We called ahead to confirm they had the tool needed to fix our rear bearing, and they assured us they did. After driving all the way there, we were told they actually didn’t have the tool at all. When I asked why we were told otherwise, the only response I got was, “Why didn’t you try another store?”
That’s unacceptable customer service. If your team doesn’t have the correct information, don’t tell customers you do. This ended up wasting our time completely. The staff clearly needs better training and communication—this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Went in for an oil pan plug. The guy helping me wasn't to knowledgeable. Said there were 2 items in stock. When we went to the section where they were he forgot the part number and had to go back to the register and get it again. I bought the part even though the plug was a little shorter. After leaving I ones across the street to advance Auto parts and they had the correct size plug. So then I went and returned the plug to AutoZone and the return took a little longer than expected. I don't know maybe the guy was new or something. Had a similar experience before at this store with an item they said was in stock but the kid could not find it.
Connor and Joseph, the assistant store manager, were extremely kind and helpful. Both went out of their way to help with tracking down a warranty for a part and to get that part replaced. Definitely would recommend this store in particular to anyone in need of auto parts!
After leaving O’Reilly’s frustrated, I went to VIP who tried to charge me 100 dollars to install a battery. I walked out and went to Autozone. Joe G was extremely helpful and kind. The two gentlemen, Dylan and Nate, who installed my battery were also excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The 3 of them provided top notch customer service and welcoming environment. They will have my business from here on out. 10/10
Nate was incredibly helpful. He helped me out on hub covers and was behind kind and responsive. Will be coming back to this specific location for any needs.
Visited today to get a replacement for a Durolast Gold battery that was purchased last summer. Usually these last me 3 to 4 years but after ten months this battery would not hold a charge. Entering the store we were greeted immediately by an associate named Nate. I asked about perhaps upgrading to the Duralast platinum line but Nate eplained that it was unnecessary and not suited to my application. I appreciate that he did not try to up-sell me. Nate then quickly tested the car and installed a new replacement battery. Best of all that while I expected the battery to be pro-rated it was replaced for no charge. This is why I always habe and always will buy nothing but Durolast and always from Autozone. Nate and Autozone providing five star service once again! Much appreciated.
Ran out of gas, was able to BARELY make it into the parking lot. After purchasing a 1gal tank, Joe G offered to give me a ride to the closest gas station so my 3 daughters weren’t alone in the car for long. Thank you Joe!
So, I have had an issue with my commercial account for over 3 months at this point. I spoke to the district manager on Saturday in the store, she insisted to get me an application to redo my application. I waited about 5 minutes and she went off and took care of another customer after telling me she was getting me the application. So I left, time is money and money is time, I don't have all day to be waiting around.
So I called today, to order another part ($500), talked to commercial once again, cant find account, will not honor shop rates. Asked to speak to the manager, Joe got on the phone and insisted there is nothing he can do, it is above him and his district manager.
Well, you lost a shop account to a competitor, enough is enough.
Returned a battery under warranty and Dylan offered to install it even though the temperature was near zero degrees. I said I could do it myself later, but he insisted. He went above and beyond!
I would just like to take a moment to send a note of sincere gratitude to both Shane and Nate, employees at this Auto Zone location. I came in today, absolutely clueless as to the parts that I needed for my windshield, and they went out of their way to help me. They knew exactly which parts I needed, despite my terrible knowledge of motor vehicles. From the moment that I stepped in the store, I received a warm salutation, and just the assistance that I needed to solve the problem I was having with the car. Thank you both for going out of your way to help me today, and for even going outside to assist me in the sub-zero temperatures! I will definitely return to Auto Zone if I need any car parts in the future. These two gentleman were the best!

The service I received at this store this weekend was top notch! My car battery died and when I called for a tow, the tow truck driver immediately suggested Autozone in Hooksett and gave me the info for the battery I needed. I called the store and Logan answered on the first ring, immediately confirming that they had the battery I needed in stock, gave me the price and warranty info and explained that they could install it for free. When I arrived they had the battery waiting for me as Logan was helping another customer, during which time the manager Jordan and I had a very pleasant conversation. I was in and out in a half hour and my car has never run better. THANK YOU LOGAN AND JORDAN IN HOOKSETT!

