Christmas evening. We were a mile from the St. Clair exit when the dashboard lit up like a pinball machine and the faint smell of rubber filled the air. The steering wheel stiffened and we were able to coast the CRV to a truck weigh station. Not a good situation. Called Vogelgesang's and was surprised to get a "live person" on the phone. It was Anthony LaBryer. Told him our situation and he said he'd be there in 20-minutes. 10-minutes later he arrived and assessed the situation. Now, we would have done things completely different and it would have cost a lot more time and money. Why? Because Tony not only offered to tow our vehicle to our mechanic - but he then took us home. He did not have to - but we were glad he did. So on behalf of me and my family - we greatly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Tony was indeed a Christmas Miracle.

The owner picked up my truck at 6:30am. Towed the truck to his shop and had my faulty water pump replaced by 10:00am. Fair price and the best service you could ever hope for. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

The best towing I’ve experienced, called for something minor that ended up being a bigger problem. Jeff got me towed into the shop and helped my car get back up and running in no time!

Jeff was nice and informative. I needed a flat trailer tire repaired and he was the only one between Saint Clair, Sullivan and Union that would get me In-N-Out without dropping the tire off and having to make a second trip to come pick it up again.

AMAZING!!!! Got my truck and horse trailer stuck on Easter Sunday. The owner responded and was fast, knowledgeable and affordable. Saved my bacon and made a bad situation better. Highly recommend if you need a tow truck this is your company.

Everyone we don't live was was super nice. Rudy quickly got to my husband and helped put on a spare and then helped us place an order for a new tire. The new tire came in the very next day and Rudy had it mounted within minutes. We will definitely use them again!

Hey i can't possibly thank this towing company and of owner of it enough, they did such a great JOB!!! our Semi truck and trailer with load went out of highway 44 to ditch. 50 feet far from service road and we ended up recovering truck and trailer just for 3645$ which i assume dirt cheap and really fast work. it is really good in MO that you can call whoever you want and get rough estimate and work with them without having to pay STATE PATROL fee if you need towing service don't hesitate to call them they give you updates back and forth to let you see what is going on! they even dropped my drivers to motel!

Absolutely fantastic. Was on a Spark delivery for Walmart on an icy gravel road. Gravel road gave out and car sank into the drain trench. Called Vogelgesang, stated they would be there in 25 minutes, arrived in 22. While being pulled out, I noticed my tires were absolutely bald, he drove my car to the top of the street I didn't think I'd be able to make it. He walked back down the street to get his truck. I am highly impressed, will use them again for sure (hopefully I won't need to). Want to give a huge thank you for your awesomeness. A million thanks.

Our driver Bryan had a horrible experience at Vogelgesang's from the moment they showed up at the scene. Rude and unhelpful from the start to the finish three days later. Their employees made the whole minor repair/situation seem far worse than it was just so they could over charge in the end. They drug their feet working on it, took at least twice as long as it should have and seemed to have no clue how to even order the correct parts. In the end they had no idea what the proper procedure was for payment with the com data app which made a very frustrating three days even worse which did not seem possible. If you're needing towing & or repairs call elsewhere to save yourself the aggravation and money!

My son was driving back to college from St Louis to Fayetteville, Arkansas when he had a tire come off in Saint Clair. We called Vogelsang's and Rudy was so great. He was out super fast with the tow truck and fixed my son's tire, and this was on a Sunday. I was able to send my son the rest of the way on his trip knowing he was safe. And the price was extremely reasonable!

My car was just off the highway headed home, my engine gave out, and when I went to them, they were quick, helpful and kind with a very fair price... Had my car in my driveway, which I was worried about, in less than 30 minutes without a single hiccup... Thank you Jeff, and all the staff I interacted with, for the great service... Was driving from Detroit to Phoenix when my battery died after stopping at the rest area in St. Clair. Called other towing places and they had a 3 to 4 hour wait. I called Vogelgesang's and I explained my situation and they were there within 15 minutes and took me to Jeff's Auto Repair. The tow truck driver was nice and friendly as well as the lady who took my call. Would recommend anyone traveling or in town needing towing services to use Vogelgesang's. Very reasonable and professional. Two thumbs up!

Lost my brakes on highway 50 in Beaufort, they were there in about 30-40 minutes. Towed back to St Louis county. Very reasonable and professional. Will use again if needed. Thank you for helping

We had a blowout heading from Ohio to Nevada. A gentleman by the name of David pulled over to check on us and suggested Vogelgesang’s for them to check our vehicle. From the lady who took my call to Rudy who helped remove tire and put our spare on for us, and even the other gentleman at the location who made us feel at ease and helped us as best they could in the unfortunate situation we were in. They didn’t have the tire we needed, but being a small town they knew who to send us to. We ultimately ended up at Larry’s for our new tire which was a great experience, considering the circumstances, as could be.

We had a blow out in a Uhaul. They arrived promptly and changed the tire quickly. He even checked the rest of our tires to make sure we were good to go. We were back on the road in about 50 minutes from the time we called. Highly recommend.

Really fast service which is always nice to have. And the ability to work and communicate at the same time is a plus. I recommend them to all. Well I’m not sure about all the workers. But my husband and I really thought the driver was one of the best by far. David was his name I believe. Strongly recommend getting towed if this guy is working.

AAA was prompt and towing company was also. Stayed in contact with me before, during, and after with follow-up. Driver was concerned with the heat and offered me to stay in his truck. Would recommend if you ever need their service.
