So i would admit we were a difficult customer. We liked a truck got it approved went home and was worried about it towing. Called for another truck and it was being test driven and was held for someone else. All fair. The problem i have with this dealership was the rudeness the used car sales has. While we were waiting for Matt to look at our ram we could overhear the sales person behind us giving a customer on the phone the meanest attitude ever. wasn't our sale or anything but we did find it funny but at the end of the day getting a car from here that we were approved for didn't sit right. I would rather go to a dealership that has a better attitude, friendlier and worth my time.

I have lost all respect for this dealership. Called to ask about making a service appointment and was told that the next available appointment was February 7th. However, if I go onto their website to schedule I see they have available slots starting the 25th of January. Additionally, the person on the other end of the line was extremely rude and sounded extremely arrogant. I must admit I am actually happy it went this way as I have found another shop with better reviews that will take me much sooner and they don't charge for the inspection. All ASE certified.

Service was excellent! In a coincidence, we were having a Cadillac serviced at the same time and had all kinds of problems. Milosch is terrific, they always call back when they're busy and keep you posted. Kudos to John in Service. Highly recommend!

Over the past several months, received 3 Warranty Notifications. Several attempts with Dealer(s) for replacement. Advised that parts were not available yet and that we would be notified. Finally (about 1 month ago), Milosch's Service Mgr. Jim Gentry advised that he would ensure our vehicle would be repaired and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ahead of November 21st appointment date. Prior to our appointment, we received 2 or 3 reminder notifications of our appointment. On November 21st, dropped the vehicle off at 7:30 a.m. with expectation that vehicle warranty work would be completed. Work was not even started on 11/21 with new target completion date of 11/22.... No work started on this date either. Following Thanksgiving Holiday, at my "firm" request, 2 of the 3 Warranty issues were fixed. I was informed by Milosch's that the EGR was not available and that we would need to schedule "another" appointment. We are to be notified when EGR is available..... With three weeks wait time before appointment, why was this not known before we delivered the vehicle for Warranty Work? We arranged our work schedules and holiday vacation around Milosch's appointment date of November 21st. We would assume that this would be embarrassing to Milosch's, but evidently, business as usual?

If you need a car and you’re not coming here to see David Poules, you’re doing yourself a disservice. I’ve been leasing Chrysler products for years and have never had the level of service that David provides. He spent countless hours making sure we find the perfect work vehicle for my wife’s business. Instead of trying to “sell” us on features, his approach was to understand what our needs were and work with us to find the best fit. The best part about this experience was the consistent communication (emails, text, phone calls) to ensure I’m informed about my purchase every step of the way and that there were no surprises. Walking into a dealership and trying to purchase a new car can be overwhelming but if you go see David, I’m positive your experience will be the best one yet.

Thanks to Sherry Hart for all her help on my first big girl purchase! 2024 dodge hornet Gt plus. She has helped my stepdad Paul in the past and I am thankful she was able to help me. Sherry was amazing from start to finish. Made sure from the first moment every question, concern or doubt was answered throughly. My hornet is the best and to my liking all thanks to her for paying attention to the details I like. I scheduled my service online which was very easy and better than over the phone. I brought it in on a Sat at 8am for a brake inspection. At 40K miles, I thought I might need to replace parts. I also thought it would not be ready till Mon or Tues, but I was surprised when they called me at 11am that it's ready. They just cleaned it and aligned the brakes! I have taken our other Chrysler and Jeep cars there for years. I feel confident in this dealership to give me reliable information and service I can trust!

Great experience with Milosch’s! I worked with Matt who was awesome! He was very personable and easy to work with and didn’t push me into anything just to make a sale. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him when I am in the market. Josh in finance was amazing too! Highly recommend Milosch’s if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Overall greatly satisfied with my choice to purchase my car from them!!

Dropped off vehicle at 9:45am, had a great ride back home. I returned at 2:30pm to find out they had not fixed my seatbelt, told me they needed to order the part. No, go look for my part I told him. Amazing, they found it. Had to wait for them to install it. I wish they had a computer system that will tell them what I told the guy last week I needed repaired. I asked if they also repaired my windshield wiper. No, the repair rep. grabbed a wrench before he sent my truck through the car wash.

