My family has relied on Starks Automotive as our go-to vehicle mechanics for over ten years at this point. I've never had a single problem with them. They get you booked for an appointment ASAP whether your vehicle issue is big or small, they never overcharge or lie like some other repair shops might, and they complete the repairs with speed and efficiency that you wouldn't believe! I would recommend Starks Auto to anyone and everyone. They are easily number one in Franklin County, and even if you traveled far beyond you probably won't find a more reliable and trustworthy source!

Very respectful, honest and easy to deal with... I had some front end components that were failing simultaneously, and they explained what I needed and why, and even shown me so I could see for myself... I appreciate their honesty, and their pricing was absolutely better than I expected... I will use them in the future, and highly recommend...

Had an alternator go out on my work van yesterday. Called Starks and they got me in that day. Early the next morning my van is up and running and at a great price. These guys are great and should definitely be considered whenever you have car issues. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced.

Great place with knowledgeable people working here fixed my car after taking it to 4 other shops. Only reason for 4 stars is because they did not tell me if I used my debit card there is a 3 % fee and I got charged a extra 30$. When I asked them about it they said i could have paid cash which I would have if I knew the fee existed .

Starks Auto saved the day on our return trip home from the holidays. The gentleman was all set for his lunch when in we came w a broken lug bolt on the car. He jacked the car up right in the parking lot bec his service bays were all full. Took care of us and got us back on the road. Thomas and Stark Auto Repair really came through for me today when I was stranded 50 miles from home with a dead motorcycle battery. Without hesitation Thomas brought out tools and a battery box and helped jump-start the bike. He unselfishly interrupted his day to help someone in need. Did so with professionalism. And, then, refused to take my money! You don’t find this kind of Good Samaritanism these days. 5 stars. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Stark Auto Repair to everyone.

I now know how they have a 5 star review!!! These guys are amazing and HONEST! I brought my truck in for brake issues. Instead of charging me for fixing the EBCM, they informed me that it was recalled and that I could have it fixed for free at the dealership!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ?

Charged $1300, did some work and that didn't even fix the problem. Said we needed a different part and that must be the problem since what they initially did didn't change anything, after charging 1300$. Told us to order the part because it would be cheaper, we did that. Got the part and called to see when they could put it on but they said they'd have to "see when they could put us on the schedule, & it wouldn't be for a couple weeks!" Then said they were going to charge to put it on. Don't you think $1300 is enough to "guess" what the problem is and not even fix it? Dude claimed to "know jeeps" lmfao clearly not buddy. Big fat thumbs down. Took it to Hoffmans and he immediately put it on a lift, saw the issue, even showed us and got it fixed. Decided to take a shot at a new shop we don't usually use to support local and definitely regret it. We might have needed those parts replace, would have done it eventually but that wasn't what was causing the main issue.

We stopped here on our way home from Branson, MO with an issue after hours. Stark’s took the time to look at our vehicle and get us back on the road quickly! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Big thank you to Thomas! I bought a new car battery at O’Reillys but was told since it was located under the passenger seat they couldn’t replace it for me. A customer there suggested Starks, so I drove over and Thomas quickly offered his help. He replaced the battery and told me no charge. It’s so nice to find helpful and nice people are out there. My daughter bought a vehicle there 5 months ago.her first. Well we need brakes and rotors. Thats fine. She went there Friday for that. Now we at a shop for tires and they tightened a lug too tight. 75.00$. Wow! Thats too easy to not mess up. Good job. They are disrespectful to a non suspecting female.

What an awesome team! Travelling from Texas to Ohio, my 2009 Toyota van began to shake and shimmey like Elvis was on board! We showed up at Stark's on a Friday at 4:15pm, hoping they could tell us how to get it towed and where to stay over the weekend. Nathan Stark, my new hero without a cape, found the issue, ignition coil, stayed after closing to fix it, and got us back on the road! A 5 star rating does not adequately evaluate this incredible team and the owner. Back home in Texas, I would love to be able to take my vehicles to Stark's for all their maintenance/repair needs!

If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would! I’m not from the area and I walked in with a completely blown tire hoping to get a temporary fix to get me home. They were completely booked and couldn’t get me in. I asked if I could get some air in the tire to try and get me to the next closest place. When the manager started to fill the tire I think he realized I wasn’t going to get very far on that tire. Instead, he went out of his way to put my spare on for me and then would not accept any money from me when I tried to pay for his generosity. He really did save my butt that day and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Top notch customer service!!

Nathan is a great person all around. This is the only shop I'll ever take any of my cars to. He's honest and you don't leave this place with new issues like other shops. Also thanks for helping me out with the intrepid Nathan. I won't let you down.

I went in with a poor running engine with check engine light on. Expecting the worst, it turned out to be a single defective ignition coil which fouled the spark plug. Repaired with no appointment, much appreciated. Very fast in and out. That may never happen again! They have a solid reputation and I believe are honest. The auto parts store had scanned the codes for me and told me multiple cylinder misfires and a bad oxygen sensor in the exhaust system. Turned out not to be the case. I was not sold a full tune-up or any parts that were not needed. Very much appreciated for the one-day quick service. And Nathan is a US Marine! What more can one expect than good work and integrity. A VERY BIG THANK YOU!

This place was a lifesaver! We were traveling to Oklahoma to visit family towing a motorcycle.. When my van's waterpump went out.. I called around and all places had a week or more wait.. These guys knew I was in a bind and squeezed me in for the work.. The owner "Tony" ... lol.. jk.. had his employee give me a ride back to the hotel and pick me up the next day... They even secured my motorcycle while they did the work.. I really appreciated honest mechanics especially when I'm from out of town.. These guys are truly worthy!! I Highly Recommend!!

Had a flat tire on my trailer and no tools with me. The gentleman up front helped me change it out in a pinch and didn't want to charge anything. Very helpful, genuine workers and company. I would highly recommend.
