Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Clean and well lit store. Needed a semi-rare car battery (Group 48 AGM). They had plenty in stock and it came with a 4 year warranty. Not bad! They also repair iPhones at this location. Overall I'm pretty happy.

Can't beat this place when you've got to find some oddball battery to shut your smoke detectors up before they drive you out of your mind. Very friendly, very professional. A little expensive but I think it's worth it because it's the only place you'll need to go.

My husband went to batteries plus today on 90th and the sales representative. Her name was Ashley. She changed out my key fob batteries and apparently lost the key that was in the back of my key fob so when I got home to test out my key fob on my car. My car would not start. Lights would not come on I could not get inside of my car. So I thought that maybe the batteries that she changed out where defected so I went back for a second time and got home in the same thing occurred. By this time I call back to let her know that before I came to switch out my batteries my car started just fine. It may have a little delay because the battery was dead, but it started lights came on the doors unlocked. So now I am faced with the fact that I have to call a locksmith and pay to get a new key made. I am complaining with the company. Do not use them. I need to be compensated as soon as possible for the discrepancy that the associate actually made by losing my key in the back of my key fob. Horrible do not I repeat DO NOT use them for any service they overlook their customers.

Amazing work! I needed a screen replacement done on my cell phone and I was able to get scheduled and had the work done within 3 hours of starting my claim. The claims process alone is usually enough of a headache and then the quality of the repair is a coin toss -- so this experience blew me away. Michael, the store manager, had the entire replacement done in less than 45 minutes from the time I handed him my phone. The job was done fast and it was done right. I've had repairs done at places in the past where there was shoddy workmanship that required four trips back and forth. Not this time. Thanks Michael!

I had three separate occasions with them that resulted in this one star. The first time I called, the gentleman on the phone said their system was down and that I could just walk in. Second time is when I came in for the walk in at about 4:05 as the guy on the phone said there won't be a technician in until 3. Would have loved to have known yall close on 5pm on Sunday, but also my bad for not checking. While I'm there, guy said he would write down my information so his manager could give me a call. I have squaretrade, the warranty company for my phone. Manager is supposed to know more about it as well as help provide clarity whether I need the back glass or not. Third time I come in, I don't even know if I spoke to the manager or not, but the guy seemed more knowledgeable, but quite literally brushed me off. Looked up in his computer that he doesn't have the back glass, said it was on backorder and could be a couple weeks. Gave me a couple other businesses I could try and handed my phone back. I guess there's a fourth interaction. I called one other place that said the back glass is a couple weeks out too. I called this place back, went to voicemail, and no return phone call. Whoever owns or manages this place needs to correct the service because I have to sell these guys on whether or not I should get to work with them.

I purchased a battery for my truck and had it installed the same day. The price was more than fair, the install was quick, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location!

When I ordered online my email confirmation said the pick up was at the 90th street location. When I arrived the battery was not there but at a location 40 minutes away. Customer service was not interested in helping with a solution for your screw up.

I got a phone screen replaced by them and not even 2 days later my screen is “ghost tapping” and is acting like Im touching the screen. They charged me almost $120 dollars for a pos probably $10 screen replacement from Amazon. I would not recommend this place for any phone screen repairs. I’ve had a lot of iPhones and replaced the screens myself with like the iPhone 6 and I always just bought the cheap screen replacements and never had this problem.

The sales associates at Batteries Plus were awesome. They installed a new Optimus battery a lot quicker than I could have done this at home. Always go to Batteries Plus, the batteries are a good price and the associates are always welcoming and helpful.

The staff at this location, particularly Mr. Michael were extremely helpful, courteous and provided great communication for the battery service that I needed for my vehicle. Good, professional communication in the service industry is somewhat rare these days. I highly recommend this Batteries+Bulbs location to anyone in the market for vehicle or other battery services.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would, but it won’t allow me to do it. This company says they offer curbside pickup on their website and has at least 2 signs on their door and window next to the door that say they offer it, yet the employee refused to bring out the order I already paid for online. They made me unload my kids to go inside for an order I set as curbside pickup and said they no longer offer it, yet leave signs up and a website allowing it that say they do it. It’s false advertising and horrible customer service when you have to unload 2 children when you expected to have curbside pickup. Not only was that an issue, but blatantly lying about it being so busy in the back, yet no other customers were in the store and only 1 employee vehicle and mine were in the lot at 3pm on a Thursday when I picked up my order. Saying you can’t check an ID, card used for payment, and the order # at the vehicle before you hand over paid items hasn’t ever been an issue in the past here, so why is it now? If you do in fact still offer it and just had very lazy employees, please educate your staff on the proper way to handle it next time this happens as it will with that employee. If you do not offer it, take the option off your website as well as remove all your signage off your building saying you do curbside pickup when you refuse to do it.

I had an amazing experience! Ordered my truck battery and install online, got a promo code that took $18.00 off total, and git a $10.00 rebate! Michael at tye 90th and Blondo location (Omaha) was so nice to talk to while he did my install. Very quick and efficient install, awesome worker! You are lucky lucky to have him on the team. Great job Michal and Batteries+Bulbs. Will be back again for sure!

