My experience here was amazing. Coming in as a woman with her mom I was nervous about getting the usual 'treatment' and I was surprised immediately by how chill the guys were and I felt no pressure. I told them the cars I wanted to see and then they let us walk around to inspect the cars and talk about them before going to them with any questions. I had a couple of cars I liked but knew I wasn't prepared to buy that day, and when I told them this there was no pressure and I didn't feel pushed at all. Came back the next day and bought and thought Leo was very fair with pricing and the whole process felt seamless and easy. I couldn't recommend Leo and the team enough. Plus the music is vibey and the there's a very cute dog which I think is always a bonus! North South Motorcars is a must visit when car shopping!

Purchased a car from them that had been hit on the front passenger side. Didn't notice until we brought the car home that the tire on that side didn't match the other three. Due to the way it was fixed, we couldn't put a matching rim on, it didn't fit properly. Less than two years later we found out we needed to replace the transmission because the accident had caused damage to the transmission and it wasn't fixed with the work they had done.

Super chill atmosphere the experience was extremely relaxed kind of like hanging out at a friend's house. The conversation went, it's kind of like this. Hi, my wife called to test drive to Telluride Oh yeah, it's right over there. Here's the keys and we were off driving. It's so chill. It was like hanging out with friends. Leo brought out all the service records. I showed us everything that was done with the car as it was a salvage vehicle. I found it to be so reassuring, I mentioned there was a vibration in the rear of thebcar when we drove, he sent it right out for tire balancing it alleviated the problem. Thank you Leo.

I love this place! I've purchased three cars here, and I appreciate the laid-back atmosphere. There are no pushy salespeople trying to pressure you into a sale. The environment is very relaxed, and they offer quality vehicles at excellent prices. You definitely get the best value for your money. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I recently visited this dealership with my mother to pick up a specific car. I am 18 years old, and we drove over an hour and a half to this location after calling ahead to confirm our visit and the car we were interested in. Given the distance and confirmation, we expected at least a basic level of professionalism and customer service. Instead, we were met with complete disorganization and blatant disrespect. Upon arrival, we were confused—there was no front office, no signage, no one at a reception desk, and no clear process for picking up a vehicle. We eventually approached the only person visible, who made no effort to acknowledge or assist us. When my mom asked about picking up the car, he casually responded that he had “no idea where the car was” and told us to hit the unlock button on the keys and just look around until we found it ourselves. No guidance, no support—just complete indifference. After walking around the lot ourselves and finally locating the vehicle, we were shocked to find multiple issues. The car had visible stains inside, 3 out of 4 tires showed low tire pressure warnings, the ride was bumpy and unsteady, and the seat adjustment wasn’t even working. This was clearly not the conditions expected. When we brought the car to the front to request a license plate for a test drive, we again received no help. My mom had to say “hello” multiple times just to get someone to acknowledge her presence. Instead of being greeted professionally, she was ignored, prompting her to ask, “Is there customer service here or is this self-service?” At that point, the manager finally emerged—not to help, but to mock her, replying sarcastically, “Well that’s rude—I guess it is self-service.” At that point, my mom rightfully dropped the keys and gave the same tone he was giving her and expressed we will take a business elsewhere. Later, my father reached out to the manager to address the situation. Instead of being accountable, the manager twisted the story entirely, attempting to shift blame and paint a false picture of the interaction. As someone who was there and witnessed the entire experience, I can confidently say that the lack of professionalism, honesty, and courtesy was shocking. We came in with genuine intent to purchase a car and were treated with negligence, disrespect, and dishonesty. This dealership completely failed to provide even the bare minimum standard of customer service, let alone the trust and transparency expected when making a major purchase like a car. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

We just bought our second car from North South motors and ended up having a problem with the car and had to bring it back up there a couple of times.. Come to find out it ended up needing a new catalyst converter, which can be a big deal and expensive to fix. My son is very happy and loves his car. Thank you to Leo and the crew.

Bought a car from here back in September. Folks were very kind and down to earth. They were willing to let me drive/check out multiple cars, even right around closing time. They also stayed after their listed closing so I could purchase the car, and were very reasonable with the pricing. They were also honest and showed all the work that had been done on the car and the proof that it passed inspection. I came back later with the plates (I live in MA) and I was recognized and greeted warmly. Will be recommending others here based on the good service and the fact that the car was in great condition (reconstructed title)

I drove a good hour here to check out a car…. Speakers didn’t work, brakes were shot and car started smoking after I opened up the hood. They told me they would only fix it if I agreed to buy it. Big red flag from the start and frustrating to drive over 2 hours round trip to look at a car they would not even attempt to make presentable.

Where else can you go for a non pushy purchase with a variety of cars with low mileage and on site inspection? This is your place. In today’s economy it’s very stressful finding a reputable used car- they offer a solution. Yes they are rebuilt titles but they fix the cars in a quality manner and offer a thirty day warranty. I was recommended to buy here by close family friends and recently bought two cars which we are very happy with. We had a very small issue with one of the cars after the purchase which the owner happily took care of immediately and was professional and apologetic. We would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone and will buy more cars going forward. Thank you!

have bought 2 used cars from dealer with no issue. disclosed and fixed major problems and had all the necessary documentation title carfax Etc. I ended up with two very low mileage cars that ran for a long time & were worth much more than I paid (bluebook)

I purchased a car from Tim at north south about a month ago. The check engine light was on when I bought it. I noted this to Tim and was told he would fix it, it took a few tries but it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would buy from them again. They stood behind it.

