Came out on a Sunday to chain up an axle and escorted me back to their shop…. Even though it was the next day before they could actually get to my repairs

Horrible people . Do not use. Very unprofessional and will over charge you and tell you their credit card machine doesnt work so that you cant cancel the payment when you find out you were screwed with . They will also talk you into getting the truck towed to their shop to get you to pay extra for their expenses . Rude employees who answer their phone too.

They changed my radiator the same day I arrived. Friendly people.

Great place, everything and anything you could possibly want or need is there, and prices aren't too bad! Highly recommend! Only down side is they don't offer tire servitor regular vehicles... But! Had no problem getting me in touch with someone who does lol!

First I want to start by saying that, I do not do reviews, but for the life of me I just could not let i44 be unnoticed. Their customer service is to a "T", do you hear me!? Every person in that building was great! Unmatched skill at what they do, dont believe me? Honestly just check them out yourselves. Got in with literally no time to waste, now gone and will be making my very important appointment.. thank you so much!!

Nationwide Cargo Inc. 566 Rock Road Drive, UNIT 2 East Dundee, IL, 60118 Good morning. My company have fleet with 250 truck and 300 trailers. I am in this business for 28 years, and I never see someone so hungry for the Money like this I-44 Interstate Company. I call them for drive tiers road service. They do the job but when I receive the invoice is little to high, and I ask them to lower the amount with 1 hour labor for tire change, but they refused. I tell him to take their tire back and tell him I will not pay him nothing because the overcharging for tier change. I tell him I will call different company, and I did. The new company charge with the roadside call and new tire is $635.00. When the new company get to the truck they see the old company still the rim, then I call the police, and police tell me after the spook with I-44 Interstate Company the hold the rim hostage until my company not pay the amount for the job which is over charge. On the end I must order new aluminum rim which coast me extra $300.00 dollars. That way I am starting the process to report I-44 Interstate Company in all web sides which there promoting the service. I will not let them go with the stilling scam which they do. I really hope so any one from the web pages which this company I-44 Interstate promoting their service to take them down and never let them to advertise ever again. Now this company tray to rich me and apologice, but is too late. The apologice in the scam like this have to be punish. To all the customers who want to use the services for this company, please don't do that. You will be scamming one way or theater. Customers which need help and services they been rob from them. Again, i been in this Industry for 28 Yars, and never see and never experience service like this. Thank You for all of you read these comments! Made a stupid decision and tried to turn around on a service road right next to a collision, which got me stuck in a ditch. Luckily these guys were nearby and pulled me out for free. Really kind folks who know how to do business while being good to people.

Horrible experience. We needed towing, the truck was broken on the road and the driver was able to fix the problem by himself. We just needed the truck to be out of the road in a safe place. I spoke with Christina on the phone and told her that we need the truck to be towed to the closest truck stop or closest safe place so the driver can fix the problem. She said " we can tow the truck to our yard ". The truck was towed to their yard and they told the driver that he is not allowed to work, they have professional mechanics, they have to fix the truck. All phone calls are recorded, right!!! Of course Christina was not available anymore, the manager was not available, the owner was not available. We had two options 1. To let them fix the truck ( they didn't know what is going on with the truck)$135 per hour 2. To pay another towing fee to the closest truck stop. We paid $770 towing to their yard and another $550 to the closest truck stop plus other fees to make the total of $1360. We had to pay through Zelle in order for them to move the truck out of their yard. The driver was able to fix the truck in only 20 minutes at the truck stop. Horrible experience with these people, so unprofessional!

Had my radiator blow out on i44, the oncall guy got me to their yard and their crew got right to work and fixed the issue! I appreciate the hard work and will definitely return if i need their services! Thank you Jessica and the rest of the I44 truck center team!

I called asking the service fee and the lady on the phone said we charge $135 for call out fee and $135 by the hour. I said that is fine but when they completed the job, suddenly they started asking for fuel surcharges + port to port fee. When I said that you didn't explain that when I spoke to you earlier she said well you didn't ask and threatened to tow the truck. Wouldn't recommend for any trucker in the worst situation.

You are running a complete scam. I came to your service center on Saturday evening. I had a problem with a wheel on my tractor, it needed to be replaced. I had my own spare tire. I called support and they told me that a mechanic lives nearby and will arrive within 30 minutes. He came, I unhooked the trailer from the truck and drove into their garage. They changed my tire in 30 minutes. I paid $455 for everything. They even charged me $35 to take my old tire, I paid them $35 to dispose of it.

