Got my state inspection done with know problem and fast and with respect

From out of town and they where amazing. I recommend them not only where they nice, but was told my alternator was out and it was just my battery and since it was under warranty they dodnt charge me anything.

I have known DeeDee since 2015 and she does an outstanding job working on my car whether it is an inspection, oil change, filter(s) change, check engine light diagnostics, replace window actuator, check/fill liquid levels, check tire pressure, add air to tires - she did quite a lot of work on my old Kia Sorento until the engine finally gave out due to old age and age related wear and tear. Today I took my new Nissan Rogue to her for an oil change, filter replacement, regular check and tune up/lube, and check engine light diagnostic - Dee Dee called me to get approval before she replaced any filters and was honest about why I desperately needed a new cabin filter and even showed me my old one when I came to pay and pick up my car - apparently I have been breathing in black mold from my cabin filter for quite some time now - DeeDee got me a brand new clean filter today, she had my car in and out and ready for me to pick up in exactly ONE hour!! I can attest to the fact that DeeDee is a very hard worker, takes pride in her business, is honest, fast, efficient, and truly cares about her customers! I have been lied to by many who just wanted to make money off of me by saying I needed this or that - but I trust DeeDee and Downtown Texaco to tell me the truth, and take care of my car!!

We had a flat tire at Branson landing. Took our tire to Ed's Texaco downtown. Nicest people to work with and they even showed us what was in the tire, a farrier nail! They even put the tire on the car when we told him we would get it, they said no you are on vacation...I can see why they have been in business for so many years. Thanks again for taking care of us!!!

Downtown Texaco in Branson did an awesome job, both with service and speed when I had a breakdown near Branson and needed somewhere to take my truck for work. Price was good too! I was very surprised and happy!

Wonderful experience! I called them because I was having problems with my car, and didn’t know if I could drive it to them. They came and picked up my car, drove it to their shop, couldn’t find the problem, but said they broke an O2 sensor and replaced it at no charge, and then brought the car back to me!!! All of this with no charge!!!! Not even a diagnostic fee! I’ve never had such amazing customer service, and honesty from any company! I don’t live in Branson, I was visiting from out of town. Deedee told me to enjoy my day shopping with my family, and they would take care of me!!

Mrs.DeeDee is the best in town, I've been taking my truck here since I was 15 years old and she's never let me down. Always gives you 10X what you pay for and tries her best to give you a good deal

Outstanding service and staff. Very friendly and honest people. Wished all businesses operated as great as this. While we were visiting Branson we had to fix two tires on our Sorento. Had them changed quickly and very professionally. We will never forget this locally owned store, Dee-Dee the owner and the great staff.

We just had our jeep done here and have been here before. I think they’re really honest people and it’s family owned I trust them with my car. There’s not a lot of companies that you can fully trust. I say try this place because we were very happy with their customer service and their work.

On a veterans day trip to Branson my parents had electrical problems, battery and alternator. Luckily the were parked 1 block away from downtown Texaco. I walked to them described the situation. A mechanic immediately grabbed a jumper box a retrieved the car. He then diagnosed the problems and within 5 minutes we were given approximate time and price at completion. Well they were spot on the time and better then quoted on the price of parts and labor. These are very friendly honest people and made a bad expirence and good memory. Thank yall very much God Bless

Took our van in and they did a great job on our van. What I thought was going to be more issues and cost a lot. We were happily surprised when it was repaired quickly and for a fair price. 💕 Wonderful staff thank you for making life easier again! 🇺🇲 We will be back!!

We had a tire blow out on a weekend trip to Branson, planned on leaving on Monday and couldn’t find a shop with my tire size in stock! Downtown Texaco was the only place with my sized tire and they had the new tire on my car and we were ready to hit the road in less than 30 minutes. Polite, professional, extremely helpful, and reasonable priced. The list goes on, if you are in need make sure to give them a call they are great!! Downtown Texaco has been servicing my cars for over 27 years. The owner has turned it over to his daughter DD. Don't be afraid she is a great manager. might say it's Under New Management. But you need to give them a chance they get you in and they get you out usually in the same day. Just depends on if they can get parts. I want to thank them for being so good to us for 29 years.

