Couldn’t mail back a simple document. Would cost $10 at the most and save us $10. Don’t go here. So we had to spend $20 at the DMV. I hope someday when you’re in a position that’s the money is tough that you’ll see what it’s really like and I can’t wait. Karma will get you. I don’t have to, but I’m writing this review anyway.
100% recommended in this place you are not buying a service, you are buying quality, excellent workshop, they work everything, I no longer change even the oil anywhere else, here they work with 100% original parts and quality workmanship.
Car we got was rebuilt I asked for paperwork on the vehicle which was never given. When The transmission needed to be replaced 2 weeks after we bought the vehicle they were of no help. Also never had a tune up like he said they did or wheel bearings or struts and shocks. Also he got it inspected with bad catalytic converter. Get the best warranty.
Save your money and buy somewhere else. My son bought a salvage car from this guy. I was reluctant because of the salvage so we paid extra for a 3 month 5k mile warranty. The car was driven very little and parked when my son went to college. He came home for the summer and began driving it again. The transmission broke and the warranty was no longer valid. I called Alberto and explained the situation. His comment was “what do you want from me?” I explained that we would like some help w either buying the car back (for less than what we paid of course) or help with fixing it. He said to send him the VIN. I did and got crickets after that. N my son works hard and now he has a worthless car sitting in my driveway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!
Had to get my bumper replaced due to a small accident. Everything about my experience with L+F Auto Works was wonderful. First, I paid half of what I was getting estimated for at other shops, such reasonable pricing. Second, Alberto ordered the part immediately and painted it shortly after. Third, he got me in right when it was done and went above and beyond when he switched over the bumper- buffed out the whole front of my car and lights. Such a lovely shop, with attentive and caring service. I will definitely be coming back when I need car help next. Highly recommend! Alberto and the rest of the crew were/are amazing!!
Got out car here did great work on the car fixing it , just make sure to get warranties offered . The Nissan we got worked for 2 weeks before the transmission started to go and the warranty place they have is super hard to deal with.
I bought my Ford Explorer from L&F almost 2 years ago. And I am still very pleased. Jr was a pleasure to work with, even months later checking in and making sure we were happy with our purchase. Great guy- highly recommend!
I got my car here 1 year ago , car is a 2009 Honda civic (salvage title) , to be honest they did a great job on the car had only body dame actually but looks really good and i didn’t get any mechanical issue with my car since I had it , I put 15k miles on it and still like a rock ?
I had a serpentine belt fail and a few other parts go with it. I contacted L+F as they were the closest shop to where it happened and they were very prompt, helpful and transparent through the whole processes! I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for service.
I have driven by this location countless times. One day I pulled in looking for a suv for my daughter. I met Junior as I was eyeing a CRV. He was very polite and listened to what my concerns were regarding purchasing a salvaged vehicle. He is very well spoken and wants to make every customer happy. I purchased the CRV as well as 3 other cars now as Junior has been 1000% helpful even after the sale to ensure I’m happy with his product. I highly recommend L&F Auto Works for anyone looking for a good used car. Junior was great to deal with from start to finish. I knew I was buying a car with a salvage title, so it might have some risk associated. Junior provided me before and after pictures, was honest about what was repaired and what wasn’t, and had no problem with me getting an independent shop to take a look at it. Further, even after I bought the car, he followed up on a request I made to get another key made. It is rare you see this type of customer service anymore. I’ll be back for more cars in the future and I have also recommended this place to my friends.
Brought my son here and he purchased a civic 3 years ago, had a few parking lot dings in it so he returned and was treated well the second time. He's still driving the car 3 years and 50k later. Definitely recommend giving this little shop a look.
Had to get a vehicle with limited budget for fulltime work and fulltime classes after being in a really bad accident. Visited 20+ dealerships- none having any vehicles that I even felt was safe enough to test drive. On a whim decided to stop at one last place, and things couldn't have turned out better.
The owner and son were both Extremely professional, kind, HONEST, and knowledgeable in their profession. And when I brought the vehicle I purchased for routine maintenance things ... all aspects of the vehicle checked out to the point even my mechanic gave me props for being a female with little mechanical knowledge, and finding a really solid vehicle.
Excellent service and very very good cars. They got me what I needed and on time, they are trust worthy and reliable. They know what they are doing and are very smart.

Excellent service brought my car here for some rust repair and paint. The work was unbelievable and the price was very fair. I will continue to use these guys from now on. Also check out their used car inventory these guys go the extra mile to make sure every car is perfect before you purchase
Junior and his crew repaired my car after an accident. It looked as good as the day I bought it new. Since then I have referred two family members, and they can't say enough about their happiness with the results.
Very unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. guy ripped off my bumper stuffed it in the back seat held my car hostage for 3 days and charged me 50 bucks! Someone nicked my bumper, it scrapped some paint off and popped it out at the corner a little. literally something I could've popped back in myself. Brought it in to get the damage assessed so I could show and estimate to the person who hit me. I was told I would get a call in the morning. I did not receive any phone calls, eventually called and got a run around for 2 more days. Finally got an estimate (a picture texted to my phone of some scribbles on a piece of paper) and was told that estimate was going to cost me $50. Frustrated at this point just wanted my car back. When i got there, no one was there, doors locked, lights off. (had spoken to him about me coming 2 hours prior and it was during normal business hours) tried calling and got hung up on twice finally got through to someone to have them meet me at the garage guy acted like he was sorry lol had no problem taking 50 bucks cash no receipt, didn't accept debit or credit what a bunch of crooks, don't waste your time.. seriously!
