My son was in an accident with his car at his school, Kaizen is close to my house so I stopped in to get a quick estimate on the damages. Aaron came out to help me and was great, took some pictures of the damage and had an estimate for me quickly thereafter. I brought the car in for repair about 2 weeks after the estimate was given and everything was perfect. The receptionist at the front was kind, Aaron was there and attentive with me and made sure I was aware of what was going to be done to the car before they started.
I got a nice text from the shop as the car was being worked on which I was not expecting, but it was nice to see that they took the extra time to let me know where things were in the process of fixing the car. The car was completed in the estimated time that they originally quoted. It looks great and I cannot even tell it has been repaired. Hats off to Aaron and the team up at Kaizen for the great work.
Remarkable customer service. Trey kept me informed on every step of the repair process. He said they would try hard to get my car back early, because he knew I was without a rental. we brought in our Nissan Pathfinder to have it fixed after an accident that seriously damaged the entire front end and door on driver side and front bumper. They did an excellent job and completed it when they said they were going to. Truly, you cannot tell that it was ever in an accident. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent customer service, skilled workmanship, and timely completion.
I have got to say that this is the best collision repair center I have ever been to. We were on vacation and unfortunately got into a wreck. Kaizen collision was able to get my truck in and they worked fast to get it out in two weeks. We were able to get a rental to finish our trip. When I went back up to get my truck they can and picked me up. Supper service truck looked like new. Thanks so much

We had to get repair work done due to damage from the ice storm we had. I don’t think we anticipated having such an amazing experience working with Kaizen, given the circumstances. From start to finish, everything was so simple and convenient. Enterprise was able to pick me up at Kaizen to get my rental, and I was able to drop the car off at Kaizen once repairs were finished. Throughout the entire process, they kept us up to date via text and repairs were complete by their estimated completion date. It was truly the most wonderful experience. Thanks Kaizen!
Went in to get an estimate done because someone hit me. They took a total of 9 minutes to look over my car and get everything scheduled. For comparison, I went to Dingman's on 120th first and they took an hour and 45 minutes And estimated the cost at double the price. They also work directly with Enterprise so when I go to drop off my car, they will already have someone there to put me into a rental. So I think Kaizen is where I will be going from now on.
Customer service was decent, they always had smile on their face.
Issue was is my car receiving even more damage from their inspection.
It was an insurance claim, waited a month to get the vehicle in their shop. Dropped it off May 13th for inspection and work to start, picked up June 2nd.
They wouldn't work on or warranty their paint job because of previous work wasn't "up to their standards". Which was kinda understandable
However, KAIZEN COLLISION made the damage on the hood go from golf ball size to football size with excessive pressure washing.
KAIZEN COLLISION also REMOVED the factory decals only on driver fender and not the passenger. Returned it to me that way.
Had spoke with John (employee) and Geico separately and together on a call. None of this was mentioned to me until the day I picked it up.
Travis was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. Helped negotiate needs with insurance company, keeping my interests in mind. Got the job done earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend.
I am super impressed with this shop. I was referred to them after my car accident by someone I trusted, they had good reviews & were in network with my insurance company. Leslie set everything for my rental car, they got me in/out, had already touched base with my insurance adjuster, I recvd text messages updating me on the status, once the estimate was completed & ins approved they lmk an approx date & sure enough, twas ready. Dropped off the rental & they took care of the rest. Josue, Leslie & Tre, and everyone else, thank you. You guys are a great team. I felt very taken care of throughout the process & you also provided security for me going forward that my car is safe for myself & my daughter.

My car had a lot of hail damage and I took my car to Kaizen! I was very happy with the work they completed and how smooth the process was! They have great communication and they truly want what is best for their clients!
I highly recommend this place! Kept me informed, made the whole process run smooth (they even called and reserved a rental which was good since my insurance dropped the ball. When I got to the rental place they didn't have a reservation under my insurance and they were out of vehicles for at least the next week do I was extremely happy when they found me under the repair reservation), and had my van back better then I was expecting (they detailed it for me, which was unexpected but nice since I have 4 kids!)
This shop is very professional. They worked on my wife’s car last year did a great job. I had a spot recently show up on my new truck. It looked like an issue with the clear coat. I stopped by and they looked it over and had a tech buff it out. It took maybe ten minutes but it was way above what I expected. I will always go to this shop for body work. Thank you.

The staff has great communication and will walk you through the process step by step. Nothing is done out of turn and things are always done on time and in a exceptionally great manner.
Was in a crash and got to great plains 108 and maple for repairs. They ironed out the details/ estimate with the insurance and fix the car ahead of time. Staff was super helpful through out the process. Noticed a couple of issue after i took delivery. Connected with Travis and had the follow up set up. It was taken care off in a week. Great service and customer care.

From the first phone call to Great Plains, to when I said "goodbye" as I drove away in my CLEAN car (they washed it for me!!!) it was a very good experience. The gals in the office were pleasant and genuine, the gentleman who gave me the estimate was pleasant and explained everything to me. Even during this trying time in our city and country, they went the extra mile to sanitize my keys before they gave them back to me. They cleaned off the doors a number of times to protect their clients. And the work to my car was completed quickly and beautifully. I would not have any reservations in recommending them to anyone. And did I tell you - they washed my car!!

Was rear ended and took my car to Great Plains to get repaired. Not only does my new back end look great, but they were so easy to work with. They could get me in much earlier than the other body shops I called and took care of talking to the other insurance company for me when costs ended up being higher than the original inspection. They updated me every day and kept on schedule and had my car done on the same day they told me it would be done. Thanks for the great work!
I was directed here through insurance as I have never had body repairs done on a vehicle of mine and didn't know where to start the search. With that said, I was very impressed. The work they did on my vehicle to restore a damaged quarter panel and taillight was well done and I was treated incredibly well by friendly staff throughout the process. They even washed and vacuum/cleaned the car! Great experience all around, would highly recommend!
I experienced excellent customer service and follow up from Great Plains Autobody . My contacts were Travis and Bryn both of them kept me posted on the process of and time frame of my vehicle being repaired. My repairs took a lot longer than usual and that was because of my insurance company not following up properly on their end but Travis always made sure to keep in contact with me and kept me updated of the status. When I finally got my vehicle back it looked great, I thought it had an entire paint job when in reality it was just part of the vehicle, the repairs were seamless. I am extremely happy with my choice to go to Great Plains and would recommend them for my friends and family.
