The O'Reilly Auto Parts on 94th and J in Omaha is the hub store. The staff are properly trained and actually know what they're doing. This is the only O'Reilly store that has a clue how things work. Thanks for doing a great job.

The customer service that Sally provided to us today was above and beyond. Her suggestions on our issue that we were trying to resolve saved us time and money. I will definitely be coming back to this store and will be recommending it to friends and family.

I have a 26 or old van and the O'Reilly on 107th and Q didn't have an air filter for my van but the one on J st did. Reasonable price

Was told yesterday that if I dropped off my rotors that day they would get done by the following afternoon. Called to check status after 20 mins of wait time, l was told they wouldn't be done till 5pm. Gerald blamed it on manning but it wasn't the manning that told me they would be done by noon. No ownership of the situation just a victim mentality. Time to go back to Rock Auto.

Great experience with O'Reilly! Darrel, who is the manager at 94/J street, saved me BIG BUCKS!! He went above and beyond to assist us with repairs to our car. He keeps customers coming back! Give him a raise!

I am super thankful for the staff at this store. While taking my son to an activity in the area, my car started stalling every time we stopped/idled. I was close enough to this store to get us there. I feel awful that I didn’t get his name but my dude was THE MAN. He instantly diagnosed the problem. They had the part and we were good to go. Helpful and friendly folks!

I have had to purchase several parts for my van and O’Reilly auto parts on J and 94th St Omaha NE has been awesome to me! So friendly and helpful it was nice to have such great customer service when your having to buy car parts because most of the time your spending your money you don’t really want to!!!

This is a hub store and they have almost everything... The folks here know whsts up. Always had a good experience here. A d their prices are good on what they have to sell. I highly recommend this place for your auto parts needs. Stop by and get you some.

Batteries are WORTHLESS. They hide behind dumb warranty rules so they don't have to cover for their horrible products that don't even last 6 months. Never going here ever again!

Stopped into the main store to get a wheel stud and a lug nut. Locked up to the counter, and the person that was assisting me was Randall the assistant manager. First thing he asked what automobile is this for. I informed him it is not an automobile, but I have the measurements for the stud I need. He informs me the old way of doing things is not how it’s done anymore. I don’t have time to go through 200 boxes to find you what you need. When I asked for the stud back so I could leave he states good luck me tomorrow. We don’t have time for that. Whatever happened to automotive parts having good customer service, and employees that actually know the business.

I was driving cross-country and went into this O'Reilly's 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. I described a few symptoms of my car problem that had just come up, and asked if anybody could come out and listen to the car run and help suggest what might need to be done. Mike came out and looked at it in the rain, in the dark, and told me the two parts that needed to be replaced, along with the seprentive belt. He recommended a shop that could do it for me in the morning, and I bought the parts and brought it all to the shop. They confirmed that Mike got it exactly right, replaced those parts, and I was on the way. Mike helped to get me back on the road faster than I thought possible, and saved me from having to figure it all out and lose half a day doing it. I started going to O'Reilly's a few years ago when I read a review that the people there are just nicer. So far, so good, and Mike definitely upholds that tradition!

30 Minute wait to pick up a pre-ordered part. 5 employees and a store manager working. Only 2 helping the 20 plus customers waiting. Older man was doing his best, while Mike wanted to be every customers friend and visit with them while telling them the wrong info, then disappears in the back. What a joke. The store was dirty. Phone kept ringing without being answered. The store is a joke. Get the place cleaned up and get your act together. Staff training would go a long way. Hey manager your job is to manage and fill in when you are busy!

Person person who helped me out at the second place i was sent to was useful besides that the service it was a total disaster. I ordered a belt and they told me it was going to be at store b and to pick up any time. Had even payed for the belt in advance at store a. When I want to store B they tell me that it is now a store a and that I have to drive clear across town to pick it up even though they had one in stock. Definitely will not be making this my go to store.

