I got a flat on the side of the road and drove to the nearest goggle maps to get a tire fixed, they went above and beyond, let me use there rental car no charge, I couldn't give it a 5 id give them a 10 +
Stucked somewhere due to steering default , I make a call to them and surprisingly tow truck was very quick at the location to help me and took to their Auto Care Plus Tire & Services and with out wasting time they started fixing my car , they also dropped me to my job which I never expected. They were able to get me in late on a Friday. Were able to assess what the issue is and fix it quickly. They were very polite, courteous and professional. I think I found my new repair shop.
Had a screw in the middle of a run fat tire that needed to be replaced. Jessly was very helpful both when I first brought the care to be looked at and when I returned to have the new tire replace the damaged.
I was further impressed by Jessly when she went out to run the snowblower so the guys in the shop could handle the repairs of the cars due in that day.
I had an excellent first time experience at Auto Care Plus in Hooksett for an oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle check. Jessley managed easy booking, check-in, explanation of work, options and prices, work needed per safety check including videos, and speedy checkout, payment, and recommendations for followup visits. There is a rewards program for customers which offers cash back and discounts for future visits. All in all a very professional, friendly, competent auto repair place to which I plan to return.
The loaner car was great, my wife was pleased with the overall service. However, when she got her car back there was an immediate issue of her ABS engaging incorrectly jerking the car as if there was icy conditions. The tire pressure check, ABS lights are all on when the car is started
What a great morning! Had something hanging down from underneath my car and had a rip in a front tire. Pulled into my auto shop, Auto Care plus, unannounced; and thanks to their Houdini magic, they made an immediate assessment, and I was on my way. Thank you For your “Care”.
Auto Care Plus Hooksett
I have been wanting to write this for days and I finally have the time now to fully express my gratitude to everyone there. Amazing, knowledgeable, HONEST people who took awesome care of me and my car. Last Friday, as I was on my way north for a camping trip, I got a flat tire. It was a little after 4:00 when I called in a panic because they close at 5:30. I decided to tempt fate and drive to Auto Care Plus which happened to be nearby. As I was doing this, Jessley (sweet as can be and talked me down from the ledge… lol) was ordering a new tire for me because they didn’t have one in stock. By the time I got there, she was also pulling into the parking lot with the tire.
So, here I am, showing up at 5:00 with a half hour before they close on a Friday night and they just kept reassuring me that it was fine. I felt like a jerk but they certainly didn’t treat me like one.
THEN, it turned out to be a slow leak from the valve on the tire and otherwise the tire was fine. They found it quickly and fixed it on the spot for $34. I am so, so impressed by their honesty, their ethics, friendliness and I felt like a truly valued customer even though I had never been there before.
Of allllll the auto repair and tire shops on Hooksett Road, I am SO happy I ended up being very well taken care of by Paul, Jessley & Trevor. I can’t say enough nice things about them. I live 35 minutes away and yet I am going to give them as much of my business as possible. They’re worth the drive.

