Fast service and great people. :) every part of the repair went smooth. In this world we are normalizing techs working on our cars. I suggest switching to a mechanic like this that has knowledge. Rare find right here in hooksett nh. I’m just amazed that this family business doesn’t have a well deserved waiting list.

Louie and Barb were very friendly and straight forward. They inspected my vehicle and told me what may need to be done next year but it was good to go for now. Very happy with the service. I will return for sure when I need work done!
So I must say that they are great people. I called yesterday and they got me in the next day early morning and was on road an hour later. They were very helpful and honest with me about what they did. I have been screwed over by other mechanics because I’m a woman who knows nothing about cars except how to drive them. I highly recommend them for all your needs. I will definitely be a long time customer from here on out even though they are 45 minutes away from me so worth the drive. Thanks again for helping me out
They do not maintain proper time management and failed to provide a car for pre-inspection as promised. This is not the right way to deal with customers, and it shows a lack of responsibility and respect for people’s time.
What a refreshing experience. My car is at 100K and needed service. Everything was explained to me clearly and they even recommended that I DIDN'T need everything I thought. The space was very nice and comfortable for waiting...wayyyyy better than some dealership. Integrity is lacking a lot these days but I'm very happy I found this place to service my car. Highly recommend!
Louie and Barb are great. Quality work, great honest people. I first worked with Louie on a Subaru Outback we had issues with, he fixed it right up. Just yesterday my daughter’s Audi had an issue, called Barb right away and drove it right to the shop for them. My daughter is so excited to have her car back and working correctly. Thank you Louie both for the awesome attention to detail and quality honest work. We have found our mechanic!

The absolute best mechanic shop in town! My wife took her car here and they treated her well and took good care of the vehicle. I just took my van here after having issues with multiple shops, and they were fantastic and had fixed quickly at a good price. Hooksett Motors is definitely my new mechanic!!
They were amazing! I almost got scammed into getting new brakes when I didn’t even need them. They looked at it and told me I had 4-5mm left and I didn’t need a replacement for another 15 k miles. They were honest and didn’t take advantage of me like the dealer ship and Firestone tried too. Plus, their shop cat Salem was a great addition
love them both so so much get the job fast and quick very well done with everything my nissan rogue came in with a whole broken frame, within 1week came back perfectly well done they get that job done super quick and fast!!! Very good pricing!!! cars back there for a new radiator and they fixed it within 2days yall are the best cant wait to see the final product ???
Went in for a flat tire repair.getting on the highway , the wheel came off and i nearly went into the woods. It was the same wheel they worked on. Apparently no attention to what they're doing.