CAUTION ENTERING & WALKING AROUND! This place was an accident waiting to happen! Construction crew Trucks taking most of the stalls. Not their fault. But, when you enter the store there were little plastic pieces on the floor everywhere. I had to watch every step. Plastic on the floor. Just in shambles. No one greeted me! The worst ever. They should have shut down if no one was going to maintain safety for everyone whether they were working or for the customer safety. I don't understand this store was allowed to operate. I only gave 2 stars because the staff that did help me went out and helped me with my car codes was polite.

O'Reilly's always has good priced parts but like any parts store no one can stock everything but what they don't have they can usually get in a day or two. They are friendly know ledgable and helpful so they are always my number one pick for auto part. Their parts are of good quality and equal to anyone's product whether it be oem or after market.

These guys are great! I had a couple of hooties and they have road it out with me lol. When they don't have what you need they will call around until they find the part for you. Love their patience and knowledge! Cool crew🙂

oreillys is a great car parts store, the warehouse in Omaha generally has everything in stock that I need. Service is always very good, too.

~Yeah,the Papio store's not 5min away. But when the 2nd&3rd interactions were no different than the first. Ill,along w/friend who claimed they did as well . I avoided O'Reilly's altogether for better part of a decade. ~Until about 3yrs ago when I couldn't afford to wait 2-3 weeks for a part I needed. Papio didn't have on hand but "J" street did,talk about night&day. Just got off the phone w/them&even though they didn't have the part I was looking for? Still proved more pleasant than every experience at Papio.

Highly recommended!! The only O'Reilly's auto part store i will go to. Fast friendly customer service. Always have the parts we need where the other stores don't and not as good customer service at the other store's. Will only go to this one off of 96th and L street. North side of L street to next stop light make a right and block east off 96th st.

I visited two O Reilly's that day. One of them was what I'd consider average they looked up part got it for you. The O'Reily's on 107 and Q is wonderful. The two younger guys that work there go the extra mile and than some. I needed a new muffler and tail pipe for my car. He found one that wouldn't have to be welded and how to use my old tailpipe. Saved me a bundle just on the welding expense. They really know cars. I don't go anywhere else. Get one of those two to help you.

I called to see if they could pull a part aside to ensure it was there when I arrived as it was a long drive and I didn't want someone to buy it before me. I was willing to pay for it over the phone, but before I could offer to do so the man rudely said "If someone comes before you I'm going to sell it" Most places do a 24 hour hold.

Came into this store to have my battery tested, Buck helped me test it and diagnosed the problem right away. I knew it was my alternator or my battery and he was able to confirm it was my battery. I usually go buy new parts wherever it is the cheapest but Buck’s service was so great that I wanted to purchase it from him. He installed the new battery in 5 minutes and I was on my way! Highly recommend!

If I could give this store less than one star, I would. I went in to buy a new windshield wiper for my rear window, and then proceeded to ask the gentleman to help me install as I wasn't comfortable doing it myself. Long story short he broke the connecting piece clean off, and then was less than apologetic about it. I had to call a week later to find out if it was in or not to top it off. When I finally went in to get the new part, the worker handed it to me and just looked at me. I asked him if he would help install the new one. He said "No, because they didn't want to break it again." I understand his argument but it was not taken in to account that I DO NOT have the tools I need to replace this, and I wouldn't even be in this situation if the kid installing my blade would have admitted he didn't know how to get my blade off. I'm going to try a different autoparts store, one that cares about customer service, and if they cant help me, I will take it to an mechanic and O'Reillys WILL front the bill. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I like O'Reilly in general. This location is a combination store and central warehouse. There are always people around, but the warehouse staff never help at the store counter and the store is chronically understaffed. Other locations have 3-5 people, but I've never seen more than 2 staffing here. I've always had to wait more than 10 minutes just to buy routine retail items from the front. I've actually walked out after waiting 15 minutes. I only tolerate this store only because it's convenient to my work and it would take longer to drive out of my way to stop somewhere else.
