Hands-down these guys are the best and the most reasonably priced. I actually feel with Pat's you get more than what you pay for, I don't remember the last time I said that about any company.

I will not take my car anywhere else. I have been going to Pat’s for years now, basically since I got my first car, and I have never been disappointed in the service, professionalism, and care I’ve received. Most recently was last night after I got into an accident and needed a tow. I called the shop and they immediately sent a truck out to me. The driver Andrew was no less than amazing during the entire interaction. He helped get my mind off of my car, he was kind, considerate, and made sure I was okay before leaving with my ride. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars.

The dispatcher that I spoke to was a huge help and made sure to get the right truck out to me in what felt like no time considering how long I’ve had to wait with other companies in the past. The driver was also great and made sure I had everything I needed from my SUV before he towed it to the garage. Would definitely recommend!

Was visiting the local NH seacoast area from SC and had a Intoxalock issue. They were able to handle it for me same day. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Pat's Towing enough! I was on a road trip at night when my brakes failed and I contacted Pat's Towing. The owner and employees understood it was an urgent situation and were able to accommodate me efficiently and professionally. They diagnosed the problems, provided me with their recommendations and very fair cost estimates, and even made time to give me an oil change as they knew I was due and would be clocking some miles on my trip. It can be tough to decide who to call in a crisis situation, and I am very glad I called them and very happy with their work and professionalism!

Needed a tow, called AAA at 9:00 PM. Told they would be there at 1:18 AM. At 3:30 am, no tow truck and they stopped answering AAA’s call. At 5:00 am, I demanded AAA call another company. Been sitting with the car all night for over 8 hours. Horrible, unprofessional company. Clearly a company that has no right to be in this line of business. I hope this never happens to another person. I can state this any stronger…..do not ever call this company if you need their service.

Last month my wife discovered her RAV 4 had a flat tire in the driveway. Ordinarily, this sort of thing is my domain. However, I was in a Boston hospital recovering from major surgery. She called AAA, and Pat's towing sent a tow truck. The tire had a slow leak but would hold air. The driver filled the tire and suggested my wife drive to Pat's Towing for repair. He was kind enough to follow her to the garage in case she had trouble while in route. The tech found a large screw in her tire, removed it, and plugged her tire. Pat's Towing staff was very kind and respectful to my wife. The tire was plugged properly and the price was very reasonable considering the rapid service. I truly appreciate the professionalism shown to my wife. We will both happily bring our vehicles to Pat's Towing in the future. They have earned both my gratitude and my respect. Thanks guys! I brought my car in to have my brakes done and it cost $1700. I brought the car back three times because there is a banging in the rear driver side wheel. The last time I had them look at it they said that the noise would go away. At this point, I took my car because I was being ganged up on by the other mechanics and Receptionist. I also brought my car to another mechanic that said rotors were pitted and I should ask Pats to fix my car properly. Now I brought it to another mechanic and they drove it and said that I should’ve left my car with Pat towing because they didn’t repair it properly, and shouldn’t have allowed me to leave with the car in that condition I am now paying another mechanic to fix my car due to the way I was treated. I felt defeated and was at the point of almost crying. I have emails showing the work I requested to be done. They also told me I needed my power steering fixed so I told them to do that when I got my car back they didn’t fix that and I assumed it was done. I know I shouldn’t have assumed but when you write something in an email and send it to the mechanic you think that it would come back fixed. to allow me to leave with my car in the condition it’s in is appalling . I have grandchildren I won’t put in my car. I have to say in the beginning they were kind and even brought me home because I had no one to follow me to to drop my car off, but boy I was fooled. They stole my money because I didn’t get the work done that was supposed to be done in my car was driving worse than it was when I brought it in. Just an update The mechanic said that both of my rotors are pitted, and my caliper isn’t even bolted. So when I left Pat’s towing. And they said the noise would stop. It was my caliper that was not even bolted ! So that’s the second mechanic that said my rotors were pitted !! Never again!! They robbed me

Pat's is the best place to go for anything your car needs. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very fair with their prices. I highly recommend Pat's. Update: I had another auto issue that came up today and went straight to Pat's. As expected, they got me in and out quick and at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough good things about Pat's! Ordered a tow through AAA, the Tow service is Pats. 2 days straight ive waited for a tow from this company. They tell AAA they are on the way then never show up. Never call. Would not recommend at all.