My check engine light went on & I went to your Hooksett NH location.Jordan greeted me & we went outside with the meter.
The meter said most likely a gas cap replacement. I changed the gas cap & this evening when I started my vehicle the engine light went out! Such an I expensive fix ! Thank you for your help Jordan. I'm one happy camper! I Highly recommend them.
My husband and I stopped at Autozone in Hooksett, NH on our way home from the cancer center at Elliott Hospital (husband needed a blood transfusion). I had a headlight out and didn't want to get stopped on my way home. The associate (Jordan) told me the aisle where the bulbs were, but made no move to help me find what I needed. There were NO other customers in the store. He finally came over to help as I was totally lost looking for it (after my husband, who was too weak to come in and help me, hollered at him from the door. As I was paying, I asked Jordan if he could help unplug the burned out bulb and he said he was the only one there (still NO other customers) and he had about 30 things he had to do. I was parked directly in front of the door. My husband still was unable to get the burned bulb out so I went back in and approached two men talking at the end of the counter, Nick and Duffy. They did not work in the store, but in the garage and were more than happy to come out and help us. They were very apologetic about how Jordan was acting, not realizing what was going on. If it wasn't for Nick and Duffy, I would never set foot in your store again. Those two men went above and beyond to help us. On the other hand, Jordan's attitude and behavior was one of laziness and disregard for our problem.
As I was walking in To AutoZone hooksett I was immediately asked if I needed any help. I looked over at the counter there was two other kids playing with their phones at the register and laughing. As it was explained to me by Richie S that asked me if I needed any help. He is a driver that worked in commercial department and he noted he does the counter to help his coworkers when there's no deliveries. Richie S explain to me All his customers commercial or in the store is high priority he led me right to the product explained it in less than 2 minutes. He took me right to the registers Cash me out. The two boys that were on their phones never even look up at me or knowledge me thank you Mr Richie S
Needs work over the phone. Every time I’ve ever called the establishment i sit on hold for 15-30 minutes. There’s legit no way it takes that long to answer the phone with like 2-4 employees working. If the case is you’re understaffed perhaps yall should hire more people and actually help your employees so they don’t get utterly swamped.

I had to go into check my battery , due to my light being on and I had FANTASTIC service. Also quick and accurate info was given to me about battery's. Definitely 5 star from Graham and his co-worker.
I needed some high quality wipers. AutoZone had the ones I wanted. Because I've been recovering from a health issue, I asked the crew if they could change out the wipers for me. They did, and I appreciate it. Recommended.
They drove out and jumped my car for free! Nick was really great and helpful, and helped me understand the issue with the starter in addition to the dead battery, free of charge. Truly a great place. Five stars!!!
Not impressed with service. Dead battery this morning and broke down. Ordered at 733am to be delivered and now 1020 and still waiting on battery to be delivered. 4 hours waiting for a battery that was 5 miles away. Driver has been stationary some place for 40 minutes. And messaged him off the tracker and no response. Poor customer service for certain.
I’d give this place 10 stars! Went in two weeks ago for a broken windshield wiper and then last week for some wiper fluid. Both times the guys were amazing- extremely helpful and kind. Prices are fair. STRONGLY recommend!!!
I appreciate having my truck battery delivered to my house same day in about an hour after I ordered it. The part was easy to find on the website. It is correct and the delivery guy was friendly. I installed it in a couple minutes and back on the road again! I don't usually take advantage of delivery service, but these guys are awesome.
Unfriendly service. Had to find everything myself. Ask the guy at the counter if I would be able to return anything in case I got the wrong thing, he says yes. Immediately returned a wiper and the guy at the register gave me a refund on my card and kept my receipt. I went in today to return something else and after explaining how the guy kept my receipt he would only give me store credit. The guy was very rude and didn’t explain anything to me. I’d recommend to go to O’Reilly auto parts
The employee was so great. Very kind..took his time to explain my issues. My 5yr.old son was there as well with me and he laughed and talked with him. It was nice to see good people that care. The gentleman knew his stuff!
I have done business with Greg for years now and I can honestly say I have never had someone so kind and willing to help like him in a long time. I honestly wish everyone was like Greg. He's very professional, always give me ideas as to make my job easier and always meet my needs. If you need help or run into a problem I would recommend Greg.
