When no one else could come L and I came to the rescue!! I was working and got stuck in my work truck. I called 3 other companies and due to the weather they could not make it. Thank you pulling me out and getting me home!

Needed to have a vehicle moved that day. The driver was courteous and helpful. Fast service. I recommend this company to anyone in a bind and needing a tow.

This was a flawless towing experience. I've worked with several really good towing companies in the past, this one ranks right up there with the best of the best.

I had an extremely upsetting experience with L&I Towing, who are hired by Beacon Hill Apartments. One of their drivers chased me around the parking lot with my young daughter in the car and even threatened to call CPS on me — simply because I parked near the entrance to load my kids safely out of the cold. This behavior was threatening, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. A towing driver has no right to intimidate or harass anyone — especially a parent with a child present. In a similar case in Florida, a man was actually convicted for this kind of aggressive conduct. I am in the process of pursuing legal action, and I will not let this situation go until accountability is achieved. No family should ever be treated this way, and I intend to make sure this driver’s actions are properly investigated. Beacon Hill Apartments should also reconsider doing business with L&I Towing, as their representatives’ conduct reflects very poorly on management and the safety of their residents.

I’ve never been broken down before so it was. Little stressful with all the vehicle flying by. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone was very patient which help me calm down. The guy that showed up, right on time, hooked my car quickly and clearly knew what he was doing. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and polite, they showed up very quickly and was cheaper than all quotes, I'll always use them from now on.

The tow truck man called me and he said he'd be there in 15 minutes he was there in 14 minutes so he did just as he said. Also when we got to the dealership he helped me out of the truck and held my hand to help me step down which was a real nice gentleman. I was really impressed and thank you so much for helping me.

L&I Towing was great after my mother’s car accident. They were extremely kind and helpful when scheduling. They were prompt and even helped us take pictures for insurance. Highly recommend them and thank you so much!

They say towing isn't a racket otherwise they wouldn't be in business. But we all know it is. Especially when apartments collaborate with them to make residence lives even more complicated. Trolling around looking to remove a vehicle is the opposite of a service. It's a racket. I rest my case. But keep telling yourselves it's not.

One star because you don’t have to be a nice person but sometimes it really helps. The man who was here “patrolling” my apartment complex yelled at myself and two teenagers because we asked him to leave the car they were towing because we were moving. He was very disruptive and ignored us as we were taking to him and proceeded to yell at us as we were children. It felt unsafe. This is not the first run in at this complex.

Got me out of a jam on a Friday night. They were there within 10 minutes. The dispatcher was super nice and professional. The driver was courteous and understood the assignment. Definitely will you them again. Thanks guys!

My daughter had to get her car towed home after a broken belt left her stranded. L and I Towing rescued her quickly and safely back home! Thank you for your service!!!

This company literally waits till after apartment office hours to go to apartments and look for cars to tow so you cant call the apartments. Also, apparently your lease doesnt matter either they just do whatever they want. Have pictures to prove. My lease very clearly states we get a notice before being towed even if we have a sign out that says otherwise. My boyfriend got warning when he didnt get his permit right away due to not having a plate yet, but my brother helps me bring something inside for 10 mins and I came back outside to it being towed. The visitor parking lot was to far to carry what we were carrying, but the tower said that doesnt matter and the lease doesnt matter. The tower threatened my boyfriend but wouldn't repeat himself when we told him too then tried telling my brother he wouldn't even be able to get the car back at all. As he was driving away he then decided to take a picture of me. NOT okay.

I have used L&I for multiple occasions. I have also used several other companies over the years. I will say straight away that they are the most timely service I have ever used. Their drivers are courteous and professional, and you can sense that they genuinely care. I whole heartedly recommended L&I if you ever need a tow.

Great response time and advice on whether to tow at night or in the morning so the vehicle didn’t risk being impounded. The difference in price was not astronomical and I was glad to not have to deal with another headache at impound the next day. I have used L&I multiple times for various towing needs and they are always great to work with.

This company towed my vehicle from MY apartment after I already had permission from the property manager. I was literally gone minutes bc I came out in time to see them with my vehicle in the parking lot. When I tried to go talk to them to tell them I had permission, he drove head on towards me until I moved!! I had no choice but to pay $200 to get my vehicle back, and they were so unprofessional at the office as well. They don't care about any agreement you had with the manager of the property you are at, they will just claim they have a contract and they are allowed to. It was an illegal tow, and now I have to take them to court.

Car was broken into and $400 of items stolen in tow lot at 2701 8th ave in council bluffs. REFUSED to disclose insurance carrier so the state insurance commission is now being contacted. Police report filed and will not be letting this go!!

My car battery was dead, past the point where jumping it would work. L & I showed up and was able to get my vehicle out of my garage and to the mechanic quickly - saving my weekend! The driver was kind and professional. Five stars.

I cannot recommend this towing service more. I called having a flat and they had someone out to me in 20 minutes. The gentleman who came out was quick, kind and knew what he was doing. As a woman stranded on the interstate with a baby, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I will definitely be using them again if I have the need.

Thom’s wife here: I had the unfortunate experience of having my car towed from an apartment lot that I was visiting. While it was not a happy occasion, the man in your office made it much more tolerable. It was Sunday afternoon, July 27, when I picked up my car. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and nice. I was really impressed by his calm demeanor that made my experience pleasant. Thank you for hiring people who represent your company admirably.

Shane was absolutely amazing. He got there super quick and worked until he got the job done in his words and I quote “I wasn’t going to give up because I couldn’t leave you guys stranded on this road”. I had my three kids and my wife with me and he made sure that we made it home safely. He even went to the length of staying until he saw that we were on the road and headed home I could not recommend this Company enough.

L&I towing was wonderful to work with! Of course it was a FRIDAY that my son blew a tire and they were able to get his car towed before 4:00p and to the shop by 4:30p so we could have the tire replace before the weekend. Super friendly and nice, very quick pick up and tow. Will use them again.

I had a great experience in both occasions that I dealt with L &. I towing and recovery. Both service technicians were professional, kind, and knowledgeable, polite and friendly! And also timely! I didn’t have to wait for hours, they were there quick, fast and in a hurry! No surliness or growling with these guys, named Steven and Matt! And even the dispatcher, after learning that I have used them previously, gave me the amended price match that he used only for a contracted business partner! I am grateful and more than happy with this company and would happily recommend them and their services!

Great communication with dispatcher before the tow. The driver then called 2x to update location and arrival time! Reasonable price! Will use again if needed.

L & I provided excellent customer service while transporting my vehicle! The driver was friendly and cleaned off the passenger seat for me to be comfortable! Pricing was comparable to their competitors but the initial phone call was pleasant, so I went with them.