For starters this business is not that great! I had brought my vehicle in because my vehicle was shaking. They had told me I needed a tie rod I explained to them. I don't think that that's what the issue was but let's see what happens! They replaced the Tie rod! I drove the vehicle away the vehicle was still shaking! I brought the vehicle back he had told me the alignment wasn't good that they did so he had to do another alignment and told me that I needed to do the balancing on my tires. So I agree to the terms and had him do this work it took 3 days! I got the vehicle back get up on the highway and the vehicle was shaking like crazy They had told me they had taken it for a test drive obviously. Whoever had taken it does not know what shaking is! So I would recommend not going there. I don't think that they do the work that they say that they are! I had brought my vehicle mineke he had told me that the 2 front tires needed to be balanced. I paid Pat for this Not very good for a business that's been around for a long time! I called him on the phone and told him. And he was very rude to me. He told me I wasn't getting my money back and he didn't need my business.! I've never, ever responded or written up any company in the entirety of my life with work being done on a vehicle or Going Out to eat.! This Company is very shady.. I think they're really just into the towing aspect and they should not be doing Mechanical work!

Brought my car in here for a simple control arm to be tightened and it took them over a week to get it done. Now there is absolutely no reason that should even take a day when at most it should take a few hours (and that's if you really take your time with it). No reason for this at all unless they were trying to milk the time and labor cost (which they were). So i went in to pick my car up and got slapped with a 900+ bill. They tried charging me for the part (that it didn't even need nor ask for) and after all that the problem STILL wasn't fixed. Across the board I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they were very dishonest and shady with they're business arrangements. Just left me with over all disappointment in how they conducted themselves.

It’s taken me a bit over a month to write this but absolutely necessary. My car broke down 25 miles from home while working. I used AAA and was so lucky to get Pats towing. They tried to start it and it had to be towed. I knew it was the starter as I had it in the shop the week before and they didn’t think it was the starter. To have it towed to my area it would of been very costly so I took a chance with Pats. First of all the tow truck driver was so nice and polite and asked me numerous times if I would be ok on the side of the road. My husband was 5 minutes away so I assured him I was. Thank you for making sure I was safe. They called me within hours with a report of the problem and an estimate. It was actually less than the quote I got from my usual mechanic. They said they could have it ready that day. I didn’t need it till the next day. Pick up and paying was easy and once again everyone is so polite. If I wasn’t 25 miles away Pats would be my new mechanic. I have had AAA since 2016 and never have I used it. Thanks for making my first experience a great one.

I made an appointment to get my car checked because there is an engine light on. After they checked my car, The woman at the front desk said that I would need an intake manifold. Said that they don't have the parts there and they will need to call and get in estimate and they would call me back. As soon as I left there I got an estimate from the dealership myself, within minutes. I waited two weeks for them to call me back (which I ended up calling them) when she stated they had no notes on my car but can see that it was in the shop. I asked her if she even called for a quote. She said no it must have just been pushed under the rug. I find the services here to be unreliable, unprofessional,and do not trust them. Do not recommend.

I was 400 miles from home and my brakes locked up on the highway Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. They were able to get me in and got the parts the next day. I was back on the road by 3pm Saturday for the 7 1/2 hr drive the rest of the way home. I greatly appreciate that they called at least seven different places to find the parts for my Caddy to get me back on the road. Thanks again. Matt

Terrible customer service . Whoever is the night dispatcher on 2/18/23 was absolutely terrible. I needed a tow I called at 4:18pm and was told they would come get me anytime between now and 6pm. Which I was totally fine with waiting . When I called at 6:30pm she said your the next call he’s coming too. I asked how long? She had then told me 20 minutes. 40 minutes go by and she is not answering the phone ; completely ignoring me . So I had called off my fiancés phone and she answered. I asked how much longer she then told me she would give me a call back. The ignorant lady never called back. What terrible customer service . I waited till almost 8:15 pm . If I could give zero stars I totally would .

