Highly recommend AutoGo! We were visiting Branson and our van needed major repairs. All of the employees at AutoGo were very professional, honest and thorough in finding what was wrong with our van. They even sent pics via text of what needed to be fixed. Our van took 4 days to be repaired, but they offered us a loaner vehicle free of charge! This saved our family vacation. We are very grateful they were able to fix our van and have it ready in time for us to drive home. Thank you!

Had a screw in my tire and needed a quick repair, being an out of town traveler. They were able to squeeze me in despite a busy schedule and got me fixed up fast. The team was polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I had a tire leak and needed to be able to pick my daughter up from summer school and these guys squeezed me into their busy schedule last minute. They had my tire patched and ready to go within minutes and I was on time to get my daughter. Wonderful people!!

I paid for them to inspect and recharge my air conditioner in my vehicle. They charged me to check it and they charged me for the dye to inspect it. Refilled it. My AC only worked for one day. When I called them to see if they would fix it, they said I would have to pay for it all over again, even though I paid them to inspect it already. Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend using them

I came in for an inspection, and everyone was just wonderful. I had an appointment at the hottest part of the day and the guys at the desk grabbed us water while we cooled off and waited for the inspection. Which was 15 minutes at the most. Everyone was just nice people and had grate hospitality. Next year I'll be coming back for my new inspection. I may bring my broke down car in there for them to get it running possibly I didn't talk to them on them kinds of prices or time lines but I believe my inspection was $12 and it was quick and pain less.

I will not use this auto repair company any time soon. The service provided by Matt was not up to par. The quotes he gave me were overpriced and he seem to be overwhelmed incompetent. After talking to Jimmy at the front desk ( Believe he is the manager) he was very apologetic and courteous. He made things right.

Everyone was very helpful, and customer service was the best! I am new to the area and found them to be exceptional in their services. They were quick to do the safety inspection on my vehicle. I will recommend them to anyone needing help.

Even on a holiday, I received a call from Auto Go, who assured me they would coordinate with my extended warranty company, handle diagnostics, and order the necessary parts. The team repaired my car quickly and affordably. The service was outstanding, and Matt's communication throughout the process was exceptional and genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend Auto Go for their professionalism and dedication!

I drove from Tampa FL, the night before my visit, where my right rear tire got a four inch gash on the inside tread. My tire kept going flat and my friend suggested to have it fixed at Auto Go. They hooked me up and was able to switch out my tire knowing my circumstances. Extremely greatful they were able to help me in such a short period of time! Some businesses are just better than others when they can help someone that's truly in trouble and needs help! This is one of those businesses! I had to place them in my phone book for future servicing and I had to make this comment for their great service. Thanks Auto Go. We made it back to Tampa with your help.

Just stopped by after work and got my oil changed from this shop and it was great! The employee’s are super nice and they are very upfront about prices and what you need done to your vehicle. Trust me this isn’t a shop that is gonna try and put down 20 things wrong with your car that you know you don’t need done. Easy 5⭐️ Rating

We were headed out of town for vacation and had a problem with a low tire. Went to Auto Go with no appointment and received amazing service! They got us in quickly, found a bad valve stem to be the problem, fixed it quickly and then didn't charge a thing. Very impressed and grateful for such good service.

Went in for a 4 wheel alignment and wanted them to check the noise I had in the back. Seems a nut had come off of one of my rear shocks. I told them when I went in I was only prepared to pay for the alignment. They didn't charge for the nut, but tacked on $70 for labor. My son ended up calling them because that's a bit much. After some back n forth, they told him to have me come back and they'd refund it. Much appreciated.

My family was in Branson for spring break and started having car issues. I googled around and called this business and let me say we were very impressed!! They were very nice on the phone as i was dealing with them from 5 hours away. They gave my daughter a loaner for her and the family to continue having a decent vacation . They were very open about what the issue was and gave the options. I could not of asked for better service.

