Took my wife’s mini van in for state inspection and was treated with kindness and respect. I waited in their waiting room that is quite comfortable and everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about a half hour. Thanks for your quality service!

I have used this place recently for the first time and I can’t express what a great overall experience it was for me. Communication was fast and clear. Explanation of what was wrong with my car was told to me in a way I could understand. They were professional and they also had compassion which to find at all these days is difficult. I recommend everyone to try them out. They are definitely my new mechanic for all of my car needs. I feel so lucky to have found this place.

Great to work with. Always listen to what is going on. Never do more than what the customer ask. Never pressure you into having more work done than needed. And gets things done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend K& D for any thing you need done. For my Wrangler they have fixed the heat to just a simple oil change and are always very professional and reliable and great with communication

Update for third visit, couldn’t be more pleased, needed a new thermostat and a few minor things, again the team was fast and courteous. I think my favorite feature is the texted quotes with pictures ranked by priority. Is a great feature. Update: second time using and very pleased once again! Had the all 4 brakes and rotors done, found the rear calibers were sticking…… must have been for a long while, cause when driving this next time was so much better!! I was in kind of in a rush, stopped in to see if I could get a oil change, I was lucky enough to be squeezed in, while waiting the tech asked me to come back, showed me another issue that needed address, they said if I could leave it for a few hours they could do the repair. The repair made my 13 hour drive, a 100% better! Thank you so much! I will be back for my car repairs

I'd recommend them absolutely. Stayed in touch about what my truck needed for repairs. Got new tires along with a few things that needed done to front end . Truck is driving smooth as can be now love it.

Vary satisfied with my experience with K&D. Was needing service completed so i could attend my fathers funeral and they eagerly completed the service and got me on my way. Will be my go to guys for now on….

I haven't been to there new business. But they worked on my car when they were at jeffs auto. They do good work. And are honest. They let me know about a mechanic that was lying and misdiagnosed my car. They fired the guy and gave me free brakes and rotors. Over all good people

I will fight anyone who talks bad about this shop. Not only did I feel like I was family as soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the young lady at the front..didnt get her name but amazing. Then I met Kelly. When I tell you far beyond amazing. She is friendly, professional and her smile is welcoming. So happy I found them. I had a vehicle from carmart and they were able to diagnosis this issues and get it fixed in incredible time..had some problems with carmart and Kelly kept in touch the entire process. She is like a life long friend that you met for the first time. I will be coming back K&D HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Kelli and Dakota are amazing people. They were very patient when things kept going wrong with my truck as they were trying to fix it.

The staff and technicians are truly amazing. They clearly explain what is found and give realistic timeframes on when you should have the repairs done. It’s nice hearing a mechanic say, “This is what’s going on and you should get it fixed but it’s not an emergency so you got some time to save up and make plans to get it repaired.” That’s good because when they say, “Oh no, this really needs fixed soon.” I believe them.

Went there got my oil changes on both of my vehicles. Had a little miss hap with one of my vehicles, but they went will over customer service and didn’t charge me for the oil changes and paid for my car repair . Will continue to do all my car repairs with them . Wonderful service received by them and trustworthy. Thank you for everything.

I was referred to K&D, they told me how awesome the service is, they wont overcharge, and they'll get you in. This wa the BEST decision i could have made. They are not a fancy name brand shop, they dont overcharge. I was able to set up my computer to work in their waiting room. I watched TV and even had some giggkes with their daughter, she'd come and visit with me. They checked in with me during the repairs and didnt sell me on other repairs. Though they did find something, they told me it could wait. Thank you for helping me out!

I started taking my vehicles here after getting a flyer in the mail for a discounted oil change and have been going to them ever since ! Honest and hard working !

They were great! Ladies in office were so polite and helpful. Mechanic was great, mechanic got my car fixed quickly and I haven’t had any issues since. I was charged a great price which I was expecting a much higher price. I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family or anyone!!!

Reliable place to get your vehicle serviced. Staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend coming here over many other places.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. They had a hard time getting the correct wipers and that should have been my first flag. But I waited for over hour half to get the oil changed and new wipers on. Got home and looked at my receipt and seen they had put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Called and talked to a lady and she said that’s what it called for. But on the oil cap said different. I need to change my oil and hope that nothing happens to my engine. I do not have a new vehicle that would require the 0 20 weight oil. But I’m done going there.

This is the only place I will take my car. They got me in and fixed quickly. Very friendly, great prices for repairs. I will send all i know to them. Thank you for all your help, all of you are awesome ? ?

This is a good buisness to deal with. They dealt with my warranty company, she has dealt with my attitude, they did an awesome job getting me a new transmission, they've checked out my kids car for me. Honest, reasonable and fast. They have my buisness!!

They did a thorough job, honest, lady's at the desk were friendly. We had the entired car looked at and diagnostic test done. I inquired about the flowers. She told me about a local woman that brings them in weekly. The flowers were from Good News Blooms, Sips & Sweets. I've not heard of it before, but now intrigued to check them out.

K&D has been a godsend for me. They really know how to go the extra mile for their customers. It’s been a long time since I have had complete trust in a mechanic shop until I started going to K&D. They never try to oversell me on something I don’t need like some places I’ve gone to in the past. I really appreciate their honesty and how they have let me know if they see something that might need attention in the near future. K&D will always be my go to mechanic shop for as long as I live in Missouri.

I would give them 10 Stars if I could! After having my car at another shop for an entire day for an emissions test, and realizing they did not perform the required ID/OD, I was in a tight spot as I needed to get it done that day. K & D got me in first thing in the morning! Alyssa got me checked in, Dakota did the ID/OD and Kelly sent me on my way with a smile. They are a breath of fresh air in an industry that can cause a lot of frustration. Thank you for being great! We will definitely be going back for all of our car care needs!

Great experience. Easy to get an appointment. Had oil changed at an extremely great price & it was full synthetic. Finished in a timely manner. Quicker than taking the car to the dealer!! Came back about a week later for an issue not related to their work. They took care of the problem at no charge. Will be coming here for all car concerns in the future.

Highly Highly Recommend!! Was super honest and helpful. Communication was fast and clear. As a female, going to the shop for your car can be intimidating when you have no idea what’s going on and techs are recommending things saying it’s a “need”; But K&D auto didn’t make it feel that way. They listened to what I came for and didn’t try to upsell me on every little single thing possible! I’m definitely coming back for all my auto needs:)

My car broke down while away from home, but near K&D. K&D got me in and fixed quickly. Their communication was very good and they did a great job. This was my first experience at K&D and I would recommend them to others.

I want to say Dakota and Kelly are great people and would definitely recommend them to work on your vehicles. They were very nice and helped me out when I was in a bind. They are also some of the nicest people you will meet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (If I could give more, I would!) I was beyond satisfied with the service at K&D Car Care. They went above and beyond to find and install a replacement transmission for my 2015 VW Passat, and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely cares about their customers, but that’s exactly what you get here. Honest, professional, and dedicated — I’d rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

Dakota has been doing my work on my cars the last few years. He's honest and a great mechanic. Just did my oil change today at his new shop. Amazing work as usual. The new shop is real nice.