Awesome service!!! Never been here before until I had a flat and called AAA. My tow truck driver was amazing and funny as hell!!! Went there they patched me up within 30 minutes and I was back on my way. The front staff was nice, the price was fair and they were exceptional to my needs and my busy life. I WILL be a repeat customer!!

Every time I bring my car to Pat’s I get exceptional service. They are always so professional, fair, honest, and have very reasonable prices. They are always very accommodating and they do a great job. 10/10 would recommend!

My son broke down on the way to Maine. He called his insurance company who after 3 hours couldn’t find a tow truck. My husband and I drove 2 hours from CT and still no tow truck. I called Pat’s and they came over and picked us right up. To feel stranded and have dread where was he going to stay with a large dog for the night? It was the end of the day as well. They were so amazing and fixed his caliper which had a bolt that broke filled all his tires with air and got us all back on the road. I consider this emergency service and expected I would have to really pay. I was so surprised at the bill it was more than reasonable and way below what I expected to pay! Everyone was so friendly! I wish they were in my neighborhood my car would only go to them. Seabrook NH you are lucky to have Pat’s Towing Company!

Girlfriend had a flat last night. She ran over a nail or screw. Called AAA and they sent out Jason from Pats Towing. The quickest, friendliest, easiest tire repair i have ever experienced. Jason was awesome, friendly with a great personality and did the job fast!! 5 stars all round. Thank you!!

Recently used Pats Towing to help me relocate some equipment. Dave arrived with a smile and a Santa’s hat.I am not a seasoned ramp truck driver by any stretch but getting my snow plows on the ramp without damage to either vehicles was tricky. Dave handled it with aplomb. As for the rest of the operation they are excellent as well. Not the first time I have used this service. Rachael the dispatcher answered the phone late one night and coordinated a rescue of an anxious teen age girl and more anxious dad. Call these people, will be trying the garage soon will check back in then. Update , last Saturday and this Monday more issues which required AAA and Pats Towing. The streak continues on time, professional, punctual and great guys Chris on Saturday and Jason on Monday. Keep it up you guys rock!

Went over to ask for help on my truck for a small problem I was having. The guys were great and helped me out right that day. I've always gone here for all my cars and they have always done the best job, super quick and great prices.

Every time I have ever brought my car to Pats, I have had the opposite experience to what many people believed to be the norm about auto mechanics. The work is prompt and well done, and when I am handed the bill no matter what it is always significantly less than what I expected it to be. Pat runs a fantastic business that is based off of high quality workmanship and impeccable customer relation. I would urge anybody who is on the fence about their current mechanic, or is looking for a new one to give Pats serious consideration, you will not be disappointed.

Amesbury tow had originally come out to just put the spare on my truck, he didn't have a jack that work correctly told me that he was going to have to call and see if another company to come out as I ran upstairs to relay this information to my fiance I come back down to find the guy just completely gone. So after my SECOND CALL to my insurance company they told me that they would be sending out Pat's Towing, having already had a bad experience with Pat's I wasn't too pleased but I needed the tire on my truck. With that being said the gentleman Jason that Pat's had sent out couldn't have been more pleasant or more friendly and I would recommend them to just about anybody. He understood our frustration it was able to make our mood just a little bit better with his personality and just how quickly he was able to get our truck mobile again.

Chris arrived fast, very fast. Was extremely courteous and polite. Work to diligently to access the emergency latch on my Corvette one of the hardest cars to open... I was willing to break the window and Chris worked diligently to open up the latch, told him my insurance company will pay for the glass damage and he still worked harder to get the latch open to avoid the headache of needing to go and get the glass fixed. This young man really went above and beyond and was determined to open my Corvette without damaging it. Amazing experience!
