I was recommended this shop from State farm to help with a repair, I was told to call to schedule this and basically got told to go somewhere else. Maybe it's a cultural difference and accent barrier but it certainly wasn't up to my standard of friendliness or customer service. Who turns down business?

TLDR: provided me an unreasonable estimate and then held the quote hostage, refusing to provide it to my insurance company unless I dropped the truck off for repair. Really low caliber shop. My insurance company called them several times and Ru-Nu-It told them that they don't believe I intend to get it repaired so they won't sent the quote and don't call again. I called Rick, the owner, and his admin, told me the same thing. I ever offered to pay for the estimate since it had become a hassle and I just want to get this taken care of and they still told me to get lost. What was clear from this interaction was this place 1)over charges and 2) does not take their professional commitments seriously at all. I ended up getting quotes from other repair ships that were half what they quoted me. This is exactly the kind of shop you hope you never run into. Hope this helps save some folks a lot of frustration. I know they cost me a lot of time and energy. I'm sure they will try to blame. E it on the insurance company but it was very clear that state farm was going out of their way to make it easy for them to just upload the pictures they already took. They just made up lies about the file being closed and no longer having access to the quote. Really low caliber place.

Unprofessional and refused to provide an estimate based on cash or insurance ??!!!! Very disappointing and would Never recommend to anyone. Actions speak louder than words - in this case double edge negative customer service. Unbelievable-

I got my car repaired faster than anticipated and it was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off. They also returned my rental. Overall great experience!

I would've given 5 because my car looks beautiful. Completely repaired, spotless and clean. Customer service is definitely lacking. They gave me a date for the repair to be finished, so at lunch time that date I decided to call to see if it was ready. I was told a part was ordered wrong and they had to replace it.... No worries, they said it should be ready the following Monday. Monday came and went, no call, no car. I did finally get a call the next day, but communication could've been better. I was still fine with the additional time as EVERYWHERE is dealing with staffing issues, so I get it... However what really rubbed me the wrong way was the day I picked up my car, I was given my keys but the Fob was missing. I asked the lady if the Fob would be returned to me as well... A man then came out of a side office and stated "that's how you dropped it off, without the Fob". I then kind of chuckled cause I had never seen the "key" to my car as it inserts into the Fob, and I responded and said "no, I definitely dropped off a Fob" he then chimed in again and said "we haven't had the Fob this whole time, you only gave us the key". I then was a little flustered cause it's essentially my word against his, what proof do I have, so I just responded and said "I've never seen the key to my car in my life, so I know I dropped it off with the Fob". He then says "we can go look in your car and see if YOU dropped it before giving it to us, but I'm telling you we never had the Fob".... So he walked me to my car, where in the cupholder was THE FOB, and my ignition cover... So he then says "well the battery must have died and my technicians needed to use the key to get in and out of your car". No apology, or "oh shoot, the battery must've died, my bad"... Just walked me back to the office for my paperwork like he didn't accuse me of lying lol. It made the whole experience awkward and then I regretted using them.

Re-Nu-It folks replaced/repaired my new Sonata after someone backed into my rear driver side door in Feb, 2023. They did a very professional job. I waited a year and a half to write this review because I wanted to make sure paint match lasted. Special color and paint was matched perfectly and still is a perfect match. Cannot see any sign of damage. Crew was helpful and kept me informed along the way. I won't hesitate to go back to them. Awesome work! Thank you.

Rick and the Auto Re-Nu-It team did an amazing job repairing the front-end damage on my Ram pickup truck and made it look better than new. They are all very professional, the communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the repair was completed quickly. I've needed auto body work done a couple of times in the past few years and, both times, I have brought my car to Auto Re-Nu-It. The staff is experienced and professional and make the experience as seemeless and easy as possible. They are familiar with car insurance and have a good relationship with the nearby car rental company if a rental is needed. 10/10 - highly recommend.

Well they did an OK job, way over priced and they did work i did not authorize and bilked my insurance company without my permission held my car for over 3 weeks as they kept saying need my work, now my car shakes when I drive over 60..wasnt shaking with the damage to my headlight! why because they screwed up the hood install!! Which wasn't damaged! But they bilked my insurance! Not part of the claim but they added it ... Don't use them!!

The folks at Auto Re-Nu-It Auto Body were fantastic! Can't recommend them enough. Have taken a couple of vehicles to them and the service is great. They remain in contact with you throughout the process, make the claim and rental aspects seamless, and were able to get my vehicle back to me sooner than expected. Highly recommend for auto body service.

They have clear comprehensive care. Told me exactly what my company would cover and what I'd have to pay. Fixed everything I brought it in for. Great service (and right next to an enterprise rental so I just walked to the rental for pickup and drop-off)

Someone hit my truck and I needed a quote they got me in quickly. They got the quote out to me extremely quick and when I had some questions about my situation they answered all my questions and really took the weight off my shoulders of a very stressful situation. Extremely professional business from drop off to pick up . They help with rental reservations, keeping us informed with the repairs. My vehicle was clean when I picked up . I would gives 6 stars if could ! Excellent local collision shop and would recommend there help after a fender bender !