Worst experience of my entire life. I never complain about virtually anything and am a pretty understanding guy but this experience was truly awful. I will never return to this dealership for service again. I took my Jeep in at 9am for new tires and a front end alignment. I was quoted to be done in 1.5 hours. 1pm and still no word so I call and ask my advisor. He tells me it’ll be done in 45 minutes to a hour max. I get there 75 minutes after the call, keep in mind now it’s 2:15 when it was supposed to be done at 10:30am. I thought that would give them ample time. I walk in and my advisor says it’ll just be 10 more minutes, they were fixing my steering wheel because apparently it wasnt aligned still. I wait over an hour, at this point I’m livid and leave the waiting room to ask for an update. He just says the same thing. I ended up waiting over 2.5 hours from the time I got there to get my car till the time we started the finishing paperwork and checkout process. My cars overall work took from 9am to 5:30pm for a simple alignment and tire change. I’m absolutely disgusted in the level of professionalism and communication of this dealership. What was worse is there wasn’t even a discount offered for the whole situation. You’d think paying over $1000 for new tires I would’ve been treated with atleast some level of care. I missed my dogs vet appointment and my training appointment. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership at all costs.

I probably looked at over 500 different trucks before I found the one I wanted at Milosch's and drove over 3 hours to go get it. The price was fair for both the trade and the vehicle I was purchasing, the truck was immaculate, the process was simple, and the service and care that Matt Johnson provided made me feel at ease with such a large purchase. And all of those things are important. But it was the care after the sale that has really stood out from any other place I've ever purchased a vehicle. I left an opener behind in my trade, and Matt had it sent to me overnight within a day of me calling. I had questions about getting my title out of state a month later, and once again, Matt took the time to help ease me through that process and track down the information I needed. And 6 months after the sale, I again sent him a message to ask for information about the truck I purchased and it was sent to me within minutes. I've always been wary about purchasing cars because it's such a large expense in anyone's budget. They treated the process with that understanding on the day of the purchase, and better yet, continue to do so long after they could have reasonably been expected not to any longer. I don't say this very often about anything I buy, but in this case, when the time comes, I'll be back to purchase a vehicle from Matt.

I'm not happy or content with the service I received. Time frame was slow as they stated that it was the warranty company's fault. Then I was told that I had to pay more for parts and labor due to the warranty I had would only pay out so much but I guess that was my fault...guess I should have call warranty company before dropping it off to understand all restrictions. Another problem I had was that I had to reach out to Milosch to know the status because they did not reach out to me! Once everything was repaired I picked it up a week later. Another complaint was that my truck smells like the repair that was done and I had a greasy hand print on my hood...please note your mechanics to clean up after themselves. Truck seems to be fine at this point.

10/10 service! Great first time dealership experience. We got to work with Tim and he was truly the best. Very patient with us and and made sure we went home happy. It was our first time buying a car from a dealership and Tim made the process very smooth and stress-free. He was able to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted and was very reassuring about everything. Very honest, kind, patient, and hardworking and we will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family, as well as coming back when we plan on getting another car.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. While taking my Jeep in to get its first oil change, since I bought the vehicle from this dealership, I had the service manager come get me out of the waiting room to show me that their oil technician pressed on the gas instead of the brake, driving the vehicle off of the lift, into the metal work bench. Everyone there told me that I would be for sure getting a newer vehicle out of the deal but that sure did not happen. After months of waiting from the dealer, minimal communication and telling them I don’t want it back since it had over $10,000 in damage , I was told I had to take it back which I then had to get my attorney involved . After the attorney got involved, I was then low balled $4,000 less than what Its worth and this is after the market price of every vehicle went up 30%. He eventually came up on the price but still wasn’t market value of the vehicle since he wanted to make a quick buck from this whole problem. Don Milosch was so disrespectful and sarcastic through the whole thing and all of this happened because I decided to use my free oil change that I got with buying the car.

Had a deposit on another truck at another dealership. Stumbled across comparable truck here at a lower price and the deciding factor was the customer service. It was easy and painless and overall a great experience. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Tim was great in used cars and a pleasure to work with. Not pushy or anything just asked what I needed and made it happen. 10/10

Excellent experience here. They are one of the few Power Broker dealers in the area, and George Pappas was beyond helpful getting me my dream car. He made sure to understand what I needed from the vehicle before making a recommendation. He was proactive and responsive during the manufacturing stages. Can’t imagine going to anyone else after this.