A shout out to Jordan he came to jump my husband's semi truck in the blistering cold and held out till it was running and that entailed swapping 4 batteries, very professional/friendly/knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for some better to help out on a cold day, I definitely recommend I-44 trucking for all ur heavywreaker needs. Thanks again

Our truck was involved in I-44 blocking the road, I-44 Truck Center Wrecker came on time and cleared the road, even though it was a police call, they were very polite and gave us cheap price. Considering the weather condition, it was worth more but they even gave me a discount, highly recommended!

It is a rubbish company, I do not recommend it at all. They give you a price and when you go to pay they give you an excessive amount. One of the worst companies I have had to visit, both for their tow truck service. As a crane, as a mechanic, he is disgusting, I do not recommend him, gentlemen ?????????Rude and arrogant people of the worst kind

This company knows what they are doing. I work for Lowe’s and I got my flatbed truck stuck in a ditch. They sent Daniel the tow truck driver to the site. He got the truck unstuck in less than 30 minutes. I have nothing but respect for this company!

Driving cross country in a 16ft truck and pulling my car behind. We tried to turn around in a small parking lot and got stuck. The gentleman who came out was very nice professional and quick. He got us backed up and the car tighten better on the trailer and got us back on the way. Thank you so much!!!

Our vehicle broke down and we limped into their parking lot. We had to wait several hours for a ride and they allowed us to hang out in the trucker lounge, gave us snacks and drinks and let us hang out as long as we needed at the picnic table under the awning several hours after closing. Very nice folks!

I would leave 0 stars if i could, Went there to fix the load only 6 pallets on top were pushed in, not even restacked and got charged 780$ for 40 minutes work. I was told it will cost around 250$ way off the original price and he wrote down he moved 20 of them which is a lie. Load was fixed but overcharged.

Stay Away !!! I had THE WORST experience with this shop in all of the 12 years of experience running and managing a Trucking Company. One of my trucks was in an accident and the police called this company to tow the truck. Since they have a shop, and the truck was not drivable we had to either tow it again to a different place or fix it with them. After 5 days the bill was $12,875.44 we paid the bill and left. Later, when I actually saw the truck myself i saw that not a single part was installed new. They either installed used parts or didn’t install any at all, but just billed me for them and said that they did. Needless to say they wanted to get paid by EFS because they knew i would call and try to dispute, but once paid with EFS there is nothing that we can do. Also, they record the conversations on the phone without approval and then play it to the driver to hear everything that was discussed (which isn’t drivers business at all). Once i called them to dispute the used part they said that we authorized used parts to be installed, (who would want that on almost $13,000 bill) and since i knew they record the conversation i asked them to send me the recordings where we Allegedly authorize them to install used parts - they Never sent anything. They are criminals. The problem in this business is that even if no one goes to them again they will still have new customers to scam, Unfortunately. Even if you have to tow your truck somewhere else, you would still end up paying less, than what it will cost you with them .

Road trip from Ca to Bristol Indiana to drop off the rig for repairs, all hood until Missouri, flat tire and blown air bag! Alan came out, our thoughts were it was just a tire. Nope found the blown air bag too. Alan you did a fantastic job of figuring out how to do it and making the repairs and back on the road we are. Then the next day I get a call from Alan checking on us ??. Job well done?

Engine belt replaced and airlines replaced also other stuff. Quick and professional service, atmosphere super chill. Staff truly went above and beyond on customer service and to get the right price. 10 out 5 star superb work! Thank you for honesty and high-end professionalism! By far best shop this side of the Mississippi River. Honest people, better parts interstate forty-four truck center!

This is an awesome shop run by grown ups. Professional people treating drivers like professionals. Reasonable shop rates and repaired correctly the first time. WOW! I am blown away by the highest level of customer service I’ve EVER received from a repair service! I just wanted to say THANK YOU again to everyone at I-44 Truck Center for saving us today. I had just purchased a new horse in SW MO when our truck broke down just off 44 in St. Clair. I can’t tell you how many places we called and no one could help. Not only did I-44 Truck Center answer right away but they responded in 10-15 minutes. The technician was friendly and helpful in explaining what happened, diagnosed the problem quickly and verified we could get the part today. He was careful to make sure Jasper was safe and taken care of during the entire ride back to the shop. Thank you again for helping us out of an unsettling situation and for letting Jasper hang out while you worked on the truck. I cannot say how grateful we are to all of you. We were more than 3 hours from home with my only truck and didn’t know a soul in the area. A+++++ service, response time and accommodation. Friendly staff and just truly kind hearted people!

Highly recommended fast and very reasonable service. Very honest and professional service my estimate on repairs were 1250.00 actual bill was $903.89 now that's honesty. Very professional atmosphere with a small family owned vibe I will take all my work here.
