Complete vultures. Towed my car against my will and would not release it until the following day to charge extra storage fees. I told them not to tow, I had made other arrangements, but due to circumstances beyond my control, they did so anyway.
I was in biloxi Mississippi and I'm from Louisiana and they have roads all tore up and they were all mud and rocks so I went down wrong road got stuck in the mud I mean stuck up to my tail pipe and they went out of there way to get me out thanks so much
This company has absolutely zero respect for anybody! Rude over the phone to anyone you speak too. Waits until 11 at night to come get our car when respectfully asked to come within daylight hours as we have children sleeping and live in a tight community. Driver showed up, couldn’t drive the tow truck correctly. Loudly woke up the neighborhood and when we called to discuss everything that went on they rudely hung up on us. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
Towed my car from in front of the funeral home I was attending a funeral at. Had to wait 2 hours in their parking lot after being told 30 mins. Then charged a ridiculous amount of money for the trouble. Vultures.
I had broke down in a dangerous area as far as traffic goes, called in for services and was told 45min well 1.5hrs later driver shows up was the friendliest person talked the whole time. Apologized for his tardiness. Had the vehicle on his truck in less than 10min.

While I was in town, my rental car had an issue. Clay came out in the middle of the night to tow the car back to where I was staying. He was the best! Super nice and helpful. So glad these folks were available!!
These folks responded when I called AAA because of a dead battery in a rental car. Top notch and fast service. The technician arrived and had me going in no time. Very courteous young man and very professional. The service came to my aid very fast. If you have trouble, call DND.