Stopped in there today to replace the battery in my key fob. After they removed the cover they found there was a sticker over the battery that was interfering with it's connection. Most likely some type of manufacturers cover. It worked 3 years ago when I bought the car. So they removed the sticker I went out and tried it with the smart key and the problem is now solved as it started without having to insert the fob.. So I'm am giving them 5 stars for honesty because they could have just sold me a new battery but didn't. They offered to sell me one but I bought a flashlight I needed for work I was going to buy anyways, and felt they deserved this positive feedback more than the sell of a 6 dollar flashlight.

I took my 2 watches there to have the battery replaced. The service was quick! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back. Check their website for coupons, promos, and mail-in rebates before going. I found a coupon for $3 off a watch battery and installation.

I went on Monday and I had a cracked screen to be replaced the guy who looked at it and fixed was great but then my phone wouldn’t work that same day I tried to call out or have incoming calls and my phone would shut down automatically I take it back Tuesday to have someone look at it but it’s a different person, the one who looked at it Tuesday and was just the worse and bad customer service, told me to look in my settings and check my battery health and said it was a bad battery and said “hey man the proof is right there” he didn’t even want to look into my phone or taking it to see if the battery was loose in the phone. The guy was terrible and I was definitely not happy with his customer service.

This is the place to go for a battery. I had an odd ball sized battery. Not only did they have it in stock they had multiples. I tried other auto parts stores with no luck. These guys came through. Would highly recommend. Their pricing is great. And their employees are more than helpful.

Went in to get a new battery for my key fob. He tried to sell me a $20 service for the key fob. When I asked him how much the battery was he said $5 or $6 and he knew what kind. When I asked him to tell me he said that's part of the $20 service. I asked him for something to use to pop my key fob apart to see for myself and he wouldn't because that's part of the $20 service. So unless you're willing to use their $20 service it's pretty much a useless store. Worst customer service ever and pretty much pointless storw. No wonder why people choose larger stores. Seems you get more assistance than this place.

I have been to this store many times. The associates are always incredibly efficient and helpful! Great team at the Batteries Plus 2201 N 90th! I have not only purchased batteries at this location but also had my iPhone screen repaired numerous times! I appreciate the attention to detail along with their sense of urgency.

Awesome service! I dropped my iphone and my screen had white lines all through it and I called Batteries + Bulbs and they got me in the same day and got it fixed in an hour for a great price. I would definitely recommend!

I had my screen on my S8+ repaired here. The guy who helped me, Justin, was super nice and did a great job in helping me in my short time frame. However, I was never informed that the replacement screen that was going to be used was low a quality knock off. It was faded, the blacks were no longer black but grey. It was clearly not an OLED screen that Samsung uses. It also does not have Gorilla Glass, it just has a standard tempered glass. Also, during the repair the person who did the repair broke the back of my phone as well. He was very apologetic and found a replacement for me at a different location. Unfortunately, this replacement was also not an original samsung part. It was also a cheap knockoff, which of course also does not use Gorilla Glass. Being that I just paid almost $300 for the repair, I purchased a screen protector and had it installed. Then IMMEDIATELY put my phone in a Speck branded case. The back of my phone didn't even make it home. It was broken before I got out of my car. In the 10 years I have owned smart phones I have never once broken a screen. I was exceptionally careful with this repair and had it in a case with a protecting cover and it broke within less than a week. What makes it worse, it broke BENEATH the screen protector. I wish I was informed that the replacement parts were going to be so inferior. I would have paid another company more money to do the repair correctly. DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPAIRS DONE HERE. I will be seeking further action from here, If you also have issues with this company, please contact me for legal information. Thank you.

I was surprised at everything they do here. It says car batteries, they have batteries and bulbs for everything even fix iPhones. Need to update google. I had the guy working look at the crack on my screen he looked the price up which was very reasonable under $90! While he was inspecting my phone he noticed it was just a crack in my screen protector $14 fix. I have had 4 other places look at it and was never told this. I am a lifetime customer from here on out!!!

The most helpful group of people, they didn't push product I didn't need, they got me a great price on my car battery and headlight assembly. All installed for free. They honor coupons and drive to bring in repeat customers.

Came in today (12/5/2013) after my car wouldn’t start because of a dead battery. I actually called ahead and the gentleman who answered was incredibly helpful, and he was waiting for me when I got there! He was knowledgeable about the product I needed, and he installed my battery (in the freezing cold!) in under 10-15 minutes. I’ve never written a review on here before but felt compelled to after the service I received today when I was in a bind. I was beyond impressed and have already let a few people know what great customer service I got there. I should also note that they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Batteries Plus on 90th and Fort!

Excellent customer service. We had a cell phone that wasn't charging. The staff found several options for a new battery and better charger. They installed the new battery and tested the phone...and discovered that the problem was with the phone itself. By sharing their expertise and time, they saved us from an unnecessary expense. Many items at Batteries Plus are available for quite a bit less online, but their large in-store stock and service will keep us coming back.