First experience and very pleased - I’ll be back! Ordered tires (from Tire Rack) and had them delivered to these guys. I called to schedule install and they were pretty busy - appointment was about 5 days out. But he said if I could drop the car the next day he might be able to get to it. I did that and also asked for an oil change (takes a special synthetic oil too). Anyway they got it all done and price was reasonable. Great service, highly recommend!

Andy really went out of his way to render excellent service! We were in town on vacation and were treated with care and consideration.

I accidentally ran over a curb that came out of no where and did some damage to the under side my mustang convertible. Thankfully just across the street was Auto Go. Andy at the front desk got a mechanic to look at my car right away and access the damage. They ordered the parts which were in the next day. He gave me a loner car and we were on our way. That was the ticket to saving our entire trip! So grateful for that! Andy and his mechanics explained everything and were nothing less than spectacular! I felt like I was in good, honest hands! Communication was great. We had the car back the next day and had a safe trip home. I would tell anyone that they can can trust these guys and you are not going to be taken. I’m from South Dakota and those guys were just as nice as my Midwest people up here. I can’t say enough good things about Andy and his great mechanics!

My experience with Auto Go was really great. My vehicle had a shake so when I took it in, they did a full diagnostic and even sent me a complete report via text before calling to discuss so I could see what they were talking about. I needed my brake system replaced, which was unexpected but the experience was still good there. They didn't gouge me on prices and did the labor fairly quickly. Because my vehicle was so bad, they gave me a loaner overnight while they finished the job. A week later I had another issue that was related to the first issue so they did another diagnostic free of charge to determine why it was still happening. Come to find out there was a defect somewhere on the manufacturers side of things. Auto Go quickly took care of the issue and got me back on the road. Even with the extra issue, the way they handled it made me glad I chose to go there. Their staff has always been friendly and they have gone over the top in customer service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for all of my service needs from now on.

These guys were great I had my car inspected in less then 30 minutes. I called made an appointment. The took my car in right after I filled out the paperwork. The mechanic came out with paper and plastic to protect my old 2006 car. The customer service was friendly and 30 mins later they said my car was ready and wished me a great day. Went back again with another vehicle and same great service. If you need an inspection this is the place to go.

My review of Auto Go is mixed. On the one hand, the service they provide is excellent, even including free loaner cars which was really appreciated since we arrived in dire straights with a seriously misfiring engine that suddenly cropped up on our way home. They treated us very well, were friendly, and seemed to go out of their way to accommodate us. But all of this comes at a high cost. I can't say they are dishonest--their price is their price and it is disclosed properly prior to work being done. But both their parts prices and their labor rates seem very high to me. The parts are marked up roughly triple from any retail auto parts store, their reason (given before in another review) that they warrant the parts and work for 36 months. Nevertheless, I ended up feeling that I paid maybe not an arm and a leg, but certainly an arm for being in a tough spot. So bottom line, they do excellent work and treat you right, but at a higher cost than I would expect. I will be investigating other alternatives before my next urgent need for car repairs occurs.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Usually best to leave your vehicle if possible because it can take awhile but you cannot beat their service. They always take the time to do it right and explain things and they stand by their work. They went out of their way to find a little screw causing a very slow leaking tire. What most impresses me is I've been in there many times when they've helped somebody traveling to the area by fixing their vehicle that day and with care. I've been in that situation...out of town with a vehicle not working...its horrible...i would appreciate and I think those needing help do ...their service and empathy.

I’ve used Auto Go for 2-3 years now. With many older and/or high mileage vehicles in our family, I’ve had the opportunity to work with them quite a bit. I really like the fact they will give me a thorough rundown of all repairs needed, but only do the repairs I request. Good communication throughout the process. Their prices are fair and considering I’ve been able to trust them to care enough to get it right the first time, the prices are great! Always friendly whether in person or on the phone. And where else can get a free loaner car?! I highly recommend Auto Go!
