asked I was also looking at another vehicle on their lot in the vehicle has been in a car accident and all airbags have been deployed they fix the truck and is now trying to sell it and not tell anybody about that it has a salvage title I strongly do not recommend these guys to anybody
The owner sold a car to a Veteran a few days ago for his son (my nephew) and said he’d buy it back if there were any problems. The car was a rust bucket and won’t pass inspection and the owner refused to take it back. What a ripoff artist.
Father bought her daughter car from there and within a week it broke down. Also went to look at it to paint it and like a typical used salesmen he wanted to low ball it and caught them in a lie. They are auction cars and so called go over it with a mechanic and I highly doubt it. And as you can tell the owner is your typical USED salesman and I did show up and then text you and your partner about the lie you told me and you have the same cars there. So like I said. A typical guy out to rob you