Front brakes seized up and hobbled in for repairs. Guys got my truck repaired and braking well in short order. Super responsive and professional. Pleasuring doing business. Keep up the good work!
Called I had noise in left front. They checked it out and found it had rust on pads and rotor. It sat for a a month at body shop and with all the humidity I guess my brakes didn't like that. They took it apart and cleaned it all up and it's great now. Thank you so much. Great service.
What a great place! I have been going to them for years and they are always solid and finish all repairs when promised at a fair price, but today they went above and beyond. I had a bad tire on my boat trailer that I needed replaced ASAP. From the time I called them to the time I was back at home with the spare in place was less than an hour! And they also tightened up my new propeller that needed it before I left.
I havent experienced better auto service anywhere like the service at Auto Care Plus. I have been to two different locations and both stellar service. They were able to get me in quickly and service my car asap! Extremely reasonable in price and overall just good techs people etc.
I’ve been using Auto Care Plus exclusively for about 4 years. They keep my Toyota Camry in tip top shape. Friendly staff and great mechanics. Thank you for going above and beyond!
VERY PICKY WITH OCD
Jessley was very accommodating, we were stranded with a blown tire on my Chargers, no spares come in the R/T+. without hesitation, she personally drove to pick us up then giving us a curtesy vehicle. she also worked with us on the towing to get the car to their shop. they allowed us to use the car for the day while they hunted ( and i mean hunted down) specialty tires specifically for this car. working with 17 locations. they have the means to find what i needed. but it didn't end there.
Trevor cared for the car like it was his own. there wasn't one scuff, scratch or mark on my rims. he took good care. and understanding performance wheels. he spec torqued the Rims to the car ( yes i checked) the TPM sensors were reset and i notices he did a systems check as the info panel was reviewed. this is the above and beyond i didn't expect. at the end of the day. the car was ready, the price was spot on as i did my research. in fact. the price with mount and balance was better they anything i could have bought from Tire Rack. no question these shops are old school service friendly. i have no worries about roadside flats anymore more with this team and there stores. thank you Jessley and Trevor
Got an alignment yesterday. Their schedule was wide open and very flexible which was great and they took my car right in when I got there. They also had complimentary coffee and some reading material while I waited which was nice. What I didn't like was how they wouldn't give me an estimate for an alignment, which is a pretty standard job that should have some sort of base price. That should have been my cue that it was going to be overpriced. I don't understand the need for an "alignment inspection" either, just another unnecessary add-on. Well the car was serviced and it still pulls to the left, and today (day after it was serviced) one of my brakes started rubbing pretty bad. It's probably just a coincidence ( I regularly service my brakes) but considering the alignment wasn't done very well I felt it was worth mentioning. I hoped to bring my other vehicles but I won't be returning.
Thank you Trevor, Jessley and Paul for all your help. We were stuck on the side of the road with an overheated van(Ford Transit) and our entire family heading north. If it wasn’t for you guys answering us and my call as we were 10 minutes away from your location pulled off on the highway and being willing to help us on a holiday weekend (Memorial Day)staying longer to accommodate us and making sure our family got back on the road. We are so thankful for you all more than you will ever know. 1000% recommend we would have been stranded if we didn’t find you guys. From the moment we arrived you guys were so welcoming and willing to literally do anything possible to help us the best you could even ordering and delivering our part that we needed in a speedy time. Getting the part in and even making sure it looked like it was working and safe for our family to go. Giving us tips just in case it decided to overheat on us so we knew what to do to be safe.Forever grateful the big family with the 8 kids and our dog Sasha(even willing to accommodate her inside) and so sorry for the kids fussy moments? thanks so much for getting us off the highway helping us and getting us back on our way
Rich and the crew at Auto care plus are the real deal. Super friendly, honest, and fast—they took great care of my car without any upselling or hassle. Straight forward good people. Everything was explained clearly, the price was fair, and the service was top-notch. Definitely coming back if I need anything else. Highly recommend!
I love this place, and I actually told them yesterday that I was so glad I found them. I have an Alfa Romeo Giulia and was looking for a trusted place to take it. I found them in a pinch when I needed a tow, and I have not switched since! :) I work in Hooksett and live in Nashua, and they know my schedule, including that I need to be home at a certain time for my son. Their customer service is pretty much on point! Not to mention, I have called and emailed Paul for what I believed was a "Big Deal," and they scheduled me in just to take a look at it that day. They are very easy to work with, and I feel their compassion and understanding of their clients shines the brightest. Jesslie is more than patient with me; she understands clients who just want a safe ride for their family and answers uncomfortable questions like a pro, leaving me feeling more than comfortable.
My family and I was heading back home to MA, when our car broke down on the side of the highway. I had the car towed over to Auto Care Plus since it was cheaper then towing the car all the way home. They were very professional. They did everything they could to keep the price down knowing my family and was I was stuck. Fixed our car in timely manner for the work that had to be done and got my family back on the road and home safe. I really appreciate what they did to help me out that day! Thank you.
Always top notch service! My son has been going here for a few years as well as a few friends and I had an emergency state inspection and these guys graciously fit me in. They’ve got a customer for life. The video of the car, the details of the work, communication between myself and the shop was excellent. They also changed my oil, rotated the tires and changed the cabin air filter for me which I was going to need done anyway. They stand behind the work they do!

Auto Care always takes great care of me and my car. Paul and his team went above and beyond during my oil change and stayed open past close to ensure everything was working properly after I had some routine maintenance done. They offer reasonable prices, great deals, and have great customer service.
An unexpected breakdown on the highway and then a tow from AAA brought me to auto care plus. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Professional, personal and thorough from start to finish. Paul got my car in right away- he talked me through what needed to be done and made moving forward on repairs easy. Trevor, the technician did a fantastic job repairing and fixing my car. Top Notch quality and service! Highly recommend!! I drive a 2010 Subaru Forester manual- I feel confident in all repairs and services done!
This company is Awesome. They truly are professional, courteous and provide excellent service. I had my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van serviced with 184,000 miles.
They serviced front wheel bearings, struts and shocks, oil leak, front brakes, exhaust, tune up, all fluids changed, alignment and inspection sticker. I highly recommend this company. You won't regret it! A Very Happy customer.

In a "don't ever let this happen to you" adventure, my brother was driving our car and happened to run over a freshly painted yellow road stripe. We didn't realize this until a few miles later when we stopped for gas. When I saw the yellow on the car, I thought "uh oh, this doesn't look good". So I went into the gas station to ask the attendant if he knew what worked to get the paint off. He looked at me with a combination of a "I'm so sorry for you" and a "seriously? how did you do that?" sort of expression and told us there was a sort of "goo..." something that worked, he also told us that the paint dries very fast and has rubber in it - very reassuring in a "think i'm gonna be sick" sort of way. "Do you have any?" I asked. "No" he said.
We resorted to "Plan B"(cause there's always a Plan B right?) - calling my trusty, faithful guys at AutoCare Plus in Manchester to see if they could help. They referred me to the Eurocare Plus team in Hooksett. (I already knew about the great work that they do as they detailed my car earlier in the year). "Bring it in" they said, "I think we can help - we'll see what we can do." Told them I was still in Plymouth but would be there within the hour.
Within the hour we arrived at Euro Care Plus and 30 minutes later we were out the door with no paint left on the car whatsoever. Amazing guys, great work! Told my brother we no longer had to go out of our way to add yellow to our car just so it would match the beautiful fall foliage....
