I don’t know if management changed but I brought my car in told the guy it’s a vacuum leak,could we change the hoses? I already ran the code? A day and a half later he told me it was a vacuum leak????? Charged me 160$ for diagnostics and the code read, which was a vacuum leak I was told to bring it back so they can run a further test being how I have to leave town the following morning I felt like two days was long enough to run a test on something that I knew was the problem I used to get my cars serviced here I will never be back.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I had to bring my car back the same day I bought it because it was acting up. A week later it started overheating. Two days later the engine locked up and now I am having to search for a new engine for a car I didn’t even have plates on yet. They were of NO help in fixing.

I recently bought a 1980 Spitfire from Orhan and I must say, I am very pleased. With the car, the process, and the man. A dead giveaway was when I asked him about driving it back to Lincoln and he said he didn't have a crystal ball. If he had made any promises other than a fair price for a beautiful car, I would not have made the drive. Thank you Orhan. I'll send anyone looking for a deal to you.

Took six months to present a title & have car inspected. Had to put repairs into the car while I was waiting for title!! yes Make sure you have your car inspected before you purchase from them have no key to the car just a remote trying to get him to purchase the key seems to be a problem. Make sure everything in writing because he seems to forget what he say to you

The owner also the attending person is really kind but he use the kindness for play with the prices, if you want to visit, check the same vehicle at cargues just to make sure

I drive a 2002 Range Rover... Enough said. When I came to the end of my rope, I stopped in to visit Orhan and Mark at Autoworks. As it turns out, they are about the only alternative for that vehicle other than the dealership. All I can say is I have come away pleased and satisfied. They are experts in obscure import vehicles and know exactly what they are doing. Not only were my repairs done as expected when expected, but I also experienced the utmost in courtesy and fairness. I recommend Autoworks very highly whether you drive a unique import or a common domestic sedan. You will get your vehicle repaired correctly at a fair price by competent people who just happen to be a pleasure to deal with.

I went to auto works to sell my late model accura- I had a quote from the dealer. I took the car into auto works and they went thru the auction prices, explained to me the pricing, and when they couldn't beat the dealer price called me and followed up. I went there to sell my vehicle but would now be more than comfortable to be there as a customer for any mechanical service. They were honest, straight forward, and followed thru- that's really hard to beat. For the work they put into pricing out my car- which included sending someone out to the home to look at it again- they didn't make a dime. I thought leaving some + feedback was the least I could do. Really good folks here- not looking forward to ever having a car break down but if I do I know where I"m going to go

my expierience at auto works went a little like this went in bought the audi a4 cash money and I'm driving home on the hiway right after buying it. it goes up in smoke i limp it to the closest shop near me and they tell me the temp. sensor housing was glued together then. so i pay 700 to get that fixed then had to go to audi to get it from going into limp mode another 700 down the drain just to get it driving right. then I get a call from them saying my new key i paid 200 dollars for so i go pick it up and none of the buttons work for it only the key works. so i will be going back to audi again to deal with this issue. this place says there certified.. certified cheaters make sure you knno what your getting and who these people r b/c they will rip you off in a heartbeat.
