I needed a universal coolant o ring, then continue to be asked by fat breather " what part is it for" ...... really? When did O'Reillys stop educating their employees?
Thank you Daniel!! Very quick and helpful, actually installed my headlight bulbs for me so I didn't have to pay someone else or try to figure it out myself. Very sweet guy, always a good experience here. Although a damn headlight bulb is $20-$60 which is insanity to me!!
An employee took us directly to the place we needed and thoroughly explained the benefits of the different models. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience.
The staff is always friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond what most places do now in terms of customer service. They will check your battery and vehicle system. Also will take your waste oil too.
Dalton helped us get our battery situation sorted out! All while it was very busy and he was helping other customers and still patient with us. We appreciate him a lot and he did a great job!
I stopped in to pick up a front license plate holder for my Jeep. It was a Florida car and didn't have one. I was greeted when I came in, and he helped me locate all the parts I needed. Simple deal, but I appreciated the help.
We were from out of state, the young man that checked our car battery and scanned the codes for us was very professional and helpful. He was able to ease our minds!
Easton helped me diagnose my sluggish and horribly vibrating engine issue real quick. He figured out it was a misfiring cylinder and that the cause was the electric connector to one of the engine cylinders was a bit broken and loose. He just taped it up and it was all good again. He did provide me the connector details needed to replace if needed. I rarely leave reviews. But it’s even rarer to find a true gentleman. Thank you so much, Easton.
Let me tell you what these gentlemen are on their game Brian and Hunter worked so diligently to help me get my car up and running they tried everything in the book which they did not have to do their customer service is exceptional and I am so grateful they were there today!
First I will admit I came 10 or 13 minutes before closing and I am sorry for that. But Sunday night I came to check my car Battery cause I thought I had ran it dead. Even after jumping it and letting it run I just wanted to double check my battery cause if it was bad I was already at O'Reilly to get a new one. The bigger guy told me my Battery was fine because I drove my car there, and never checked it even after I asked a couple times if he would just make sure. I left my head lights on for a few days and that's how I knew It was dead. The same guy told me "head lights do not use up your battery that much even if you leave them on" This morning I went to start my car thinking everything was fine and my car battery is dead. I went to a different auto shop and my car Battery was as dead as Charles O'Reilly himself.
Hunter is amazing. He went above and beyond at every step of our conversation. I was in and out with new headlights installed in 15 minutes, despite a store full of people and a shortage of staff. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Very thankful for him!
4 years I've gotten 90% of my customers parts at this location. I did a starter on an 18 equinox, actually I had my mechanic do 3 of them. All 3 failed. I drove to ozark, there's was bad, nixa, Springfield. Brian, the store manager, didn't even file the labor claim after 2 weeks. We're talking 15 hours of labor, $2250. Also some months back, I did an ac compressor on a Mercedes, they sold me the wrong part, got the part number from Mercedes and they didn't have it listed for the vehicle. I lost $250 paying my mechanic for that, and $750 in labor, he didn't file that either I just found out. It wasn't denied, he didn't bother doing his job. I'll go to autozone from now on.
If you have no people skills you need to work elsewhere. Karsen could use multiple classes on customer service and not being rude to customers. Idk if its him or he had a bad day but he is not willing to help people and talks down to them when they are trying to get help. Not a very friendly environment.
Jackson was so helpful and kind. We're 5.5 hours from home, and my car started acting weird. He made sure my battery was fine and helped change my key fob. Thank you for assisting me today so I can make sure we get home safe. Blessings!
We went here looking for 20/50 racing oil but they didn't have it in anything but an off brand. Low on selection and staff didn't know about products. If you stop here, I hope you don't need any advice on product. It's good in a pinch but I would not recommend otherwise.
Excellent service was provided by this store. The asst. manager changed our truck battery when we were told that it was too difficult at another parts store. He made quick work of a challenging job and did it with an exceptional attitude. He was friendly and professional and made our vacation the joy it was meant to be. This store should be your first choice!
I have never NEVER been treated with such disrespect than when I come here. I thought maybe one was a fluke but low and behold I come again, hoping, like I said, that maybe the employees were having an off day and that would explain the blatant need for them to make me feel completely insecure about myself. Following me around the store as if I'm going to steal something (mind you I have not even a bag with me and am wearing tight pants and a t-shirt that leaves no room for concealment of any kind) and then when I DO pay, $125 worth of parts they are STILL talking around me and ABOUT ME saying things like "man I'm sure glad we installed those cameras" and when I'm driving off these people are waving some box around at me and taking pictures of my car.... again I STOLE NOTHING AND SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. A part of me wanted to go in and demand they show me what I "stole" and prove that I did no such thing... or just scream at these people... but I'm better than that and wasn't raised to give into this kind of behavior.
I truly can't believe I'm talking about actual customer service representatives here.
Do not shop here. There is an auto zone across the street and the people are extremely nice and honestly, much more knowledgeable and helpful.
Clean store and well stocked. Very knowledgeable staff. Mercy checked me out and was awesome she has a great personality and O'Reilly should be honored and greatful to have her on the staff. Definitely will be a repeat customer.
Only wrote one review so this should tell you that this is the place to be. Super friendly staff; came in for a brake light replacement and the woman at the front was immediately helping me as I walked in as well as made sure I got the right bulb and even helped install it for me. Best service I think I've ever experienced anywhere.
Highly disappointing visit. I was hoping this would be the O'Reilly location I can RELY on, but that is not even in the question. I walked into this store simply wanting my engine light checked; I also needed to pick up some duct-tape while I was there. I walked out without either of them. First, I was not greeted by anyone when I walked in. I was standing at the front desk with a member of the staff on the computer. It was a couple minutes until some other customer walked in that I was then asked "You need sumthin?" I asked where the duct tape was and he pointed to the back of the store and said "Back there." He was quick to dismiss me. However, I wasn't mad at this point. I then told him I needed my engine light checked and he said "Well that's gonna be awhile." I was confused because I had previously seen a guy finish helping another guest outside with hers. I asked why and he said "We have to get some stuff finished up in here." and that was it. He didn't offer any help or reassurance. So I looked around for the tape, didn't find it, then I left.
As I was leaving, a group of people walked in and went right up to the same guy I was talking to and they were all talking and laughing. Seems like he really needed that work done but he had time to chat with others.
Very unprofessional and not customer friendly. Will never go back.
They are always friendly and helpful. If I do need a special part usually it is there that day or the next. I am a member of their rewards program so I can get points on everything I buy. I used their tool loaner program and it was a big help. I just left a deposit and when I returned the tool, I got my money back so it was free.
