Ordered a 4.3L v6 from them. They seem very nice and give you options before they try to sell you something. Motor comes in a few days, will update when I get my engine. I feel pretty good about my purchase from them so far.

Didn't end up selling my car, but I spoke to them about it. They said the best they could do was $50 because it was a crusher car. They recommended another place to me that was willing to give me a bit more. Great customer service, you can tell they're honest and actually care

I will never go back to this place. The phone orders and the actual place have no communication with each other. I ordered the rim on the phone and was sent a link to pay for it. When I called to check when the rim would arrive, I was told the next day. I got to the store the next day and no rim was available and the cashier was very rude. Thankfully I got my money back, but I will never return to a place where it is so hard to get good customer service.

The people at b&r go the extra mile! My 98 mustang GT convertible was backed into and I needed the door replaced. Being in Iowa there were no rust-free doors! The insurance company said, we're just going to have to repair the rust! My answer was no! I'll find one. My first call was here because I've purchased stuff from them when I was living in Vegas. They found me a white convertible door in mint condition without a door ding!!! Took three pallets and boxed it all up and sent it back here to the body shop. Granted freight was not cheap! but! I wasn't just working on any vehicle. My car is only been caught out in the rain once and has never seen snow! When I first called out and told them of my situation. They said, it was not a problem at all and put my mind to ease!

I have no clue have they have a 4 star rating, but don’t believe the ratings. They are great when trying to get your money, very attentive. Go above and beyond for you but once it comes to getting your part it’s whole different story. Here’s my experience. Bought a Wrx transmission Nov. 16. Was told it would be available Nov. 23 at the Las Vegas location. Call Wednesday in the afternoon, have my calls transferred to different locations out of state. No one can help. Until a man named Barry in the Oregon location is able to get information about my transmission. It was still in the Henderson location here in Nevada. I ended up not being able to pick it up that Wednesday. Next day is thanksgiving so they’re closed. Now today being Friday, Nov 25th. Call first thing in the morning, no one from Nevada locations pick up, same issue I’m getting transferred to different location outside of the state. Finally, I’m tired of no one being able to help so I go to the Las Vegas location which was the location I was told it would be delivered to earlier that Wednesday at the end of the day. So I come into the location and no one can find anything about my transmission. I’m waiting around for 30 mins just to be told that it’s still in the Henderson location. Mind you I’m a busy person, I work 7 days a week and I had to take a day off just to deal with this nonsense. It’s crazy to me how willing they are to sell parts but have no clue to where those parts are when they’re here. It’s upsetting and annoying, I very rarely write views but I just needed everyone to see how they do business. If you have all the free time in the world to wait on parts and them being unprofessional. By all means go with them but if you need it at a timely manner. Go somewhere else.

Typical hold time is about 20 minutes and I call in often. Pricing is a bit better than pic- a -part. But the Eugene location seems to be more expensive than every other B and R location.

I don’t really know any junkyards in Vegas like that so my buddy recommends me to go to any B&R they have in Vegas so I go to this one. At first I’m a little skeptical because it’s a whole new place to me but it turned out to be a really professional environment with amazing saleswoman/man they took very good care of me which I’m big on, they also showed me exactly where to find my part which was a big help cause I honestly would’ve never found it myself. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for sure I already know the next part I’m coming to get! This shaft was in good shape and we'll attached to the board. Not all that sure how the deliver person felt about this shipping/packaging method but they made sure to ring the door bell twice before walking away. Installed quickly and have had no issues.

Called for a part, and they sent me to go pull it myself. I got to my job just in time before they closed on Saturday to grab my tools. Get to BNR, and they don't know what I'm talking about. They stated that this location on Smiley has not been a pull it ur self junk yard for 2 years. So we looked up my part, and it was wrong it was for an automatic. The guy saw a shifter on the floor board and thought it was a manual. This town could live without this business.
