Twice I’ve been put in a position where a state trooper had my vehicle towed as far away as they could. Luckily e&m were the ones who picked them up. One person stayed open over an hour for me to get there in time to get my car out and just today I explained to the manager about what happened for them to tow my truck last night and he completely showed compassion and concern for my situation and took over $200 off the coast. They have a policy and are a business that has to make money but be respectful and honest with them and I guarantee they will help you out. They didn’t even know if my truck was u locked after it was secured on their facility, meaning no crooks work there that try to dig in your vehicle and steal. They were a blessing to us today. Seemed like a rip & jip. Our granddaughter parked at a biloxi convenience store (and she should not have) and was towed to this facility. They wouldn't take a credit card, so my wife took her cash. They had told her $200, but when she got there they wanted $245. The $45 was for "additional fees". When asked what for, they said "taxes and fees". Taxes for cash? I wonder if they filed that payment on their income taxes. Maybe I'll look into that. Tell your young people (not that they would listen) not to park at convenience stores or any non public parking places. Our granddaughter thought a convenience store was public, I will never no why. I'm not in her corner for doing this, but im thinking of buying a tow truck!
These guys were amazing !!!!! Broke down in middle of night with my 3 kids. They came and got us. Took us to hotel. Then took me to get a rental car. And helped me move my belongings to rental to get kids home. Robby was the guy Can’t say enough about these guys Above and beyond. I’m very very grateful

I woke up on Christmas and my car would not go into reverse out of the driveway because my shifter cable was broke and some friends recommended I used this company so I called and they quoted me $105 and when the guy got there he was able to get it into here because I was only going to the end of the road because Goodyear is right down the street from my house. He was able to let me get it into gear and drive it there myself instead of having to pay that much for a tow truck. They will always be a five star in my book for that because that was very kind and most people are not that I'm kind anymore especially around Christmas. Very nice very personable very knowledgeable definitely would recommend to everyone❤️
Had an issue caused by the dealership so I didn't choose the service but once I was ready for my car to be picked up they were very nice. I had to delay initial pick up because I was accidently locked out of my house. Once I was able to get back in and get my car key I let them know it was possible to come get my vehicle. They let me know where the driver was so I could get an idea of how long it would be as my daughter was waiting to take me to dealership. The driver of the tow truck was nice, considerate with my vehicle and took the time to place absorption granules on my drive so I didn't have to deal with a slipping hazard. I didn't catch his name but thanks for being a caring guy.
If I could give less than 1, I would. Firstly, whoever answers the phone is not very friendly. My car was towed after an accident. The ins took their sweet time so I had to pay to get may car, no issue. I get a certified letter telling me what my balance is. I say okay, add storage for the time lapsed between the tow and pick up date and figure what I owe them is approximately $1800. So, imagine my surprise when I was told it would be $2250 to get my car. When I demanded to know how that mathed, I was asked what I thought it should be. Showing him my copy of the letter he sent and explaining I only had 8 days storage to add, my total should be less than $1800. He said " I'm the HNIC so I can fix it". Except he said that acronym in whole, with the HARD ER! I found this extremely offensive and disrespectful. In addition, I had to pay all that money in CASH. I can't not even believe that's legal. I think this is a shady company, would not recommend anyone use them and will be calling the police department that ordered the tow truck and let them know about this as well. Hopefully, they will lose any city/county contracts they have
I have had to call this company twice. Both times the gentleman on the phone and the driver were amazing. The driver, Sam, is wonderful and extremely helpful. Both times the price was fair and he arrived promptly. Definitely keeping their number saved and recommending them to anyone.
The man who answers is very rude. Avoid this tow yard by all means, seems like they don’t want you to get your vehicle. Been trying to get to my car and keep getting the run around
Dispatcher or whoever is a Joke. Didn’t get a name but apparently he’s not a happy camper when you have questions…. Push your car where it needs to go before dealing with this clown
I've used E&M for business purposes and personal for years. The owner is a good person and his staff! Always provides expedient ( as quick as possible )and very professional. I highly recommend them for towing!!!
Worst tow company in America total rip off had a wreck tow company wanted to know my insurance info before I can get my belongings out the car charged 2days storage for 5hrs of storage use chevron or cottons snowball or any other tow company besides this one 400 bucks 230pm on the 14th till 8am on the 15th
On vacation in Biloxi and they took care of me and my f250 fast. Great company that took care of me and got me to a shop that was great with my truck and had me back on the road. Very reasonable price from wrecker and tire shop. Keep up the good work
I've used this company several times over the past few years. Towing, car door unlocked. Nice folks, prompt service. I keep their number in my contacts list!
Extremely helpful! Our U-Haul’s battery died at a gas station in the middle of the night, and Sam showed up within 30 minutes. He got our truck towed and fixed by the early morning so we could get back on the road. Thank you!

The company tried to steal my truck. Has made up all kinds fraudulent paperwork and did nothing but lie until I found my truck being driven by someone when I owned it. I had to get a lawyer and I'm suing this company and they are being investigated for fraud. There is no telling how many people they have done this too but the lady that answers the phone I have recorded telling me that my truck was crushed. This is the worst towing company. Don't trust them they are thieves....
In my experience, this towing company seems to prioritize profit over compassion. Their approach appears to lack empathy towards individuals in vulnerable situations, potentially taking advantage of them. The company's policies come across as harsh and inconsiderate towards those they are meant to assist. I strongly suggest against using these guys and urge you to consider a different company to spend your hard-earned dollars on. Your experience and money deserve better treatment elsewhere
Super nice! Helped my husband and I when our car started smoking. Only took them like 35 minutes to show up too so not bad wait time for such short notice.
