Truly amazed by the speed, efficiency and professionalism of this company. Their roadside arrived in less than 30 minutes and did three repairs in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price! I’m O/O amd had a main airline bust in onion mo, the air line was on top of transmission and hard to get to. This place got me on the road same and and very fair on price. The Mechanic Nathen is a beast, he went under the truck and got it done. The owner Mitch is friendly and very knowledgeable. This is place will get it done and get you back on the road.
FYI be ware of I-44 service place next door. It’s a wrecker company and they are scammers.
Hands down the best: this guy was super friendly and bent over backwards to get me on the road. Had a broken yolk and had rolling next day in the morning.
Fantastic guy! Called back (voice-mail even says to call back if he doesn't answer) after 2 unanswered calls and was very great and polite in a busy time. Met us at the shop and we were back on the road in 20 minutes with a new trailer tire! Thank you for being great and hope yall stay safe!
Mitch (THE OWNER) Tells us to buy parts from a dealership and come back the following week to complete the service. For weeks does not answer a text or call. When the truck arrives @ his shop, he comes up excuses that he's working on other jobs. Just not professional and very ignorant.
I found myself stranded at a camp ground with a bent axel and no one near to my location. I found Mitch thru a series of guys, that knew a guy, who got me to Mitch. Never got his last name and I only talked to him once. Texted the rest of the time. Didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy. But his reviews were great, so I put faith in Mitch. He and his guys drove 2 hours one way to get to my location. They brought a portable welder and in 1.5 hours he and his guys had the old axel off and the new one on and me on the road. Great guy and so were his crew. I can't say enough good things about Mitch! He was fast and more than reasonable in his charges. Thanks again Mitch!! Dave
Mitch and Nick solid people?? I was pulled over at the scale and called Mitch. Even though he could have taken super advantage of my situation and charged me an outrageous amount for a simple air hose fix- he sold me the part and allowed me to use his tools to fix my own truck- very reasonable and amazing people. 100% recommend to anyone looking for truck service- Thankyou for the help guys
I had a water pump going out on my truck. They were able to get it in and repaired in just a couple of hours. Others told me it would be 1-2 weeks before I could get an appointment. Very friendly and fair pricing.
Mitch came within 20 minutes to diagnose our Kenworth T680. He was totally professional and courteous. He diagnosed our problem, but unfortunately, we had to take it to the dealership. Mitch explained in detail everything he checked and then helped us find a tow service. I would totally recommend him to anyone needing service in the area!!! ???

Very helpful. We had problems with fuel frozen, and lines also. This was our first time, to experience this so it taught us something new. Also gave us a lot of information. Also text us to see how truck was doing.

Called this guy from the rest stop, he was to us within 7 minutes, left to get a part, returned in less than 20 and had us on the road in less than an hour total from the time we pulled off the road, wow! Very nice as well. ?
I called two other companies and they wouldn't come the only one that showed up was Excel. Next time I'm In the area I won't even try anyone else. Great guys fast and good work.
