I'm a local resident and not very much of a car guy. I usually pay people to do most everything including change my oil. I was working on replacing a headlamp bulb in my wife's Volkswagen. One very small part was broken that held the wires to connect the bulb. I asked on a long shot if he might have something. Blake encouraged me to buy a part to fix my problem. He told me how to connect it and that it wasn't as intimidating as it looked. I came home and it was done in 10 minutes. Thanks Blake for being helpful and finding me a part I never thought you would have. And thanks to all the reps there who just find a part that I need instead of me having to look up and down the aisles forever on my own.
Last Sunday we were in Branson, MO on a family road trip. As we were about to start our morning adventure. Out hotel valet said our battery was dead and suggested to get a new one...that's where O'Reilly Auto Parts comes in. Thank God they were open on a Sunday! #ThankYou

I purchased a battery for my car back in December of 2023. It worked really well until this last round of winter weather. It would lose charge overnight and barely start in the morning. This morning 1/20/2024, I went in to see if I could get a replacement battery after my car didnt start up. A worker named Jonathan helped. He was super polite and knowledgeable. He even assisted with replacing my battery hold down hardware. I have been going to OReillys for a long time. I had never had a worker do such a great job. Definitely look for Jonathan if you go to this O’Reillys.

Very friendly. They brought out a handheld computer and verified what we thought was wrong. They had one of the parts we needed and the other arrived the day they said it would. They also provided a socket set we could use with only a security deposit.
Blake was a TREMENDOUS help!! He helped me find the right battery for my vehicle and was able to get it switched out super fast!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
There prices are high but I've bought parts online because they was cheaper and had to fix it again orielys parts are better brands and they replace it if it don't work

I want to say thank you to Tyler at O'Reilly's in Branson. My car broke down at the Branson Landing and my husband called all over town trying to find me help. He called O'Reilly's and Tyler was on his lunch break and said that he would come and jump start my car. Not only did he get my car started, but made sure I was able to get to the store to get a new battery. I was scared, because I was 2 hours away from home and he made sure that I was back on the road and safe. I appreciate how he went out of his way to help a complete stranger.
O'Reilly's has to be my favorite auto parts education land, place to find great deals on stuff that you have to have to keep your car running and driving! Every now and then I'll end up with the wrong part or a bad part, but most of the time they can not only find you the right part but find you the best deal in the right part and that's after diagnosing it from you telling them the issue not from them spending a few days to work you in, and charging you 60 plus dollars an hour so that they can chase wires and figure out what's going on,.! Or in some cases tell you that they did 15 hours trying to figure out where it came from and never figure out where it came from and they chased all the wires to all the logical places and then they started chasing everything else but they just couldn't figure out where or how that could possibly be! This is a true story ladies and gentlemen it has happened! And that person later found out it was a fuse! Simple little fuse! That person found out about the fuse from a worker at O'Reilly's no nothing about cars that was his third day! And he called the right people and looked at the right places and found out what needed to be done to make sure the problem was fixed and that at the end of that massive bill from the car lot there still was a rainbow at the end of the tunnel there was no more 15 hours of $60 an hour to be told one and learn a thing! I did my best!
Went to branson for the weekend. Out car wouldn't start and had to be jumped. Went to purchase a new battery. Tyler tested battery and installed it for us. Also said alternator voltage low and recommended mechanic. Tyler was outstanding!!!
Tyler helped us this morning. We had traveled from out of state & had a really bad issue with our car. He did the free code check, diagnosed & supplied us with all we needed, had correct parts in stock. He was polite & knowledgable. We are back on the road!
It's been here for at least 44 yrs, they do the best with the customers! Very helpful, if you have a check engine light on, they will put their machine on it to see what the problem is, free!
Extremely helpful. Had the part's and tools I needed. I'm from out of state, Blower motor went out ,15 minutes after getting the part I was rolling with heat again. Thank you O'Reilly's!
The gentleman working was completely awesome and helpful! Helped us get the right spark plug and some helpful advice to heed while changing it out while on vacation! It helped us out in a pickle!
Great place. Friendly people! Engine was misfiring, come to find out it was it was just a spark plugs and. Chris helped us change the plug and we were out in just under 10 minutes
Go there all the time when I need something quick and I don't have time to order online. Prices are kinda high. But there's no competition so that's expected. The guys that work there are friendly and they know a little about mechanicing.
My family and I were traveling from a retreat in Eagle Rock up to Branson for vacation, when our alternator went out. We were able to make it your store and our truck was dead in the water. It was a Sunday and so no places open to get it fixed and we had no tools. Your employees especially Chris was so helpful to us. They loaned us the tools we needed to change it and even kept coming out when they could to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. We wanted to say thank you for helping us to continue on our vacation and say you have a wonderful group of employees.
