Love this store. Kevin is always very helpful and a great guy that knows his stuff. Advance is the only place I will go for my auto parts needs.

Just ordered a battery online for the wife's car ,used some speed perks and got a good deal. Go to the store to get the battery,they install it only to say it's defective. Then they want me to go back online and order another one after telling me they're not sure if I get my speed perks back?Make it make sense.

Closed at 2 on Sunday. Update your hours here. Don’t waste my time.

Google says the store is open until 9:00, I get there at 5:37 and there's a sign on the door saying they're closed at 5:00 p.m. Very unprofessional. This is typical of my experience with Advance Auto parts. I will not be returning to this or any other location. Just look at their boilerplate responses to all of their reviews. That should tell you all you need to know about their lack of customer service.

Bankers hours, don’t believe the listed times! Waste of a drive.

Who closes a store weekdays at 5pm? They did not change their hours on the website or through Google maps. Wasted my time.

Great place to get parts. Website needs to be updated. Hooksett location has no Sunday hours, yet shows open.

Helpful, has what you need and does a weekly car cruise night in their parking lot.

Very friendly staff. I'm often turned off by the staff at parts stores asking if they can help you when you are clearly browsing. I think everyone knows if you need a specific part you ask at the counter. This place was different. No pushy sales.

So far, never had a bad experience. Had to get my wife's CRV a new battery, they installed it, told me some good things to look out for, on a cold afternoon no less. No complaints from him, he even thanked me for not waiting until the evening! Definitely would come back!

Thought I needed a battery, went in bought one. The kind gentleman that helped me... installed the new battery to find out my alternator belt tore off and it wasn't the battery. They happily refunded me, helped me call around to mechanics in the area and when I found a garage to take me they asked me to buy a belt for my model at Advanced and bring it along. They had the belt in-stock. Helped me out so much even though I was freaking out inside stressed to the max they did everything they could to point me in the right direction. Thank you! So helpful. That guy deserves a raise.

Very unknowledgeable about parts, and the one person who knows anything is unprofessionally pushy. If you don't want to feel like a valued customer, this is the place to go

Service was very poor and rude. The guy behind the counter was acting like it was a problem looking up some information. Worst service I even had in a auto parts store

I stopped by Advance this morning and, as usual, it was a painless and positive stop. Carl was working the front counter when I walked in. I asked for a couple of parts and he just immediately went to work finding the parts and getting them off the floor for me. This is my experience every time. Tireless, good service from friendly people who know their trade.

Great store, they will have what you need and get it if they don’t. I’ve been coming here for years. My main complaint is one of the employees that works here, older gentleman. Works up front, grey long hair comb over, looks like a grandpa reject. This gentleman is just rude. I would not recommend coming here for that reason alone.

Convenient hours is about the only plus about this place. I would recommend Sanels over Advanced Auto if you need parts.

My battery died for some reason and I asked them to help me with, not only they didn't help me at all but they're looking to only to sell. And was below 5 outside.

Customer service was not great. Despite the giant poster that says free install with windshield wipers perches, and being the only customer in the store, they made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience for them. When the wiper broke off my car in the ice storm 4 days later when I was cleaning the ice off the blade they said it was my fault and they can't help me unless I want to buy a new wiper. I was disappointed because I only went there on another's recommendation.

Went to Advance to pick up an oil filter at 8:30pm and the store was closed even though the hours clearly say 9:00pm. Horrible service!
