Family was stranded in New Hampshire and this is the only auto shop that returned my text on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30. I was told someone would come out to my location and look at my vehicle. Sunday morning when he realized he misread my location I was ghosted. Totally stopped answering my text messages and didn’t even have the decency to confirm he could not come service my truck. Says a lot about integrity of someone.

I was traveling from RI to Maine with a new truck we just bought when our right front wheel froze smoking, sqeeling tore up our tire. We and were afraid we’d be calling a tow truck and be days getting it repaired. The tech showed up, took one look and said easy fix and had us on our way within an hour and the rate was very reasonable. He also checked all the other calipers to make sure they were good and tight for us and even texted with us to make sure we arrived to our destination 300 miles away. Great person, his business is top rate! Call him first if you’re in trouble.

What a great experience. Alternator died on a holiday weekend. Found Brent on google, called and spoke to him about it. He texted within an hour or two what the price would be. He would have been at my house that afternoon but there was a snowstorm so he came first thing the next day and took care of it and the car is running fine. Highly recommended.

Made an appointment for a Saturday morning he messaged me that day and said he was having problems with his vehicle and then left me hanging for a couple hours then asked if he could come the next day. I said fine and he never showed the next day, and would not respond to any messages whatsoever.

Best service I ever had! Brent is as solid as they come. I used BJF for an emergency starter replacement. We were traveling from NJ to ME and stopped in NH overnight. Car would not start. Brent came on a Saturday evening after 10pm to diagnose and came back Sunday morning bright and early after the part store opened to replace the bad starter. We were off to Maine on time and without incident. His pricing was also very fair especially for an emergency on location service on a weekend! Spectacular!!
My car wouldn't start on the Saturday morning of a long holiday weekend. Jumpstarting was unsuccessful, I was pretty sure it needed a new starter. Everything was closed until 3 days later, I was in a real jam...
I didn't even know mobile automobile repair companies were a thing, but when I did a search for "car repair near me, open," BJF came up right under the auto parts stores.
Within a couple of hours, Brent was in my driveway and immediately able to diagnose my car, it was the starter. He replaced it quickly for a very reasonable price, far less than it would have cost me to tow, and gave me back 3 days of mobility.
I saved his contact information so that my wife and I can reach out if we ever find ourselves in this kind of a predicament. I would highly recommend BJF to anyone who asks.

I don’t know many mobile auto mechanics in the area, but Brent was absolutely incredible. He promptly called and texted back, apologizing for missing the call, even though I hadn’t left a message. After I explained the issue, he said he could be at our house in eight minutes… and he was! He got right under the car, diagnosed the problem on the spot, and clearly explained what needed to be ordered. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Brent was fantastic!

I needed an Alternator replacement for my 2016 Mazda cx5 . I called Brent . He was there the very next morning and replaced the Alternator. He is the Absolute Best Mechanic there is, along with a great personality , great cost !!! He is down to earth and very respectful. He is the Mechanic Pro Angel sent to me . I cannot say enough great things about him. My Alternator was really tough to get out , he had to drop the engine to get to a bolt. He never complained once. Service with a smile. I went to Town Fair Tire to fix a tire. When they go to pull my car into the bay it won't start, won't turn over, nothing at all. So I arrange for a tow truck to bring it to a mechanic. The guy inside Town Fair Tire said let me call my buddy. Brent from BJF shows up in like 5 minutes and proceeds to diagnose then get the parts then install a new starter right there in the parking lot, he is a master mechanic, the starter was in such a tough spot. Then I am changing my own tire in the lot and I can't get 2 lug nuts off. Brent came back and checked it out. Apparently I cross threaded 2 lug nuts. I've changed a tire maybe 50 times in my life but never did that, I felt like such an idiot. But Brent said no problem and got to work. For everything he charged me WAY LESS than I would have paid at a shop and did it all with a smile. I would highly recommend using BJF mobile auto mechanics. I'm already planning on having him come over and fix another minor problem, I trust him THAT MUCH.
Great service!! I was having car trouble while leaving Hampton beach area and being 2 and 1/2 hours from home it was pretty stressful.. I fell upon his service through another guy he works with that was to busy and recommended him to fix it for me. He explained what happened with my car, which it was a brake issue and what he was going to do to fix it so I could get home. He was fast, efficient and reasonable. Highly recommended!
