Second time I’ve gone to them for car repair. My 2013 Jeep grand Cherokee a few years ago and this past week my 2019. ( Both great vehicles) by the way. High miles.
My oil cooler went out due to freezing temps and began leaking oil. Simple replacement but a lot of engine dismembering to get to it. Brought it to them on a Monday morning, picked it up and drove to New Orleans the next morning. Well done, quick work, flawless running. PS. Cleaned every drop of oil and cleaned engine. The owner/mechanic Bo, and front office receiving was spot on terrific as usual. This is no AI review or robot. Real folks getting great service and honesty from great folks. Thank you D&H I’ll be back Hopefully in another couple of years😎
Had my jeep towed yesterday because the breaks had went out, but they had it fixed the next day! They are very nice and professional, their services were definitely worth the money I spent!
This was yesterday; for over 2 weeks now I've been trying to find a mechanic so a friend of mine said "bring it to D & H Auto Repair & Wrecker on Tucker Road, they're fair and honest". Well, one day later and they had to fix something ridiculously simple, a brake line and charged me accordingly. I'm rolling down the road the very next day. It's refreshing to find people that are still very honest and fairly priced...
I went this shop because I live across the street from them. I usually take my truck to a dealership because it is usually cheaper but because of the convenience factor I took it here. I knew my starter was going bad so I kind of had a time frame & price range in mind already. I called, & two things kind of stuck out to me.. first, something I always appreciate about auto shops is when they have a secretary. To me, it communicates that they are customer oriented & that they are a structured business. Another thing I liked was that they do appointments only, to me it just helps me feel like they will be focused on my vehicle for that time period (I do understand the cons of appointments only but for me personally, appointments work better) The secretary was really professional & they were able to fit me in the next day. The shop is clean & has a lot of personality, I can tell they take pride in how they maintain the building. While I was waiting for my uber to pick me up I was hearing the secretary give quotes on certain jobs & I couldn’t help but think how reasonably priced they were. I dropped my car off at 8 & I was expecting for it the ready later that night because that’s what I’m used to, no joke they called me 3 hours later to tell me it was done & the price it was going to be (which was really reasonable). The only feedback I have, is when I picked up the vehicle I would’ve liked to hear about the specifics of the work they did & how they came to the same conclusion that it was the starter but I accredit it to their simple approach maybe. This doesn’t feel like an auto shop in the traditional sense, it felt like they were running a business which is something I can always appreciate. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future, I hope this wasn’t a one off experience.
The folks at D&H are very friendly and experts in their business. You can count on them for honesty and quality work on your vehicle. I don't go anywhere else since I don't like surprises or getting ripped off!
I had a awkward situation where this company towed my car at the behest of Jackson County. Regardless of my situation it is not their fault having done so.
Due to the timing of this situation I had to make arrangements to recover my towed vehicle. They were willing to work with my timing and allowed me to recover my vehicle without fuss.
It is very much appreciated.
Fair prices and honest work. They made sure I was satisfied with the work and gave me a heads up on problems I need to handle in the future.

I got my Honda Accord tow and repair at D & H Auto Repair. The office lady and mechanic was very professionally and polite. Even the tow guy was polite and did a great job on the towing. The repair and tow cost was expected. The repair was done correctly and timely. Overall this was a flawless business transaction. Thank you!
Caliper locked up and i turned into D&H...they immediately cooled down my brake system, then pin pointed the problem and had my car back to me the following morning first thing. Thanks D&H
D&H Auto is great! This time it is sparks, oil change, new shocks, and tune up and an alignment. We've had super service many years. Since we moved away well worth hour+ drive for their fine work. Thank you BO and your team!!
i recommend this place to everyone i know. they won't rip you off and tell you you need work done that you don't. they don't over charge you for services and the one time i had gotten a faulty part put in they replaced it for free. i won't go anywhere else.
Went here to get a friends vehicle out of the tow yard. They are just like all other tow yards, a "RIP OFF." We had originally went on Friday and we got there right at 4:00 pm, yet, they were closed already. They don't work Saturday or Sunday, however, since you cannot get your vehicle out Friday after 4:00 PM you will charged an additional 2 days for the vehicle being in storage over the weekend. This is a bunch of B.S.
If they are going to charge for these days, they should be open in case you wanted to get your vehicle our on a Saturday or Sunday. This to me is unfair and unethical business practices.
