Customer service was good, the prices were right and the collectibles on the walls and all around I could spend hours in there looking at all of it. There isn't another Napa in the state like it.

The simplest part that I was looking for was through Lowe's, Home Depot, Auto Zone, and Advanced Auto I found in Napa. In addition, it was inexpensive. I was able to fix my vehicle quickly right in the parking lot.

I have a Honda Civic and it requires a specific shape air filter. Last year, I went to 5 Auto parts stores with no luck. So I have been here twice and each time, they have what I need. Very helpful and friendly gentleman.
I called about a part it was in stock. I told the clerk I couldn’t pick it up until the next day. When I went to the store late the next day, the part was at the register waiting for me. I didn’t give a deposit or even my name but it was there. How great is that!
Very helpful staff. I was looking for a certian item that I was having difficulty locating. I called and they had the part the next day. I would definitely use them in the future.