I have never had such a wonderful experience leasing a vehicle. I worked with Peter who was prompt, professional and proactive in finding me exactly what I was looking for, and for an unbelievable price. With the climate of the automotive industry, I was uncertain on how challenging this process would be. Peter and the team at Milosch’s Palace were fabulous to work with and responsive to all my questions. Thank you for such a easy process and quick turn around! Kyle in service was great he is kind, patient, knowledgeable. I watched him interact with other customers and he is consistent. A wonderful young man and an asset to the dealership. Service was very good. Customer lounge was great very comfortable. Beautiful aquarium helps keep people calm, needs couple more fish the yellow tang seems lonely. Lounge offered amenities not expected a nice surprise. Bathrooms are clean and neat. All around the best experience I've every have in a service department.

Your team did a great job! From the service rep to the tech they were quick and efficient. Tech took the time to go over what was serviced. Very polite and courteous. He needs a raise! Lol. My only complaint was the price was a little high for what was serviced. Oil change and rotation of tires. Overall great service! Keep it up !

Pending vehicle purchase, so far so good. Experience with Darrin is pleasant. Negotiation took a lot more effort to get to where I originally requested to be but we did get there. Update.... I picked up my new truck at the scheduled time and the salesman was occupied, he sent another individual out to show me the vehicle so I could be on my way. Never heard anymore from the salesman after taking my credit application. However I did receive an email from the owner thanking me for the purchase. This is the first vehicle purchase where the salesman did not set the pricing, close the deal and deliver the vehicle. I do think this sales model works, it is just not for every customer.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Jacob the salesperson was low pressure, super friendly, highly knowledgeable and an absolute delight to work with. Kevin the finance person just as excellent. We bought a great quality truck for my son for a very fair price, and we could not be happier. Wonderful to receive such excellent, genuine service at a local Lake Orion business. Highly recommend them.

My sister and I had a really great experience here! Worked with Sherry Hart and she was amazing! Very attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to emails! So, so kind and friendly too! She worked very hard to get us the trucks we were wanting and we're so appreciative of her for that! They are perfect!!! We'll definitely be back in the future when our leases are up and will recommend Sherry and the Milosch dealership to others we know!

I had an excellent experience at Milosch's Palace working with Wade Roberts. I had e-mailed Wade about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He suggested I take a look at the Ram Built to Serve edition as it had basically everything I was seeking. He kept me updated through e-mail and phone conversations. He was able to get me into a new lease that met my needs. It was a very simple process and I'm appreciative of Wade's efforts. It was worth driving about 55 miles one way from my home out to Lake Orion to get this truck. I highly suggest contacting Wade for your next vehicle purchase/lease. Thanks to Wade and Dan (Finance Dept). for making this a very positive and easy transaction.

Droppings in cup holder!!! See photo I wish that this was the worst part. When my wife and I first sat in the vehicle she noticed what we assumed was mouse droppings. I immediately informed the salesman and he touched whatever it was and said it’s nothing - my problem with this is the salesperson made no effort to address our concerns but rather dismissed them (which is the true issue here)So we test drive a vehicle with all the windows down. Now the big issue. I made it clear I was already approved by my bank and I didn’t want any additional credit checks. The salesman assured me the paperwork I signed was to send the purchase agreement to my bank and only my bank. That night I get a credit monitor alerts that Milosch’s has run my credit. The next day I call the salesman to ask why this happened. His explanation “your bank said they had no records of your approval so we ran it for you and not to worry because it goes of your report in 30 days”. He proceeded to laugh at me on the phone stating I must not have experience purchasing vehicles, because this is how it works. In summary, I would expect a dealership to do their best to help customers buy with confidence and not demean or challenge our values. I could never do business with a place like this. Looking at previous reviews, I fear anyone with a positive review may not be aware and it seems Milosch only bothers to respond to positive feedback ( again - no effort to address concerns)

Salesman was great big con artist. Specifically told them if you pay the Chrysler Financial fee for not renewing my lease and using US Bank then we had a deal. Two weeks I get a bill from Chrysler Financial for that fee. Called Kari Washbourn our sales person back, basically told me get screwed. Will never under any circumstances ever do business with them again. My only regret is 1 star is the lowest rating you can give them.
