Bought a part online from here and didn't have time to go pick it up so I paid $40 to have it shipped from Omaha to Lincoln which isn't that far. Order on April 1st and didn't hear anything or see any part so I called on April 7th. Hard to get a hold of someone but FINALLY I got a call back and I was told they didn't see my order because the system didn't tell them I placed an order. They shipped the part out April 9th and received on April 10th but it was the wrong part even after confirming what part I needed. Called them on the 10th a little pissed off about not getting the right part and they said the correct part would be to me the next day. April 11th came and they said they couldn't get me the part that day so it would be the 14th now. April 14th show up and no part so I called them to see where it was at as the part is finally showing up. All the sales person has to say was oh sorry, sometimes that happens. Horrible customer service and will not order from here again.
I bought from them Power Steering Rack & Pinion It was broken. I told them to take the piece and they didn't get the money back either. At that time I was working in ster auto sale
Gabe was very polite and got me exactly what I needed and they helped load it and I of course tied it down. This is the first time I’ve done business with KOSISKIS and I know I’ll do business with them again! And I gladly would recommend them to others!
Bought a set of seats from them. They cannot seem to answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. When you email accounting they give vague responses and tell you to call your salesperson. After picking up the seats from them I noticed that the entire seat harness was lazily cut off. Now I will need to purchase a new harness and re wire the entire driver and passenger seat. Do not buy from them for any reason
I had a mechanic put in a remanufactured engine from kosiskis and it failed around 10000 miles. Idk what happened to kosiskis. For a remanufactured engine to fail at 10000 miles is pretty bad. I got a rebuilt engine from them before about 20 years ago that ran great and lasted but this incident that happened has me questioning the quality of the engines they sell. Only positive thing I can say is they did honor the warranty on the engine and replaced it. I just don't trust this 2nd engine they put in that it will last.
I generally work with Matt. He gets back to me in a timely manner. If they don’t have it in stock, they can get it shipped in fairly quickly. I highly recommend.
Have done business with this company for many years.

Place is a joke. Sold me a bad transmission then tried to exchange for same price but higher miles. Finally refunded transmission but kept $30 for credit card transaction. Wont b back.
Michael is always helpful and gets me answers. He tries his best to make sure parts are as described and wait time works with our schedule. He's my GO- to guy!!!

Purchased two seat belt and retractor from Kosiski Auto Parts and they claimed that they listed it as a ‘seat belt buckle’ and not the actual seat belt and retractor.
They offered to cancel my order after I have already paid because someone made an error on their side listing it.
Don’t waste your time, they can’t even list the parts correctly. What a waste of time!
Really suspicious. I have a warranty about to expire in 12 days apparently they don’t have a transmission to replace the one I have rite now and of course is not working anymore. I don’t know but it’s really sketchy I really don’t understand when they said “there’s nothing we can do about it” then please explain to me what is the warranty for!! So I guess the 90 days warranty is false rite??

Bought a Mopar reman engine from them , that one had an issue , so warrantied it , and poor company it came from only paid half the labor and that took two months to get . The second engine has oil pump issues, company will not stand behind it 100 percent, call kosiski the manager was not at all helpful , kind of a poor guy to deal with customers so two engines one oil pump in just 6000 miles and me out 1505.00 dollars to help my customer. I have repair shop and WILL NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN , ALSO ONE STAR IS TO HIGH OF A RATING
5⭐️ customer service. Gary was easy to work with and extremely helpful with what parts I needed. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for parts.

Read the reviews. Consistent rude staff wrong or damaged parts not keeping warranty restock fees. Read the responses from kosiski always apologizing and saying they will work it out but then another one star review same comments rude overpriced unreliable sometimes junk parts. Too many people saying same thing for way to long. Family owned business. Once you give them your money warranty is over and they flat tell you rudely they ain't doing nothing about it in spite of their responses to the reviews. U pull it same shadey way also
ALL the parts you need!!!! If the KOSISKI team can't find it they will try hard to help you out for your parts. The manager guy named GARY is always super helpful with a positive attitude. You always feel like they care and are treated like FAMILY. This is another S.O.B. (South Omaha Business) that is carrying on the tradition of high values, great integrity, communication skills, and going the extra mile. The entire KOSISKI family is doing a GOODJOB. Keep it up.
I needed a driver's side mirror to replace a broken one. I searched everywhere and couldn't find one until I finally found one on the Kosiski website. I contacted them, got a fair price, and they shipped it to me and I received it across the country within two days! They gave me a great price as well.
I worked with Flaco ordering multiple parts for my vehicle. Some parts were damaged upon arrival but Flaco went Above and Beyond to get All of the issues addressed and I Really Appreciate that and Highly recommend him!

if Zero would be an option, i would even rate this compamy negative 10!!! Very poor management, very poor customer service, the worst junk yard!!!! do not waiste your time with them!!!!
i ordered a fender with A class condition, paying $475 for it, came in with scratches, simply called kossiko, talked to Flako and we agreed on parts to be returned and i would be fully refunded, also i was texting with Flako. A few days later just decided to text Flako how much money i would get fkr the fender, he said $345 because they charged me for the restocking fee. Called and talked to manager, Gary. He told me that they dont garantee parts to be in A class conditon, also he said that if part has scrstches it is A class part!!!))))) Wooooww, he doesnt care about customers, didnt care about negative review. I simply asked for my money back because part was damaged and had scrstches. He told me he would jot be able to give me the remainder back.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Spent almost 7 thousand dollars on a remanufactured engine and used transmission. Over 10 days into this and I just now get a receipt!! Wow. Sergio was absolutely terrible Stay away from this company they are idiots. Always excuses!! Never their fault. What a huge mistake

Worked with Matt after finding my part online. Matt was very helpful ensuring I could get my part and it was in good condition. Shipping from Omaha to Grand Haven, MI it got a small dent and some paint rubbed off. Matt reviewed, sent me pictures of how it shipped, and offered me a refund for the shipping costs so i can get fixed. He was very understanding and made no issue about the problem, just wanted to take care of me. Kosicki seems like a great place to get parts.
I bought a 2019 front clip but it came with a badly damaged grille. I have emailed Kosski but have not received any response. my damage is $350. Very bad service there!!! *******now there is talk about refund but when I contact them they are refused any cooperation!!!