I'm sure things aren't always perfect when car searching and I assume some people come to this place without fully understanding that they fix cars that are deemed "totalled" and give you a rebuilt title... my experience here was phenomenal and my 2015 Q50 that I purchased for a very fair price runs and feels better than the Q50 I sold prior. Very satisfied with the whole process from the atmosphere to the closing. I spent all my downtime there petting Tim's dog. I insured my car before I left the parking lot. Easy day. Thanks guys.

We've had a horrible experience with the car we purchased for my son. Since the minute he drove the car home, he's had nothing but problems - two accuators needed to be replaced. The next day, we took the car for an inspection sticker and two tie rods needed to be replaced. In the barely two years he has owned it, we have spent nearly what we paid for the car ($10K). It's been one major problem after another, including the latest of having to replace both headlights (mechanic told us the vehicle had had front end damage but it was never reported to us) that cause the ballasts to need replacing and on top of that, now the power steering pump has to be replaced because it's all rotted out, at a cost of $2K. I would never recommend purchasing from this place to anyone. If my son was in a position to purchase a new vehicle right now, we'd get rid of this car as soon as possible.

I bought a Nissan Sentra with a rebuilt title from this business on September 4, 2021. The vehicle came with paperwork that it had been inspected by New Hampshire police and it was safe to drive. Once I had purchased the car, I took it to two other places for further inspection. Both noted that the transmission was significantly cracked and the car was unsafe to drive. It would sometimes jerk forward, slow down, or stop completely on busy roads and I was unable to drive it. Replacing the transmission would have cost half the price I had paid for the car. I notified the business and they were able to replace the transmission at no additional cost, but this was several months after the initial purchase.

Extraordinary car experience and a fantastic deal on an Audi A4 with 30k miles. Leo and his team is all you need to know to get into a deal but act quickly as inventory comes and goes in a heart beat. This ride just came in yesterday and I took her home today. The rest is history! Will be back soon for another deal to be made at ridiculous prices. Other dealers will be glad to take your money and charge thousands more than I paid. Do yourself a favor and drive to Seabrook and ask questions as to how they do car restorations while saving you big money no where else to be found in the area for comparable cars or trucks.

POTENTIAL SCAM. My boyfriend and I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier with 30,000 miles on it from North South Motor Cars. Not only was the buying process a NIGHTMARE because they didn’t even lift a finger to even bother helping us with the registration process, but when we did finally get the truck the check engine light came on within three days. We were assured they would fix the issue and drove the hour back to drop off the truck. For four days we had to call and call and call to BEG for any updates on the vehicle, just for them to tell us it was fixed and ready to go, with no clear answer of what was wrong in the first place. Our suspicion is We drove the hour back to drop off the car and half way home, the check engine light came back on AGAIN. Their website claims they are “founded on trust , integrity and respect” and I hope they plan to live up to that and will take ownership over their mistakes to remedy this issue in the next few days, if they do not we will be taking further action. Do your research. This dealership is riddled with red flags and shady reviews. Hopefully this doesn’t have to be another one.

Highly recommend. They were very helpful when we needed it but didn't push or pressure my wife and I while we looked around at cars. We test drove 3 cars and found a great fit for us. Tried to haggle a bit but they don't budge due to their reasonable prices, which brought us there to begin with. They are very considerate and went above and beyond our expectations. Leo gave us a ride to the bus stop when there were no shared rides available during one of our visits. They also tweaked a few minor things on the car for us at no extra charge, and let us use a car to explore the area while the adjustments were being done.

The best car experience I ever had. I called about a car I saw. The man, Leo told me it was there and to come and test drive it. He was upfront about the cars being repair titles. They had been salvaged and then repaired, inspected and marked repaired on the title. This meant to me that they are able to be financed and insured like any other vehicle. Anyway, when I got to North South we walked outside and saw many vehicles with the miles prices and details clearly on the window. There were no high pressure sales, just us. We went in and were given the keys to the vehicles we chose and a plate that we could transfer ourselves. It was great. When we chose a car, we asked for a tire. TIM had a new tire put on, had the car aligned, and it came with a sticker. No high pressure sales. Great customer service. Amazing prices. Highly recommended.

Cars are rebuilt. They are not just cosmetic!! you can see in some car where stuff is bent and welded back into place. Beware do your homework and make sure to get any car looked at by YOUR OWN mechanic. They can guarantee inspection because they do them in house. Their prices are almost non negotiable and are almost retail prices. If you buy a rebuilt/ salvage car and trade it in 100% of dealerships will give you 50% of what its worth so a 10,000 value trade in you will be lucky to get 5,000. They wont take any reasonable offers and yes, sometimes a rebuild can be a smart buy but not for the price they ask for most of the cars they have.

