First time using this company. Was extremely pleased with my experience. Ryan was fantastic at helping my purchase. He is also keeping an eye out for a LH front door for me. Delivery was fast and friendly as well. I will be using these guys for anything I need in the future. Awesome experience. Update. LH rear door was perfect fit. Paint matches. Everything on the door works. Extremely happy. 2/24 update. Got the driver's side door middle of last week and had it on this weekend. As the rear door, it was a perfect fit and match to replace the other for that had been hit. Ryan was great as always at getting it here for me as promised. Told me when it was going to be out for delivery. The delivery was fast, friendly and very polite. Everything is as it said it was and I would not hesitate for a moment to buy anything from this company.

I really wish that I didn’t have to write this. Less than a month ago I purchased their show vehicle. I went to test drive it, an ‘04 Dodge Ram, thought the engine looked good and the price point was in my budget. The sale was VERY easy, and the truck did run fine for about 6 days. It all started with the battery, which I thought was just acting up because of the cold. I’m my opinion if I had just had to get a new battery that wouldn’t be a problem at all. After some attempts to fix the battery myself or at least get it started to have th battery tested, I had to finally call a friend for a jump start. She brought her fiancée to take a look at the car and THANK GOD SHE DID. There was much more wrong with the vehicle than just the battery. We only had daylight to check it out for a kit an hour and found multiple issues. There was a fully flat tire due to being off center of the rim from a bent axel on the opposite tire. The exhaust is disconnected on the under side of the car, and the battery wouldn’t hold any type of charge at all. I texted my contact, who previously asked for a 5 star review, and tried very hard to work with them on finding a solution. They offered no solutions, only advice on repair shops I could take it to and spend thousands more on something they are fully responsible for. I am the average consumer. I shouldn’t be expected to be an expert about cars before I purchase a car and you would have had to be to see the red flags on this truck. Just as the average consumer, I expect something to work for more than 6 days and when that doesn’t happen I expect the place of business to be professional and address the situation accordingly. Pretty much everywhere else would just offer a refund. They didn’t even offer to fix it. Unfortunately I think this proves that I’ve been scammed and this is their motivation behind the business. I am posting this in the hopes that they will not be able to do this, essentially scam someone into buying a faulty vehicle, again. Pictures here of the messages I sent to the employee and the issues with the car. Be careful of these scammers and go elsewhere for parts or vehicles!!
