Brandi was so helpful and kind. I struggled installing my new wiper blades for over an hour before i drove back to the store. It took her about 2 minutes to fix my mess and help me snap them on. I definitely appreciated that. she was willing even though it looked like she was alone in the store.
Went there to pick up an online order. Received confirmation order was ready. Got there and they said it had just come in on a truck and they had to find it. They could not find it. Drove 20 minutes each way to pick up. When arrived, one of the clerk's was chatting it up with someone. Maybe she should have been finding my order instead. Would clearly think that an associate, at an absolute bare minimum, would verify that the product is physically in the store prior to confirming to the customer that it is ready for pickup. Was offered by the store to come in and pick it up tomorrow. Are you kidding me. Was not offered anything for my trouble! Cancelled my order before leaving the store. Ordered from Autozone in the next hour where I will be buying from for my future auto needs. Use to enjoy going to Portsmouth Advanced Auto Parts store which is now closed and where i never had any issues. Never going back to the Seabrook store.
Went to a shop and they told me it was a transmission issue and there was nothing they could do for me, just charged me 65 for looking at it and then shrugged. Went here and the man working Thursday afternoon was a thousand times more helpful, informative, and reassuring. He knew about the type of transmission my car had and was able to help us understand our situation better.
I came in because I thought my Battery was bad. George came out and tested my battery, starter, and alternator on my truck. He found my alternator was only outputting 11 volts. He even took the time to look up the alternator and give me a price. He advised me not to drive too far until it was replaced and even explained how to do it. He could have just sold a battery and sent me on my way, but didn't. I will be coming back for that alternator! Great above and beyond service.

I was very pleased with services recently received. When I realized that a front headlight on my car was out, I called the store to ask about a replacement bulb. My call was answered promptly by Andy, who was VERY helpful. He game me the bulb numbers and verified that both low and high beam bulbs were in stock. When I arrived at the store, I was helped by Joe, who took me right to the bulb display, explained the differences, quickly completed my sale and cautioned me against touching the replacement bulb. He even came out to my car, showed me where to find the old bulb and explained how to install the replacement! If I need anything for my car in the future, Advance Auto Parts, Seabrook NH will be my FIRST point of contact. I'm so grateful for their help, courtesy and professionalism.
Tryed over charging on the same parts on there website cheaper.ive been going here for years. Not anymore. Horrible customer service. Who ever jason is a scam. Go to autozone theyll take better care of ya
Picture it, I'm driving back to RI on 95 with my little kid after visiting family in Maine, and suddenly my car dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. I can tell my car is seriously displeased as I look franticly for the next exit with a sign for a gas station. Fighting off panic, I get off the highway, thought I see a gas station sign, follow it and then spot the Advanced Auto Parts sign just down the road. We pull in, I get my kid out of the car, cross my fingers it would start again when I returned and head into the store. This guy comes out from behind the counter and asks if he can help me, while my kid, oblivious to my emotions, is bouncing around like she's scored a trip to Disney.
Long story short, she kind of had, cause the manager (who's name I didn't catch) ran a systems diagnostic, assessed the battery (it was clearly the battery, it was covered in foam), replaced the battery, found a coupon to lower the price, and gave her a free candy bar. We were back on the road before dark and made it home safe and sound.
The manager is a gem. His staff was friendly and knowledgable, he went out of his way to help me get back home and even saved me some cash. Cannot recommend this store enough. Fantastic customer service and all around great guys.
I've been going there ever since they opened , place down the street nobody knows anything and they give you the wrong parts. Today I went in they put the windshield wiper blade on for me very knowledgeable answered a lot of my questions and told me some things that I didn't know about wiper blades. I will always go back there again and always say good things about that store and the employees friendly.
Tried warrantying a part that had a “lifetime” warrantee but they can’t find it in there systems okay so that whole sales tactic about being lifetime warrantee is NOT true don’t listen to them. Being a commercial customer you’d think they would just warrantee it instead of all the bogus but nope advanced strikes again!

I choose this advanced auto parts in seabrook over any auto stores in the area when they have what I need.
My husband had a water leak in his car with very little coolent hence the reason he was there buying coolent. The water leaked on the parking lot and an employee came out and asking for him to clean it up. Apparently they don't have any product for customer to clean leaks nor do they help you clean up. They made him buy the shavings and clean it up no offers to help. We have seen larger oil spilled or leaking in that parking lot and nobody made the customer clean it. I am all for the environment and absolutely believe that if it was a huge spill it should have been cleaned up or reported to the store what happened today was highly unprofessional
Prompt, courteous service. Ordered parts (an Innova 5410 OBD II reader and a group 65 Die-Hard Gold 12v battery)... for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited.
Ordered a part a week ago, was supposed to be delivered this morning, was told the order was cancelled at midnight this morning, another family member went later and they gave a completely different reason and said it was never ordered in the first place, and during that same encounter gave another 3rd story that didn’t match with either of the previous stories
I would like to wholeheartedly commend Brian (I believe that's his name) for helping me out with a battery. Customer service is a thing of the past at so many places so when Brian was kind, considerate and immensely helpful, I appreciate immensely as well! (This was on Sunday, July 14 2019)
Advanced auto parts > Auto zone all day. Employees are actually helpful. Auto Zene manager in Seabrook is not only not too bright but hangs up on customers and is rude. Bottom line... go to Aadvanced auto parts. Ps. Auto zone didnt even have the parts for my 19 Equinox.
This is your typical auto parts store. They have parts in stock and also can order most other items. The staff was nice enough and the store was organized and clean.
Exceptional customer service. I had an issue with an online order and the manager went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. I would highly recommend them.
As to be expected from most large auto parts stores, you won't find uber nice detailing equipment or accessories. Staff was friendly but not overly knowledgeable.