Asked for a bare bone repair on my fender and stated that was all that was needed and was met with useless charges to matters I never asked for. I was worried about my damaged fender on my passenger side, and on the estimate I was going to be charged for repainting my hood, fixing my mirrors, and realignment. All things I asked not to do. After seeing the $2000 estimate for a fix I could do myself for $400 I messaged them and was told to find a different auto body facility. Zero regard for what I asked for and dismissing a paying customer after catching them in a scam act. Talk about childish and outright useless. edit: As a response to the company’s reply to my review, it just shows that they refuse to listen to the customer’s request and instead chooses to go the most expensive route. I asked for a simple repair offering cash and was met with rude intentions and now childish responses to matters that could have been felt with at the scene. Proves my point more that this facility is terrible. The workers are fine but most likely the higher management could use a attitude check.

Brought my car in because I took off the front end with a Uhaul truck!! They did an amazing job to put the pieces back together and it LOOKS AWESOME!!! Customer Service is outstanding from Rick and Kelley!!! I really appreciate you and your team!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!! Patti

Was rear ended and they worked with my insurance company to get the repairs made. They did a fantastic job. You cant even notice that I got rear ended or had any damage at all. Their team is super friendly and always on point. They detailed my car and I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. Kelly, Al, and Rick were all a pleasure to work with and they were extremely professional each time I connected with them. A+

I've taken all of my vehicles here to be fixed, currently have one in their shop now (not at fault for any of my vehicles). They are very welcoming and professional. Their quality of work is incredible. They usually give you a two week time frame depending on damage, and part availability, but it never takes them that long. From experience I reccomend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

I was in a small fender bender where my front bumper needed to be replaced. With my insurance, it was easiest to go to Auto Re-Nu-It in Hooksett. Al was very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. I called to request a time for an estimate appointment and he completed the process very quickly. He wasn't sure if there would be more damage but was intending to order parts if it was found more damage needed repair. He kept me updated on the process and their company allows for early-bird drop off services. I dropped my car off Sunday night with a secure drop-box for my car keys. This was convenient as I live in Concord and would've needed to take some time off work to drop my car off during the week. The repairs were completed in three days and they made the process very simple and easy.

These folks are fantastic. I have had to utilize their services twice, and each time the job has been very well done. The staff is wonderful; they are friendly and helpful. I know that if I need any body work done on a vehicle again, I will be returning here.

Very personable and professional business you get special attention from the owners that are on site and oversee the quality of work from start to finish. When my brand new vehicle was involved in an accident as most people assume it'll never be the same but to my surprised when I picked up my vehicle it was in some ways better than new they detailed the whole vehicle inside and out and there is no sign that any damage was ever done to my vehicle I would highly recommend this shop for any type of automotive collision repair to be done. They will refer to me by a friend that experienced the same level of satisfaction and I am so glad I took their advice thank you again to the team at Auto renew it for fixing up my baby back to the way it was before the accident.

My wife brought our vehicle in on an insurance claim. Not a ton of damage, should’ve been easily fixed. They have the car for an entire week and my wife picks it up when they say it’s “ready”. I get a phone call from my wife saying that the paint job looks terrible and that there is even a spot not painted at all!! I tell her to go to the dealership that we bought it from and see what they say. The dealership tells her that it looks terrible and they would bring it back. Meanwhile I’m at work and can not help in this situation. My wife brings our BRAND NEW vehicle with 2300 miles on it and is a LEASE to boot and tells them she is unhappy with the work. She gets nothing but attitude from who she assumed was the owner and he acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience for him to buff it out and throw some touch up paint on. THATS ALL THEY DID TO FIX THE PROBLEM!! The area that wasn’t painted to begin with looks like a “chip” is taken out of it and there is bubbles in the clear coat!! I am not a very satisfied customer and we do not have money for another rental for our vehicle to be fixed properly!!! NEVER will I EVER recommend this place to anyone!! I would attach pics if it would let me.

This shop was recommended to me and it was highly rated by my Insurance company. I am not an expert or auto body repairs but to me they are great. They did an excellent job of repairing my car and they had it done when they said they would. Perhaps a bit faster. A good place to go if your pride and joy has dents or more.

They are go to people for all of our clients. We recommend them all the time when ever one of our people has an accident and needs a good quality repair. We trust them with our inventory to make sure to make our cars like new if anything happens to one of them.

Nice staff and very good work. Wait list can be long to get fixed, but it always comes out looking as good as new. Had my car repaired twice here, and the second time it was done almost a week earlier than expected.