Great experience with NS Motors. Found a larger vehicle for our growing family (surprise twins!). If you’re looking for an honest down to earth sales experience, this is the place. No pressure sales, came back multiple times to drive and test car seats. Discovered a leaky wheel a few weeks after purchase and Tab took care of it, no questions asked. Overall, very happy, would/will shop here again.

All of the cars sold by this dealer have reconstructed titles (repaired salvage). You need to do your research about what that means for you, but that's your responsibility not theirs. If you re-sell/trade/flip your cars often, reconstructed title is probably not right for you, as it impacts the resale value. That said, while I've certainly been in cleaner dealerships, everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. They showed me all the receipts and were clear about what was (and was not) repaired. I saved several thousand dollars over what a comparable vehicle would have cost me. I have had the 2010 Subaru Outback we bought from them for nearly 100,000 miles and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Would visit again.

Bought a 2012 Audi A4 from them well over a year ago -- one of their rebuilds. The staff was very accommodating of the pre-purchase inspection (necessary if you're buying from out-of-state -- I used YourMechanic). The owner went out of his way to be helpful and was 100% honest when it came to the details of the rebuild. I've since had the car checked by multiple mechanics while traveling across the country, and they've reaffirmed the quality of the structural work. There are a few cosmetic issues (e.g. a panel that can't be realigned), but I knew about them from the inspection and they were factored into the price. Overall: very satisfied. It's hard to find an auto dealer you can trust, but these guys are worth it. Just make sure to do your own due diligence.

Very unprofessional. First off I was outside for about thirty minutes and no one bothered to help. Next the owner of the place was sitting in his office shirtless, first time ever been to a “dealership” that the owner was talking to me shirtless. The car I was looking at was covered in pollin and bird poop. All of the cars are rebuilt but I knew that going in, but on the car you can see where they fixed the parts and they are not new but they are bent and tac welded back into place. As the price of the cars, they are high, only a couple thousand under a clean title car. Not worth it if you are ever going to sell it it’s worth trade not even the trade in value. And if you ever want to trade it in most dealers will give you half the trade in value because of the title. As far as negotiations with the owner, forget it. Even though they buy all the cars at auction and he does all the work in house, they feel it is worth almost book price. They give you the receipts which is nice but for putting in 500$ or work they feel it adds 3-6k to the value when most of the parts are not new! Owner is unprofessional and delusional about thethe prices. Do your homework before buying here don’t even bother walking in with cash and putting a fair offer in. the price on the car is the price he “thinks” it’s worth after a cheap fix. And they guarantee inspection stickers and emissions because he can put them on himself.

Let me start by saying, this is the 5th vehicle I've bought from North South. Yes, all cars were in some kind of accident, storm, or theft. That being said, each time I've gone there, they were more than helpful, answering any and all questions I had asked. They went as far to show me before, and after pictures as well. There are no secrets, and, as I did my homework on each car, had no problems enjoying each purchase. However, the last car I bought, a 2014 Mini convertible, I had a major failure. The engine blew after only 150 miles. I had the car towed back to them, and guess what......they replaced the motor! I have put 40,000 miles on it since the replacement motor, and haven't had any issues at all. They do the job and have made me a happy returning customer.

First of all let me start off by saying this place gave me a great experience. None of them are "sharks" wanting to sell sell sell. I found a car on CarGurus website and it was from there. I knew it was involved in a crash, but wanting to look at it any way Leo the dealer showed me all the pictures plus receipts of the car before he got it and when he fixed it. Now I am very car savvy and I looked at this car up and down and it was perfect. I was very skeptical about getting a newer car because I was tired of getting lemons. I feel the price I payed was very fair to what the car kbb value was. Thank you Leo you have gained a life time customer for ever sincerely one happy new Subaru Forester owner

I bought a 2008 Mazda iSport here some years ago now. I've had maintenance issues, including a big catalytic converter fix, BUT it's a car...Overall, I was so happy for the price compared to the Blue Book value, and my car, which I bought with low mileage, is still running great. I wanted to leave this review to balance out some of the negative ones. They do fix cars and sell them...I would hope they aren't ripping people off, but maybe it's just not a perfect art. Pay your own mechanic to inspect the car if you must.

North South Motors sells repaired vehicles and has hundreds to choose from. Its a very casual atmosphere, so much that after my test drive without providing my license, the sales man said have a nice day... I guess he doesn't care if you buy or not. The cars sell themselves. The car drives like new and is in great condition. Has a fresh coat of paint in the factory color. It was very clean and drove like a dream. The car still drives fabulous and has had no issues whatsoever. Im very satisfied and appreciate the no pressure experience. Keep in mind that the cars they sell are repairs and have been priced accordingly. My car passed inspection, is fully insured and the trip to the registry was easy. All the proper paper work was included. If you have lots of questions and need lots of attention you are probably looking for a new car with a desperate salesperson at dealership.

I bought my 05 Honda Accord 6 months ago. The car runs great, I've put over ten thousand miles on it. The sales men were up front about the repairs that had been done. There have been some small repairs needed such as wiper motor, but nothing that is out of the ordinary for a elevan year old car. Joe
