Terry is one of a kind mechanic! He could have easily make much more money from us, but this person is a MAN! Honest and reliable! Highly recommend!

Terry is the absolute best to work with. Customer service the way it's supposed to be. Had issues with my boat trailer and since the trailer still had the boat on it, Terry wanted it locked up on his own personal property at his house. I will not be using anyone else for any trailer repair needs. He's simply the best.

Phenomenal work with a quick response and wonderful customer service. The price was lower than I could’ve ever expected for a mobile repair and he even went out of his way to hunt down the tire I needed. Terry Sanders is a Godsend, he came and rescued me and my buddies when we blew out a tire on our trailer and were stuck on the side of the highway. 10/10 would recommend if you find yourself in need of a tire and amazing customer service.

Terry is awesome. He came out to help me out without full knowledge of exactly what the problem was because I was having a bad air leak in an unusual location. That said, he came out and identified the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes of arrival. To say he is knowledgeable would be an understatement. He is also very friendly and patient. I hope I don’t need his services again, but if I’m ever in trouble in his area again he will be my first phone call. Thanks Terry!

Awesome guy and business. Called on Sunday afternoon and was surprised to hear Terry's voice answering the phone. We had what looked to be a nail in our rv tire. Terry came to us, removed the nail and checked everything out! We were truly blessed to find Terry and his company. This business is truly customer service oriented at a time when customer service is lost for many.

I truly wish we could give them 10 stars. My husband and I were broke down with our truck and camper because we slipped a belt. They quickly had us fixed and on the road after my husband and I spent significant time to diagnose it ourselves. Save yourself the time and just call!!

Terry was absolutely the quickest and easiest road service guy to work with. Had a blow out on a tire and guy came prepared to the weight station to get me right and back on the road. Wow. What a great guy! Came to help me in my broke down rv and it was a transmission issue that couldn't be repaired roadside. Terry got me into a local shop and set up the tow truck as well as drove 30mins just to look at it. He didn't even want to accept anything for his time! Really!? Who provides this level of assistance and smiles and says "nah don't worry about it!?" Very knowledgeable and knew that a specialty tool was needed for the repair and didn't want it to get more complicated for me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for all the help Terry!!!

Can't say enough about Terry, he's great guy! We were moving from California to Indiana and had a blow out on our trailer a couple miles from his shop. He met me there on a Sunday afternoon and mounted one of my extra tires for my spare to get us back on the road. Very fair pricing for the service provided. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of service in the area.

Terry is the man, called him up told him what type of trailer I had and what Jack I would need. Was able to meet me and get it done within the hour. Respectful and good at what he does. Call him up to keep the small businesses alive.

The BEST experience I could've had..... got shut down at scale in St. Claire MO..... Needed a rim.... size 24.... No one had it.... he found me a rim and came out and got me fixed up despite been working since 5am.... I really appreciate all the assistance you gave

We cannot say enough good things about Terry! The wheel bearings went out on our boat trailer, right before vacation, naturally! We got his name from Google and called him. He was in our driveway within 2 hours! Within an hour, he jacked up the trailer and had the whole assembly removed. He took the hub back to his shop for repairs, and by 9 the next morning, the trailer was back In business, saving our vacation! And for a very reasonable price! I thought it would be alot more than it was! Terry is truly a treasure! An honest, hard working, knowledgeable guy who shows up when he says he will, takes care of business, and charges a very fair price! And is an incredibly nice man, too! We need more Terry's in the world!

Our RV dealership installed the wrong bolts on our Gooseneck hitch so we needed them swapped out for the correct bolts. Although we had the correct bolts, we didn't have the proper tools so we contacted Terry at Big Easy. Terry was friendly and helpful from the start, arrived within 30 minutes, got straight to work and made the job look Easy!

Had an airbag blow out on the trailer in Pacific, MO I couldn’t get ahold of anyone until I found Terry. He came right out was able to source the bag and get back on the road in no time. Prices are very reasonable, service is great he is an experienced mechanic will get you taken care of

got a trailer rim cracked. Weight station stops me. I called they guys. 15 minutes later they arrived. Another 30 min later everything fixed and I back to road. I've never imagined such quick and very fair cost. We truckers should support such good and wonderful business at all cost

Been through numerous of mechanics and Big Easy is the only one I fully trust. He showed up in less than half an hour, got the job done and charged way less than what I expected!

Terry and other guy did an awesome job . We were stuck on highway 44 for more than 8 hours . First We called a guy he came after 5 hours and did nt even finished his job properly and went back saying call some one else and he charged us alot of money but by luck 2nd time we called terry he did the job within an hour and charged us fair amount. 10/10 we recommend terry to everyone . Professional, honest and experienced. We had a travel trailer issue on our way to OKC after hours. We called Terry at Big Easy and he was out to us in a half hour and was able to get us back on the road. We can’t thank him enough!

My husband and I are drivers with Top State Transportation. We called Big Easy to come out to fix a wheel seal. He was here in like 30 minutes. Very friendly and LOW rates I was so surprised but so thankful Terry came to the rescue. Drivers if you need help call these guys..... You will be thankful you did!
