I came in during a very bad storm and needed new windshield wiper blades. I was hoping for some help putting them on because I had never put any on before myself & I also had my 3month old son. I was completely unaware that staff members can’t assist with any installations while it is raining. The guy who checked me out (bubbly fellow, wore glasses I believe, dark haired, was there around 5:25pm) offered to help me install the wiper blades. He went to the back to let his associates know that he was going to try and help me, the other guy in the back (Freddie) and some woman who never came from the back yelled at him very rudely and said he was NOT helping me. They abruptly asked if I was a man (I guess assuming if I was, I could do it myself) but didn’t even come up front to see or to explain to me that it was against company protocols to install anything under those type of weather conditions. That I would have been more understanding of. Didn’t even offer to say that they might can help me when the rain stops. The lack of compassion towards myself as a customer and towards the nice cashier that was trying to help me was very unsettling.
Provided an accurate 2nd opinion agreeing with Firestone's diagnosis for an alternator and battery replacement 30 minutes prior. Unfortunately, both systems failed before the 5 mile trip back to Firestone. Bummer.

Best auto parts store with most helpful staff. I was really feeling helpless and I believe the gentleman’s name was Jonathan who helped me. He took his time and really went out of his way to be helpful and kind.
Waited until my car was off and I was stranded to tell me my battery was over 60 dollars more than they originally told me. They were apologetic but 270 for the cheapest battery is disappointing.
I love these guys , they get your parts quick ..and they are very knowledgeable about parts and are very professional . It's reasonable priced and I just love the quality. Even the store is very busy sometimes. They are still the best .
Complete and convenient location for auto parts, auto equipment and ordering whatever is needed from major Auto repairs. Qualified staff with very good computer access to whatever is needed for Auto repair.
I like O'Reilly's because they are everywhere, clean store inside and out. They always have your parts, at a good price, overnight is not a problem for me.I passed a Napa store one time going to O'Reilly's because the guarantee was better on a starter for a diesel F-250. O'Reilly's has courteous and helpful staff,and a couple of good friends / mechanics told me it was a better place.
Was a very good visit. Called ahead to ensure my part was in stock. Once I arrived I mentioned my phone call. They had the part at the counter I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Well when I was at Advance Auto in the parking lot and I said I am coming in to get the part that I needed that they just priced for me they said they were closed and I went down to O'Reilly Auto Parts and got my part. By the way it was 5:00 PM Super Bowl Sunday and I am sure that Advance Auto closed so they could go watch the game. Not A Holiday just a football game

I bought wheel studs at a different O"Reilly's, and 80% of them had bad threads, so I needed some more to match the length and this O'Reilly's had them. Ray waited on me and after being told why I was looking for more ( because the first batch was bad ) he checked each stud ( all of his were also boogered - DON'T purchase ANYTHING made by DORMAN without checking them first ) and then got a thread chaser from his tool supply and chased each stud till I had enough to finish my project - put a lot of time and effort into a tiny sale. Superior service.
Terrible customer service never want to help with questions about vehicle diagnosis and last time I got the wrong oil filter and the employee said my old one was stripped on the threads but went down the road to advance auto and received the correct one no problem. Don't like this location of Oreillys!!! I'd rather drive to cedar lake much more helpful there.
Cade was extremely helpful ! We have an O'Reilly's near my home and the expectations were just as great here as they are at home. Cade actually came out to our car and look to see what the problem was we could not have asked for a more helpful and generous gentleman!
