Had a great experience here. The dispatcher was extremely courteous, and the driver was talkative, and took the essential to steps to ensure there was no damage to my car. Keep up the great work team!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY LOST MY CAR KEYS AND TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR IT AND FINALLY REALZIED THEIR OWN MISTAKE. They caused damage to my fender also which insurance had to take care of.

Nate S. is Awesome, Efficient & Quick. He treated my car like it was his car. Nate S. is Polite & very friendly. He is a real Professional. He represents the high standards of Quality Towing. Company is very careless when handling customers car keys. I recently got my car towed to a storage yard after my accident. The storage yard never received the car keys from the tow truck driver upon drop off of my vehicle. When I reached out to the tow company they said they left it in the car but the storage yard has photo evidence that they never received my car keys from the tow truck driver. Now it seems like I have to pay $300 to $400 just to have a new key made. Stay away from this company!

They illegally towed my car out of my parking lot claiming that they placed a parking violation sticker on it at 10:00 p.m. when I didn't arrive home until 10:30 p.m. and it was towed at 9:00 a.m. in the morning without my knowledge or without prior warning

They tow your car and then steal your tools. Who cares if you’re 100%disabled and you’re trying to fix it yourself. Vehicle registration is up to date? Doesn’t matter. They stole my tools and I paid $666 to get my vehicle out of a BS impound. Plenty of other reputable businesses to meet your towing/opportunist needs. I think sunrise towing is also affiliated. Businesses like this profit off of disenfranchising people. Save your money and find a mobile mechanic with actual integrity.

It took over 5hrs for my vehicle to arrive at the yard! The workers refused to tell me it was delayed until I showed up and still had to wait over 2hrs!! Plus charged full price when a guy stole his car out of the yard and came back to pay and then gave him a discount and didn’t arrest him!

Hopefully you never have to deal with them. Five people waiting in line for almost an hour while three people walk back and forth in the office on their phones. Probably in hopes they get to charge someone some after hours fees if they take 45 minutes a person. Multiple people walking in and out the office and not one time did anyone provide an eta on when the customers would be helped. Vegas tow companies are and employ thee worst kind of people.

They so rud , they don’t care customers They just want money, I waited for about an hour by the window to get my truck back , no one was there this place is sucks They illegally towed my car , They are thieves It should be a law to protect the community of this companies….

Unbelievably unhelpful, resist giving you any information, purposely omit requirements needed to retrieve your car (each time we went another requirements was added on), car was damaged and all contents stolen, and when we finally got the car out they tried to keep the license plate! The front counter employees bitc#ed and moaned when the customer service manager called them and told them to search for the plate. She actually had to call the front counter twice (while we were standing there) until they "found" it. Incredibly unprofessional bordering on illegal.

"Update: USVETS approved his housing and has stepped up tremendously making sure our veteran is secure. Councilwoman Victoria Seaman and her team are involved and a Congressman, I do not have their name yet, is also aware of this impound situation. There are several people to thank for this networking and will do when we get this situated. Thank you everyone for sharing, tagging and contacting people to get this in motion. Busters dad’s car at Quality towing is at 3,285.20 -$40 a day and will be auctioned by Aug 7. Between Shannen Loo and myself we have attempted to reach the owner or be put in contact with management to see if we can get that reduced to no avail. Just ignored messages and Quality Towing dispatch saying they do not discount impounds. This is not a typical situation, our veteran fell to the ground while having a stroke, Buster was nudging him and trying to revive him, as he was suffering, someone called the police while another person robbed him. The police showed up, called an ambulance, quality towing and animal control. He spent over 10 days in the hospital and he spent several days after walking to and from the Salvation Army to the Animal Foundation trying to get his dog back only to be told Buster would not be released to him because Salvation Army does not accept animals and that he had 24 hours to figure something out. Buster was also thought to be sick, TAF told him because of his age and being sick, there was a real chance Buster would be euthanized. Fortunately that was not the case, we RWB DOG TAGS rescued him and he was in temp foster with Shannen, now in foster with one of our Solera veterans, but things have not gotten any easier. He has had a lot to deal with and he has kept moving forward doing what needs to be done to get into housing. Not having a vehicle, walking to housing appointments and having multiple VA appointments in this heat alone is not good, adding to what happened to him, he deserves better than that. We are desperately trying to help him get his car back. I appreciate everyone who tagged people who might be able to help in my last post, I am once again reaching out to see if everyone who did, please contact those they know either at Quality Towing or anyone else who may be able to help us get this veteran his car back. Went for an auction. Great deals. I ended up buying a car for $1700. It's has a Cracked windshield and I had to put the front bumper on. That's it. It runs great.

Saturday morning and my car doesn't want to turn over. I called a couple of towing companies before calling Quality Towing. Best price and friendly professional service. Thank you Nate S. for rescuing us! It was the fuel pump....

I forget his name but he was really a nice guy. Was very apologetic I sat around for so long waiting. Even gave me a ride down the street so I wouldn't have to wait in a unsafe area for my uber. Very pleased with Quality Towing.

My Driver was super professional & friendly... He confidently towed my big rigg & trailer with ease... he made sure I arrived to my destination safely & that all my concerns were addressed before he left... I feel horrible that I don’t remember his name but he was an awesomely cool driver...😎

Our insurance company gave our problem to Quality towing. Our car would not start even with a jump. Robert towed our car to our home but when we arrived we realized our car could not open our garage due to no battery power. Robert had a way to solve the problem so we were able to inside and safe. The world needs more people like Robert!!

My car was stolen on Wednesday morning and Quality towing picked it up on Friday morning.but didn’t let me know until Saturday afternoon so they charge me extra days. Quality stole more from me than actual thief

Eric was a great guy who helped me out when I needed to get my older rav4 to the repair shop. Turns out that my battery was dead after sitting & he helped me out with no hesitation with a plan b. He was like a true MacGyver respect the fact he was professional & had great customer service. I know alot of the reviews say bad things on here but they handled me with respect today. Just wish the guy the best in life.

For a guy that saved a life. Shame on you. I hope you never need his help. Rude, disgusting. HR should be all over that manager with a civil lawsuit. This should be covered under the Good Samaritan Law. I will never visit where this company is located.