I needed a 245/40ZR19 for my SH-AWD Acura TL to get me home. They were recommended by Wholesale Tire of Hollister, MO. I was able to pick up a used Kenda and 91 octane gas for a steal. Both got me back to OKC. Where I was able to order a replacement to match my BFG Comp A/S and the Kenda now a backup tire. Thanks guys!

Some of the best people in town to trust with your vehicle. Always nice and VERY accommodating. Very affordable and never price guage! Will always return business. Been going since my gma brought me there in the 80s to get her gas pumped.

Our car broke down at the worst possible time (of course) and they were lifesavers. Got us right in and fixed the car for a reasonable price. We made the 8 hour drive home with no problems. Had our mechanic double check something the owner said might be a future problem and all was good. Would highly recommend!

We've had these guys and gals do our vehicle inspections for years. Always appreciate how friendly and efficient they are. They've also done other services for us, and we've been pleased with it.

100% recommend!!!!!! We’re here on vacation. Breaks were messing up. We found this place and asked them if they could work on it today as we were out of towners. They got us in immediately, very kind people showed my husband everything that they were doing talked to him about everything as they were seeing stuff. Didn’t do anything untill we approved it. Price to do everything that needed done was greatly priced. Never tried to push us to do anything nor did they say something needed fixed when it really didnt(my husband knows a lot about vehicles just didn’t have any of our tools). If you need any type of vehicle help this place is a must go to!! Thank you guys so much for helping us and making our trip safe!

This place is amazing, Troy and Amanda are so wonderful our car was shaking really bad, they looked at it, tired was bald n it had a big bubble in it. Then, they determined that the ball joint was going out. Thanks to them we got everything at a great price, n now we feel safe driving our vehicle.

I would add a hundred more stars if I could!! Travelling from Michigan to Missouri for a wedding my brakes went out. These folks not only picked up my car and worked on it ON A FRIDAY!!, but kept me informed on everything they were doing and how much it cost. Then brought it back to my hotel. I cannot say enough about these people! They were wonderful!!!

Took my daughters car in to get the fluids checked, they said they put some oil in it and everything else was ok. Had it in another shop a week later for an inspection and they happen to check the fluids, and everything was almost empty. So, we paid for nothing. Went there the other day to get gas, since they pump the gas, and asked the guy to put in $10. When he got done my daughter looked back, and informed me it was not $10, but $8 that he put in. But was charging me for $10. I asked him about it and he gave me some lame story that the pump is old and it actually was $10. Really! We will never go there again. Big time rip off!

Went to this station to get my car inspection done. DeeDee was wonderful. They did a great job on inspecting my car and noted a few other things that I needed and fixed for me. Not overly costly on anything that they work on there. Would recommend for many people that were local!

Downtown Texaco has always treated me fairly with great service and at great prices. I would take any of my cars there. Mechanics are knowledgeable and the price they quote is the price you pay. And it's not overpriced like another outfit in town I took my car to. Thumbs up for DeDe and her staff!

I travel for work and had neglected the maintenence on my car over the past year(yeah, I'm that guy). I ended up having some mechanical issues while working in Kansas City and stopped at a shop to have them run a diagnostic. The guy told me the problem(camshaft position sensor) and that his shop wouldn't be able to fit me in while I was in town. He told me to get it somewhere ASAP and gave an estimate of what I could expect to pay for the parts and labor. I took a gamble and drove it home from KC. When I got back, I called the Downtown Texaco, and despite being extremely busy, they worked with me to get it in quickly. The price was better than what I had been quoted in KC so I asked them what it would cost to add an oil change and replace the air filter, tires, and belts. The prices were better than what I have paid for those services in the past. They got me in quickly, did excellent work, and this was easily the best experience I have had when dealing with auto repair. Thank you!

None better than Ed's! I have been using them for auto repair since I moved to town in 1992. They have always given me all the facts and let me make the decisions. No pushiness - no swindle. I have every faith in their abilities and will never go anywhere else as long as Ed (and DeeDee) are here in town. These are the most honest people (including Dane) that you will every meet.
