I was just in there with my friend and I don’t know if it’s because he’s black but we went to grab Sented spray for his truck and the lady named Kassy kicked him out just for shopping

The GM was incredible- she was very knowledgeable and helpful with replacing a headlight bulb and showing us where to find other things we needed in the store. Wish I got her name- blonde curly hair :)

Went looking for a sparkplug for my relatively unknown brand of Chinese motorcycle and being the 4th place I've looked and having found only one that might have worked, the guy helping me said I can always return it afterwards if finding out it's definitely not going to work. I said, "Really?!" He said, "Yea! If you buy something that's not gonna work for what you need, bring it back, no big deal." I thought that was pretty cool that there didn't HAVE to be something physically wrong with a product in order to return it. ?

Stopped in with a leaking battery. The manager Kassy was quick to help us out removing and installing a new one so that we could continue our 2 hour drive home. Friendly and courteous staff!

Great customer service! I purchased a battery and Kassel the store manager installed it for me. She was very patient with the old screws on the original battery, but with she was able to get them off and install the new battery. I really appreciate Kassey’s persistence and professionalism.

I came to this Autozone recently, twice actually; and both times there was an employee that was losing his mind, yelling and cursing inside the building. Stunting me, my child and the other customers trying to purchase parts. I don’t know who is doing the hiring in this place, but the store manager needs to figure their stuff out. Don’t keep people on board who cause issues and aren’t mentally well enough to be in a professional environment/public places. My young child was legitimately scared listening to the confrontation. Never will I ever step foot in this place again, I will also be bringing this complaint to corporate in hopes of action being taken. His name was Austin I believe, he was a red shirt employee so I’m assuming his importance isn’t enough to be acting like this. This is disgusting behavior that should not be tolerated by anyone who calls themselves a “manager” Please clean your employees act up and do better.

Always great help and always has parts in stock and the people actually come outside to help with something and they are nice. I love the price too. And you can borrow the tools on site and sometimes they come and help you with a problem outside! Great people and help and prices. I went in for a new wiper for my car. I walked into the Seabrook Store and was instantly greeted with a friendly hello from Kassey! She helped me pick out the right wiper and then installed it for me!! Fabulous customer service! Thanks Kassey!

Stopped here today to get my check engine light read-AGAIN! As ALWAYS the employees there were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT!!! Today I had the pleasure of Kassy’s help! THANK GOODNESS for these guys!!! They’ve SAVED me on numerous occasions!

Dealt with Kassy both over the phone and in person. She was polite, professional & knowledgeable throughout the entirety of the transaction. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Corporate needs to give the store manager Kassy L. A raise, and a promotion! From the phone call making sure parts were in stock to the counter experience, Kassy made sure I was taken care of. She knew all aspects of the job and handled multiple tasks easily and with professionalism all while being courteous. When I walked into the store, one other employee stepped out to smoke a cigarette and the other one didn’t seem to know much about customer service because Kassy had to step in and take care of it or guide the other employee on what to do. Pure leadership skills and she did it with a smile! Autozone, please let Kassy know how great of an employee she is because she is a great asset to your store. Bonus, Raise, promotion, great workers deserve great opportunities and great compensation. ?

I went to autozone on 9-25-24 to see if I could get a diagnostic for my check engine light and the store manager Kassy helped me,..and she was fantastic!!,...she made a suggestion that saved me money,..yep, instead of telling me to go the more expensive route she actually talked to me about an inexpensive alternative. She also took the time to helped me repair my rearview mirror. Kassy was AWESOME. Thanks again Kassy.

We were looking for windshield wiper blades for two of our trucks. Could not find them in other stores. The gentleman who helped us could not be more knowledgeable and we had them in no time! Wonderful service!

Customer service at this particular store is horrible, they don’t want to work due to the fact it’s very cold outside, they pretend that their scanners are broken.

First time stopping into the store and Thomas C. Was very helpful in helping me navigate the oil purchase for my foreign car. He even looked under my hood to determine that it was the right one to use. I will be certainly using this store to purchase any further items.

Wow. Let me first say, this was the first time I've had a bad experience here. As a frequent customer, picking up parts for a business account, I approached the young man with my request. He asked his manager, Jessica for assistance inputting the order in the system. She was volatile and belligerent towards the young man, throwing parts around. I'm certain she was likely having a bad day, but, that's no excuse for treating an employee so poorly especially considering there was a customer present. Very unprofessional.

Amazing experience today. Jesse absolutely hit it out of park. Great experience. I went for replacement key fob for my carand with no prompting he replaced the battery. I had never done this and did not have proper tools. Jesse stepped right up and took care of it. Well done! Go there for all your auto needs and see Jesse

Customer service was great! I needed help putting on windshield wipers which Joel Lentz was nice enough to come out and help me with. I then tried putting in the air filter myself with no success but then another employee, Thomas C, came out to help. Both employees were very kind and helpful!
