Just visited our local AutoZone in Branson West with a dead battery in a key fob for a German made car. It seems that German made cars always make things a little bit more difficult but the guys at AutoZone stuck with it until they had the battery changed. Thanks so much guys. I appreciate you!
Excellent group. Needed two new batteries for my Ram 2500 Diesel. They quickly gave me choices on brands and warranties. I chose the ones I wanted and they installed them for me on a cold day. I offered to tip them, but they politely refused. Will definitely be back for any future needs. Thanks guys.
Needed a new battery for my Infiniti as mine was 5 yrs old. Asked Ricardo if he could help me replace my old one. It ended up a harder job to get to the battery than he thought. But he perservered and got it in the little space. Very much appreciated his help. AUTOZONE is always my go to place
AutoZone is fantastic... If those hard to find products aren't available they'll check another AZ or they'll order them for you. The employees are always willing to help. Great customer service.
Had a two day job of spark plugs and throttle body replacement in their parking lot while passing through town. I was super impressed with the care the employees had for my problems, offering feedback and suggestions. James was an amazing help and Sophia was also great.

I have visited this AutoZone and others along with your competitors O'Reilly's more times that I would care to admit to, I have been helped by Caesar a couple of times at the Branson West location and that employee doesn't outstanding job assisting customers. If he worked for me I would definitely take care of that individual and if you don't there's a chance I'm a steal him from you.

I had to make repairs to my wife’s car while on vacation out of state. I went to AutoZone store #5979 to get the parts I needed and was pleased to meet the friendliest and most helpful staff there. Not only did they get me the parts I needed, they were also kind enough to lend me their personal tools and lend their expertise to help get me on my way. Jimmy and Cesar in Branson, Missouri, I couldn’t thank you more!
My maintenance required idiot light came on. I stopped at Autozone, and Ceaser Ortiz came out and put a test on my computer.

Noah and crew were beyond helpful. I just moved down here not even a week ago and I am overjoyed by the kindness I have been shown. I spent a good hour up here trouble shooting my car and they steered me the right direction the whole way. Had it not been for them I would’ve drove my car home resulting in catastrophic damage to my car. Thankfully I took their advice and had my car towed. Will be back if I ever need anything, as I trust them completely
My wifes battery died in her car accross the street and I asked if they could help remove the battery and the guys there and for me that they couldn't do their policies there but they would provide me with the tools to be able to do so. I had enough time to get the battery removed but I had to go back to work and explain to them the situation they are kind enough to allow me to use the tools again later that day. Not only that when I look through the store the store was organized and the associates there were polite.
Wish I could leave zeros. Ordered a part yesterday and today went to pick it up. Needless to say after standing in line for 20 minutes the male still couldn't figure out how to type in the part number to check if it was there. All while the female in pig tails played on her phone. When asked why it was taking so long he acted confused and disoriented. Told them never mind we'll take our business else where.Then the female in pig tails decided to pipe up cause she got offended that we interrupted her social media time. Would not recommend this store.
Thankful for the knowledge and expert help of the employees. Very much appreciated the employee was friendly professional and his no nonsense approach to my issue.
Young man at front counter was very helpful. Found me a battery for my key fob and showed me how to change out myself next time. Great customer service on his part.
What in there looking for a couple items my wife drove I forgot my glasses and my daughter was in the car with my wife so she couldn't come in but the two gentlemen who are working there were more than willing to help me out even one of them went to the back of the store to get a couple items that I needed and brought them up for me great attitudes excellent customer service definitely go there again
This evening I was shocked how well I was treated at the new auto zone in Branson West. I actually called them back and asked to speak to the manager so I could tell him what a great job the young man was helping me out... turns out I was dealing with the manager. Nice to see a young man doing such a great job. Auto Zone should be proud to have employees like him.. I rarely right reviews. He deserves a pat on the back.
Brand new store with a excellent selection auto and truck parts and accessories. The store manager and staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend the store.
