Just an update. A year later and I'm still happy with my purchase! Thanks again Tony and Brenda!!!! Tony and Brenda were personable and up front about everything! I am beyond happy with my purchase of a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium. I was dreading looking for a new vehicle but they made the process so easy. The vehicle was sold as is but for low money I have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Everything was up front and they showed me everything they were doing on the computer so there were no surprises. They made us feel so comfortable like you were family. Professional but also personable. A lot of people giving 1 star are things I would anticipate happening when buying as is. Brenda was great to work with and was proffessional through the whole process. I read everything before signing, she answered any questions and she also made me laugh. Great personality. Tony isn't a fast talking salesman either. Thank you both. I have already recommended you to a friend and would definitely be a repeat customer.

I am a serious buyer with financing in place. My husband and I went to look at a 2017 GMC Acadia they have for sale. Spoke with Brenda and Tony over the phone to confirm the vehicle was still available. Both were very pleasant over the phone and when we arrived at the office. It was a very rainy day but we took the car for a a test drive a couple of miles from the dealership and then pulled over to check it out. Gone for about 25 minutes As we were checking it out the car was idled for about 10 minutes. My husband saw the temp gage was going into the red. We got very concerned for the vehicle so I went to call Tony to let him know and noticed he had txt me asking where we were (we found that a little strange). My husband felt once when we started driving, the vehicle should cool down which it did. We immediately return to the dealership. We brought the temp overheating to Tony’s attention at which time his demeanor completely changed. Didn’t want to hear what we experienced with the vehicle. Tony Was very rude, abrupt and disrespectful. Would not even have a conversation about the issue. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us providing the issue was addressed and fixed. My husband felt it could be a very minor problem like a thermostat or coolant issue but something was definitely going on with the vehicle. Tony’s rude disrespectful attitude completely turned us off. I feel he doesn’t go through the vehicles to address any problems the vehicles may have. He just wants to sell and take the money and run. Too shady for us. Stay away or your taking your chances.

I do not recommend them at all. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and requested a Carfax report, which they failed to provide. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the vehicle had serious issues. Sadly, they still lack basic professionalism and proper customer service etiquette. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with them.

Tony is great. He is responsible reliable and flexible. He always take care of his customers to make sure they are safe in there vehicles.

Brenda is the best person you could have helping you set up a plan that works for you. Piss poor customer service ran our info for multiple vehicles with out asking us for vehicles we didn’t want we only authorized for one and our credit was hit for multiple times again with out permission for vehicles we didn’t even want very poor service and does as they please would highly recommend going else where

This place is the worst experience of financing vehicles, I started financing a vehicle from Tony 5 months ago , 2 months after having the car the transmission blew they replaced it with a $4000 used transmission I got it back and not even a month and a half later the transmission blew again, this guy Tony is wrong , disrespectful and is another scam artist dealership, I highly recommend that u do not get vehicles from this place, u will thank me later

Went to see a vehicle and looked at it when I saw another vehicle on the lot at a higher price that I wanted for my son’s 1st car. Discussed it with the owner and we came to a mutually agreeable deal. Very happy with the vehicle and my son is ecstatic.

Called them in the afternoon about looking at a car the next day and confirmed the car’s availability and hours. I then drove over an hour the next day when they confirmed they were open in order to check out the vehicle. No one was there and they weren’t answering their phone. Complete waste of time. I would spend my time and energy somewhere else.

It's high-pressure sales, the reason why Tony wants to do your inspection. It's because. He doesn't want you to take it to a Reliable business who will ! Brenda was great to work with, she was patient and kind even when me and my husband were getting impatient and frustrated with our insurance company. When they say no credit or bad credit is no problem, they truly mean it. When every other dealer told us no, they were able to get us approved and got us an affordable down payment and monthly payment. Some of us make bad decisions and need a second chance, they’re able to give that second chance. I would recommend them 10/10. Very happy with their service and our purchase!

I don’t know where to start Brenda made the sale great from the start super professional and while waiting for ever for the bank was a pleasure to chat with . The yard man stevie was so friendly and nice as well. The boss Tony was super pleasant and willing to go above and beyond would definitely recommend coming back

Yes, very unprofessional and very rude. I called about a car today. The secretary, Brenda, who handles phone calls there is extremely rude and unprofessional herself seems to have no answers on anything that’s going on within the business or information about any cars. The owner is never there to speak with or available to take any sort of phone calls and that is if they even answer their phones, I had to call 15 times to get somebody to answer. I am not bringing my money/credit to a place like this, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else doing so either

I went on a Monday to look at an SUV. I did some research and thought it over then went back on Thursday to look at it again. I was sold. Everything I had wanted was provided, the lower payments, extra service contract for the vehicle, even inspection sticker and 20 day temp plate all provided. Darryl and Tony did a great job!! I was able to pick it up that Friday, easier than what I initially was thinking. Great job guys keep it up!

7months later I’ve put 6 grand total into this car to replaced the rotted exhaust system, part of the transmission , alll new wheel bearings just to pass inspections I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get over how badly I got fuçked on this car DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Back on August 24th I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta and when I test drove it week prior everything was great and seemed fine. Days after I brought it home the car started to have a multitude of issues. From bucking when driving throughout the day, not starting, TURNING OFF WHILE I AM DRIVING, ridiculous shaking when going over 60MPH. I communicated all of the issues and concerns I was having with the car to Tony and he had me bring my car back to him in Hooksett 4 times. That is once a month since I bought the car. Every time I brought the car to tony he told me “his guys” were going to take care of it and he will fix anything wrong with it and every time I would have to drive an hour to pick my car up he would tell me that they found nothing wrong with it. 4 times I brought the car back because of said issues and he said every time there was nothing wrong. Fast forward I brought my car to 2 separate shops (one at the end of September and one on the 15th of November) to be diagnosed and OVER 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF REPAIRS. Once I sent that information to Tony I have yet to hear back from him. He has ignored my calls to his personal cell (that he gave me “incase any issues with the car” I have left voice mails at to the shop. I have sent him text messages and emails and I have heard nothing. So moral of the story I’m going to be paying off a 6grand that I financed after putting 2 grand down for a car that I am barley even able to drive considering I do not have 4 THOUSAND dollars to fix a car I bought four months ago. Terrible experience. I regret so badly buying a car from him and should have went with my gut knowing he was just a sleazy car salesman

He was super great with my kids running all over the place being wild, he was so open about everything, and overall just absolutely great. Great place to go for any vehicle. Tony was very upfront and honest about everything. ( Rare ) The transparency was very nice and reassuring. Helped me with the whole process and made it an enjoyable and relaxed experience. Would gladly purchase another vehicle from him any day.
