Great store everyone is really nice and they really know what there talking about

I needed a jacket and some advice about my camper. The fellas were very nice and helpful.

Always very helpful. It would be nice if they had a water fountain or even offered free water to customers with accounts.

Today I stopped into the St Claire location to pick up a few items for my vehicle. I was greeted by Ryan. I was having trouble with my Google pay. Ryan helped as best he could then referred me to Kyle who PATIENTLY walked me through the steps of my outdated phone. Kyle also helped me to delete a sketchy app that I thought was my Google pay. Overall I appreciate both "nephews" for going between customers to assist with a neighborhood auntie who is tech challenged. Overall the service was a 10/10 THANK YOU both Kyle and Ryan?

If they don't have what you need then they can usually get it within a day or so. Staff is very knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure what you need is what you actually buy.

Had a few questions about parts and the employees were very helpful on explaining each thing. Even spoke with the manager and he was the most polite person!

Went looking for an obscure part for an older vehicle. The younger guy with a jacket and the other young man with a hoodie were very professional and helpful in locating my part. And it was very cheap, would recommend.

Travis was very helpful and gave me exactly what I need!

Place always has what I need. Ryan, Xander, Braden, Keller, and Dawson are all very helpful.

Great staff, super help full, good prices, let mw leave my car there overnight when it broke down.

Usually have what I need or can get it same day. Prices for staples (oil, coolant, washer fluid & other chemicals etc etc are a little high.

Their prices are O’Reilly prices, everyone knows they are expensive compared to others BUT they have t things ins tick more than other places and can get them in the fastest.

This is the only auto parts store I actually like going to. most places treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about... so when I walk in and the guys are not only helpful but they give me advice on things like what parts to use or things I need to change when I'm doing a job I am very appreciative

Place is always busy, so prepare yourself for that. Have a huge volume of parts on hand and can get specific parts in 2 days or less. Would recommend

I would normally give this place a 4 star. I always use their website to find what I need to make their job easier and save my time there. .Called and told him what I need. I already knew he would have to order it but he didn't tell me that when we agreed it is what I need. When he did he was very rude. Told him to get it I'll pick it up tomorrow then slammed the phone down when he hung up.

The team at this location are awesome! Saturday morning, super busy! Every customer was assisted fully with knowledgeable, helpful, patient, courteous staff! Thank you!

Not a bad place just wasn't very helpful when we went and didn't have what we needed. Didn't recommend any suggestions or offer to help us. But all in all usually a friendly place!

I was a little aggravated. I went for a check engine light scan, and because of Covid19, the girl would not open the car door or touch the ignition key. What was almost funny was I had to handle the data connector on her scan tool to plug it into the data port under the dashboard. I sure hope she sanitized that plastic connector when she got back in the store to kill whatever bugs I may have been carrying on my hand. I appreciate the free service, but be a little realistic. And, the scan tool she used was wrong. It indicated multiple cylinder misfires and a defective oxygen sensor in the exhaust system. The repair shop actually diagnosed a single defective ignition coil which fouled that spark plug, and nothing wrong with the oxygen sensor. That's the difference between an OBD scan tool that costs $100 and a real tool in a real repair shop that costs thousands of dollars.

The men were extremely nice & helpfully while assisting me with my auto part. Made to feel very comfortable where as in sum stores like this women aren't so much

Great store if you dont mind getting top of the line cut rate quality parts and that goog ol, "have no clue what your saying but nodds anyway" and tells you your part has to be ordered, and when it gets there, its the wrong part and then find out they had the part you needed in stock the whole time.

Mostly idiots working here.. the manager is ok and the quiet kid with longer hair.. try to get them to provide ANY services for you... otherwise the others will jack it up

The employees are always very helpful, they don't treat me like I can't possibly have any idea what I'm talking about simply because I'm a female. If they don't have the part I need they will tell me which O'Reilly in the area has it.

From out of state and I forgot my credit card, which I wouldn't have made it home without. They looked up the phone number attached to the warranty I got on a battery and they called me to tell me they had my card. Just AMAZED. They really saved me. Great people, you guys rock!!
